The invention relates to a tubular steel mast and a method for renewal of a tubular steel pole with a round cross-section, with the one at the top End at least one lamp is attached and power cable inside run, in which a pinching of the inside of the mast running power supply cable and a pre-installation of light and cables in the new mast and a filling of the space between the Soil remaining pieces of the old mast and new mast with a filler and solidifying the material.
Steel tube masts are subject to wear due to corrosion, so that after A renewal of the masts is required for a number of years. The Corrosion can be caused by anti-corrosion agents such as paint or Galvanizing and the like may be reduced, but not avoided. The signs of corrosion occur particularly strongly on the Exit point of the mast from the ground. This is caused by the formation of local chemical elements.
To renew the worn masts, they are dug up and replaced by a new mast. Because the masts are in a concrete foundation are anchored, digging the mast is a very laborious and time-consuming process Process in which the road surface around the mast area removed and then replaced again.
As a rule, an electrical cable is routed through the mast, which is required, for example, to supply street lighting.
When digging out the mast to be replaced, this cable is often damaged, resulting in further complex repair work.
Zentrierteiles ist jedoch sehr aufwendig und erfordert zusätzliche Sicherungsmaßnahmen.SE-B-500 645 describes an arrangement for mounting a light mast, in which the light mast is mounted in an older mast, a sleeve-shaped centering part being inserted into the older mast. The centering part has axially arranged ribs with intermediate joint parts.
With this arrangement, the mounting foundation existing on an old mast can be used. However, the use of a special centering part is very complex and requires additional security measures.
Furthermore, according to WO-A-97 39212 and WO-A-93 20312 there are arrangements and methods for repairing a mast known in which the mounting mast with the help of an additional tubular part in the Foundation is attached.
Furthermore, in DE-A-15 59 137 a mast arrangement is specified which consists of consists of two shafts inserted into each other at the foot end, one of the shafts screwed in and in the same axis bores in other shaft supporting screws are attached.
A disadvantage of the arrangements known in the prior art is that complex additional arrangements for fastening the mast required are that require a complicated and costly assembly.
The invention has for its object to provide a mast with which a renewal of an existing mast in a simple and inexpensive way Way is made possible.
4 angegebenen Merkmalen.According to the invention, the solution to those in
Advantageous configurations of the tubular steel mast according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.
In the invention, the base of the new mast is designed so that it pushed into the soil of the old mast remaining in the ground can be.
The invention is characterized by a number of advantages.
When renewing a mast using the method according to the invention it is not necessary to remove a foundation and install a new one. This also eliminates the otherwise necessary removal work of the road surface and for the application of new coverings. this leads to considerable cost savings as well as time savings during renovation worn lighting systems. The laborious digging the old mast is no longer required, it is only necessary to attach the old mast to the Separate exit point from the ground. The existing electrical installation can be used again since no damage caused by the Digging can occur.
The associated drawings show:
eingesetzt. The light pole consists of a
In the two-part embodiment shown in Figure 1, the mast is made

Figure 2 illustrates an embodiment in which the mast is designed in one piece.

The replacement of a light pole to be renewed essentially takes place with the four steps shown in Figures 3 to 6.
As a prerequisite for renewal, the static strength of the old foundation is first checked.
In the first step shown in Figure 3, the mast to be replaced is prepared for disassembly. For this purpose, the entire system is first disconnected from the power grid. The mast is then secured against tipping over. This is done by attaching a fuse to the mast head, which is conveniently done with a special device and a crane. The power supply cable is disconnected at the cable box and pushed back into the remaining part of the mast that remains in the ground.
In the subsequent second step according to FIG. 4, the mast is removed. In some cases it is useful to expose the mast to be removed at a depth of approx. 20 cm so that the separation point is below the top of the earth. However, it is also easily possible to cut the mast above the top of the earth, for example in order not to damage the road surface. The mast is then separated from the ground using a special tool. Here it is held by a crane using the bracket described above and placed laterally after being cut off.
In order to avoid damage to the
In the subsequent third step shown in FIG. 5, the new mast is set up. For this purpose, the mast is first pre-installed by providing it with the lamp and the power supply cable. Then the alignment takes place. With the help of the crane and the auxiliary device attached to it, it is positioned in the required height and rotation position and slowly inserted into the earth sleeve still present from the old mast up to a designated mark with which the required height position was identified.
The mast is then brought into the exact vertical position and the free space between the ground sleeve and the new mast as well as the interior of the lower mast part is filled with a suitable filler, preferably with quartz sand, and solidified. Sand, mortar, lean concrete, plastics or other commercially available building materials can be used as backfill.
If necessary, the mast can be provided with a protective coating or mast lamination in the area of the ground transition.
Pflasterarbeiten, vorgenommen. Figure 6 explains the final fourth step to complete the
Mastes. The existing underground cable can be connected to the
