Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zur Formung und zum Nähen eines Bezuges (1), insbesondere Kissen- oder Bettbezuges, aus textilem Material, wobei ein textiles, im wesentlichen rechteckiges Paßteil an seinen Querrandkanten einen Saum (2,3) aufweist, das Paßteil zu einer U-Form gefaltet wird, so daß die erste Querrandkante (2) um die zweite Querrandkante (3) umgeschlagen ist, wobei die zweite Querrandkante (3) in der Umfaltung angeordnet ist und die erste Querrandkante (1) mit Abstand von der zweiten Querrandkante (3) auf dem gefalteten Paßteil aufliegt, und nachfolgend zur Fixierung der Faltlage die beiden Längsrandkanten (5,6) gesäumt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung aus einer horizontal gerichteten Transporteinrichtung (8) mit horizontalem Transportpfad (11) für das gefaltete Paßstück besteht, mittels derer das Paßstück einer Bearbeitungsstation, vorzugsweise einer die Säume an den Längsrandkanten formenden und nähenden Vorrichtung, zuführbar ist, daß vor dem Einlaufbereich der Transporteinrichtung (8) Führungsflächen (12) gestellfest angeordnet sind, die in den Einlaufbereich zielend gerichtet sind, daß vor den Führungsflächen (12) auf der der Transporteinrichtung (8) abgewandten Seite eine erste Halteeinrichtung (13) zum Einlegen und Haltern der zweiten Querrandkante (3) des Paßstückes angeordnet ist,daß zwischen der ersten Halteeinrichtung (13) und den Führungsflächen (12) eine zweite Halteeinrichtung (14) zum Einlegen und Haltern der ersten Querrandkante (2) des Paßstückes angeordnet ist, wobei die zweite Halteeinrichtung (14) um ein Maß gegenüber dem Einlaufbereich der Transporteinrichtung (8) vertikal nach oben verstellbar ist, welches der Länge des zu bildenden Umschlages entspricht,daß oberhalb der Führungsflächen (12) eine parallel dazu gerichtete dritte Halteeinrichtung (15) angeordnet ist, die aus oberhalb der Führungsflächen (12) angeordneten, zu diesen hin bzw. von diesen weg verstellbaren Halteplatten (22) besteht, wobei die zweite Querrandkante (3) des Paßstückes nach der Fixierung der ersten Querrandkante (2) in der zweiten Halteeinrichtung (14) aus der ersten Halteeinrichtung (13) entnehmbar und in die dritte Halteeinrichtung (15) einlegbar und mittels der Halteeinrichtung (15) auf den Führungsflächen (12) fixierbar ist,und daß die Halteplatten (22) der dritten Halteeinrichtung (15) unter Mitnahme der zweiten Querrandkante (3) in Richtung auf die Transporteinrichtung (8) vorschiebbar, gegen den von der zweiten Halteeinrichtung (14) herabhängenden Bereich (16) des Paßstückes verfahrbar und unter dessen Mitnahme bis zur Übergabe der aufeinanderliegenden Bereiche des Paßstückes an die Transportvorrichtung (8) an diese annäherbar ist, wobei die zweite Halteeinrichtung (14) entsprechend dem Vorschub der Halteplatten (22) vertikal absenkbar ist und in an die Halteplatten (22) angenäherter Lage geöffnet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung an einem Gestell gehaltert ist, welches spiegelsymmetrisch die Vorrichtungsteile aufweist und welches quer zur Transportrichtung der Paßstücke auf unterschiedliche Paßstückbreiten verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (8) aus Riementrieben besteht, die beiderseits an den parallel zur Transportrichtung (11) verlaufenden Seitenbereichen des Vorrichtungsgestells angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen (12) aus im Längsschnitt L-förmigen Platten gebildet sind, deren einer Schenkel vor der Transporteinrichtung (8) endet, waagerecht verläuft, bis über das von der zweiten Halteeinrichtung (14) gefällte Lot hinausragt und mit Abstand von dem Lot in Zuführrichtung vor dem Lot in den nach unten abgewinkelten zweiten Schenkel übergeht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Zuführrichtung (11) vor den Führungsflächen (12) eine frei drehbare Umlenkrolle (17) angeordnet ist, insbesondere vor dem zweiten Schenkel, wobei die Umlenkrolle einen reibungserhöhenden Belag aufweist oder reibungserhöhend strukturiert ist, wobei das in der ersten Halteeinrichtung (13) mit seinem