Description
Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Pumpmaschineneinheit mit einem oder mehreren an der Pumpmaschineneinheit oder an der den Flüssigkeitsraum begrenzenden Wand befestigten stehenden Zerkleinerungselementen versehen. Die strömungsweckenden Elemente und/oder Zerkleinerungselemente können Rippen, Vorsprünge, Vertiefungen, Flügel, Messer, aufgerauchte Fläche oder Rillen sein.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die aufgerauhten Flächen feilenartige oder mit Haken oder Sägezähnen versehene Flächen oder perforierte Flächen, deren scharfer Grat der Perforation dem Flüssigkeitsraum zugewendet ist.
Der Rührer kann als Drehkorb ausgebildet sein, an dessen Mantel und/oder Boden sich Öffnungen befinden. Bei einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Rührer mit einem konischen Injektor versehen, dessen Drehachse mit der Drehachse des Rührers zusammenfällt und sich zwischen dem den größeren Durchmesser aufweisenden Rand des Injektors und dem Rührer ein ringförmiger Spalt befindet. In diesem Fall schließt an den Mantel des Injektors ein Luftzuleitungsrohr an.

Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Sammeln und Ableiten von mehrphasigen Abwässern, die über einen mit einem Abwassereinleitungs- (18) und einem Abwasserableitungs-rohr (19) versehenen Behälter (17) und in dem Behälter (17) über eine Pumpmaschineneinheit verfügt, wobei die Pumpmaschineneinheit in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse angeordnet und voneinander gedichtet abgetrennt einen Elektromotor (2) und zwei auf dessen Welle befestigte hydraulische Einheiten besitzt, wobei die eine hydraulische Einheit eine Pumpe (3) und die andere ein Rührer (4) ist wobei der Rührer (4) aus wenigstens einer, von ebenen und/oder gewölbten Flächen begrenzten und mit strömungsweckenden Elementen und/oder Zerkleinerungselementen versehenen Scheibe (12) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle des Elektromotors (2) derart mit der Waagerechten einen spitzen Winkel einschließt, daß die Pumpe (3) in Richtung ihres Druckutzens (9) ansteigt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpmaschineneinheit mit einem oder mehreren an der Pumpmaschineneinheit oder an der den Flüssigkeitsraum begrenzenden Wand befestigten stehenden Zerkleinerungselementen versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die strömungsweckenden Elemente und/oder Zerkleinerungselemente Rippen, Vorsprünge, Vertiefungen, Flügel, Messer, aufgerauchte Fläche oder Rillen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufgerauhten Flächen (12) feilenartige oder mit Haken oder Sägezähnen versehene Flächen oder perforierte Flächen sind, deren scharfer Grat der Perforation dem Flüssigkeitsraum zugewendet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rührer (4) mit einem konischen Injektor (24) versehen ist, dessen Drehachse mit der Drehachse des Rührers (4) zusammenfällt, und sich zwischen dem den größeren Durchmesser aufweisenden Rand des Injektors (24) und dem Rührer (4) ein ringförmiger Spalt befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den Mantel des Injektors (24) ein Luftzuleitungsrohr (25) anschließt.
