Description
- Bereitstellen einer Abblendkappe, deren Rand im Bereich der Abschattemase mit einer Kerbe versehen ist,
- Bereitstellen einer Glühwendel,
- Einfädeln eines Glühwendelendes in die Kerbe
- Verschmelzen der Abblendkappe mit dem in der Kerbe angeordneten Glühwendelende, indem das Material der Abblendkappe im Bereich der Kerbe zum Schmelzen gebracht wird, so daß die Schmelze das in der Kerbe angeordnete Glühwendelende benetzt und das Glühwendelende nach dem Erstarren der Schmelze in dem wieder erstarrten Material der Abschatternase der Abblendkappe eingebettet ist.
von der Abblendkappe hervorstehenden Vorsprüngen gebildet, die einen V-förmigen oder U-förmigen Zwischenraum besitzen. Diese beiden exponierten Vorsprünge können mit vergleichsweise geringem Energieaufwand mit Hilfe eines LASER's erhitzt und geschmolzen werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Herstellungsverfahren eignet sich insbesondere zur Fertigung von Zweifaden-Halogenglühlampen, die in Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfern als Lichtquelle verwendet werden.

Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer elektrischen Glühlampe, die ein Lampengefäß (1), wenigstens eine Glühwendel (31) und eine Abblendkappe (20) besitzt, wobei die Abblendkappe (20) eine Abschatternase (20a) aufweist, und das Verfahren folgende Schritte enthält:Bereitstellen einer Abblendkappe (20), deren Rand mit einer Kerbe (23) versehen ist,Bereitstellen einer Glühwendel (31),Einfädeln eines Glühwendelendes (31a) in die Kerbe (23)Verschmelzen der Abblendkappe (20) mit dem in der Kerbe (23) angeordneten Glühwendelende (31a), indem das Material der Abblendkappe (20) im Bereich der Kerbe (23) zum Schmelzen gebracht wird, so daß die Schmelze das in der Kerbe (23) angeordnete Glühwendelende (31a) benetzt und das Glühwendelende (31a) nach dem Erstarren der Schmelze in dem erstarrten Material der Abblendkappe (20) eingebettet ist,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material der Abblendkappe (20) auf beiden Seiten der Kerbe (23) geschmolzen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abblendkappe (20) aus einem Metallblech gefertigt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kerbe (23) am Rand der Abblendkappe (20) ein V-förtniger oder U-förmiger Zwischenraum ist, der von zwei benachbarten, von der Abblendkappe (20) hervorstehenden Vorsprüngen (21, 22) gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Befestigung des in der Kerbe (23) angeorneten Glühwendelendes (31a) beide Vorsprünge (21, 22) erhitzt und zum Schmelzen gebracht werden.
- Elektrische Glühlampe mit einer Abblendlichtwendel (30) und einer Femlichtwendel (31) sowie einer Abblendkappe (20), wobei die Abblendkappe (20) eine Abschattemase (20a) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende (31a) der Fernlichtwendel (31) in dem erstarrten Material der Abschattemase (20a) eingebettet ist.