Saumbereich (3) eingeklemmte Paßstück eine U-förmige Schlaufe (25) bildend vor der Umlenkrolle (17) herabhängend ausgerichtet, über die Umlenkrolle (17) in Transportrichtung (11) gering abgelenkt und in der zweiten Halteeinrichtung (14) mit dem anderen Quersaumbereich (2) eingeklemmt oder einklemmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Halteeinrichtung (13) aus einer Federklemme mit nach unten offenem Einsatzschlitz für den Quersaum (3) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Halteeinrichtung (14) aus einer Klemmzange mit einer maschinell betätigbaren Zangenbacke (18) und einer starren Zangenbacke (20) besteht, deren Klemmspalt nach unten offen ist, wobei an der starren Zangenbacke (20) eine vorstehende Leiste (21) als Anlage für den Quersaum (2) des Paßstückes ausgebildet ist und bei geschlossener Klemmzange der Randbereich (2) des Paßstückes quer verschieblich aber vertikal unverschiebbar gehalten ist, wobei ferner zur Endfixierung der Position des eingeklemmten Randbereiches (2) des Paßstückes an der beweglichen Zangenbacke (18) ein Klemmteil gehaltert ist, mittels dessen der Randbereich (2) fest an die starre Zangenbacke (20) anpreßbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Halteeinrichtung (14) an einer gestellfesten Vertikalführung verschieblich gehaltert ist, wobei ein Stellglied gestellseitig gehaltert ist, mittels dessen die zweite Halteeinrichtung (14) aus einer unteren Handhabungslage in eine obere Sollage verstellbar ist und mittels Zugeinwirkung durch die Halteplatte (22)der dritten Halteeinrichtung (15) auf ein in der zweiten Halteeinrichtung (14) eingespanntes Teil (16) des Paßstückes aus der oberen Sollage in die untere Handhabungslage zurückführbar ist, wobei vornehmlilch an der zweiten Halteeinrichtung (14) ein dem Stellglied entgegenwirkendes Kontergewicht gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Halteeinrichtung (14) mit einer Stellvorrichtung gekoppelt ist, mittels derer die Halteeinrichtung (14) bei Erreichen der unteren Handhabungslage zu öffnen ist und mittels derer die Halteeinrichtung (14) nach dem Einlegen der Quersaumkante (2) des Paßstückes schließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Halteeinrichtung (15) mittels pneumatischer Stellmittel in Richtung des Einführspaltes der Transporteinrichtung (8) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Halteeinrichtung (14) mittels eines von der Bedienungsperson betätigbaren Schalters, vornehmlich eines im Griffbereich nahe der in der unteren Handhabungslage befindlichen zweiten Halteeinrichtung (14)Schalters, zu schließen ist und mittels des gleichen Schalters oder mittels eines weiteren Schalters das Klemmteil der Halteeinrichtung (14) betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmteil mit dem Stellglied zum Verfahren der zweiten Halteeinrichtung (14) aus der Handhabungslage in die obere Sollage derart gekoppelt ist, daß bei in Schließlage betätigtem Klemmteil das Stellglied eingeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmteil mit einer Straffungsvorrichtung (24) für das U-förmig gefaltene Paßstück (25) gekoppelt ist, mittels derer bei betätigtem Klemmteil eine Straffung des Paßstückes erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Straffungsvorrichtung (24) aus in die U-förmige Schlaufe (25) des Paßstückes von den offenen Seiten her einschiebbaren Stabelementen (26) besteht, die in der eingeschobenen Lage zur Basis der U-Form der Schlaufe (25) hin bis zur Anlage an die Basis absenkbar sind, unter Eigengewicht oder unter mittels Kontergewichten abgebremster Eigengewichtsbewegung, wobei die Stabelemente (26) mittels der U-förmigen Schlaufe (25) bis zur oberen Ausgangslage zurückstellbar sind, wobei nahe der oberen Ausgangslage Stellmittel angeordnet sind, mittels derer die Stabelemente (26) quer aus der Schlaufe (25) herausziehbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beidseitig des unteren Endes der U-förmigen Schlaufe (25) des Paßstückes Kantenerfassungseinrichtungen und von diesen gesteuerte Kantenausrichtmittel angeordnet sind.
