Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer elektrischen Glühlampe, wobei die Glühlampe folgende Merkmale aufweist:einen Lampenkolben (1), in dem mindestens eine Glühwendel (4). aus Wolfram angeordnet ist, deren Enden (4a, 4b) jeweils mit einer Stromzuführung (2, 3) verschweißt oder verlötet sind, wobei die Stromzuführungen (2, 3) aus einem Metall bestehen, das eine tiefere Schmelztemperatur als das Wolfram der Glühwendel (4) besitzt,die mindestens eine Glühwendel (4) ungewendelte Enden (4a, 4b) besitzt, die jeweils mit dem geschmolzenen und wiedererstarrten Ende (2a, 3a) einer Stromzuführung (2, 3) verschweißt bzw. verlötet sind, wobeiBereitstellen zweier Stromzuführungsdrähte (2, 3), die aus einem Metall bestehen, das eine tiefere Schmelztemperatur als Wolfram besitzt,Bereitstellen einer Glühwendel (4) aus Wolfram mit ungewendelten Enden (4a, 4b),Ausrichten und Fixieren der Glühwendel (4) und der Stromzuführungsdrähte (2, 3), so daß sich die ungewendelten Glühwendelenden (4a, 4b) und die Stromzuführungen (2, 3) kreuzen,Erhitzen der über die Glühwendelenden (4a, 4b) überstehenden Stromzuführungenden (2a, 3a), so daß das aufgeschmolzene Metall der Stromzuführungen (2, 3) um die ungewendelten Glühwendelenden (4a, 4b) fließt, und anschließendes Erstarrenlassen der Metallschmelze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Festigungsschritt des Erhitzens mittels eines LASER's erfolgt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer elektrischen Glühlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein Ende (2a, 3a) der Stromzuführungen (2, 3) hakenförmig gebogen ist und die Glühwendel (4) mit ihren ungewendelten Enden (4a, 4b) vor dem Erhitzen der Stromzuführungsenden (2a, 3a) in die hakenförmigen Stromzuführungsenden (2a, 3a) eingehakt oder eingehängt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer elektrischen Glühlampe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hakenförmig umgebogenen Enden (2a, 3a) der Stromzuführungen (2, 3) mittels eines LASER's lokal erhitzt und geschmolzen werden.
