Claims (17)
- Kreiselpumpe mit einer dem Pumpenlaufrad vorgeschalteten Zerkleinerungseinrichtung für faserige oder stückige Beimengungen in der Förderflüssigkeit, wobei die Zerkleinerungseinrichtung durch einen mit dem Pumpenlaufrad umlaufenden, mit mehreren Schneidkanten versehenen Schneidkopf und einen mit dem Schneidkopf zusammenwirkenden, im Gehäuse der Kreiselpumpe feststehend angeordneten Schneideinsatz gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidkopf (8, 22) mit mehreren, im wesentlichen axial verlaufenden, durch Stege (16) begrenzten Ausnehmungen (18) versehen ist, wobei die mit Schneidkanten (17) ausgestatteten Stege (16) die Eintrittskanten der Schaufeln (11) des Laufrades (5) abdecken und einen stufenlosen Übergang zu der Kontur der Schaufeln (11) besitzen, während die Ausnehmungen (18) einen stufenlosen Übergang zu den Kanälen (12) des Laufrades (5) besitzen.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Schneidkopf (22), der mit einer oder mehreren an seiner saugseitigen Stirnseite angeordneten Schaufeln (24) ausgestattet ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaufeln (24) einen zum Außendurchmesser des Schneidkopfes (22) hin abfallenden Verlauf besitzen.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaufeln (24) mit einem über den Schneideinsatz (10) vorragenden Zylinder (23) verbunden sind.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaufeln (24) und/oder der Zylinder (23) mit abgerundeten Kanten versehen sind.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneideinsatz (10) für eine in axialer Richtung erfolgende Zuströmung zum Schneidkopf (8, 22) hin offen ist und für eine in radialer Richtung erfolgende Zuströmung zum Schneidkopf (8, 22) Ausnehmungen (20) besitzt.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidkopf (8, 22) eine von der Anzahl der Ausnehmungen (20) des Schneideinsatzes (10) unterschiedliche Anzahl an Ausnehmungen (18) besitzt.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkanten (17) des Schneidkopfes (8, 22) und/oder des Schneideinsatzes (10) achsparallel verlaufen.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkanten (17) des Schneidkopfes (8, 22) und/oder des Schneideinsatzes (10) schraubenförmig verlaufen.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei schraubenförmigem Verlauf der Schneidkanten (17) des Schneidkopfes (8, 22) und des Schneideinsatzes (10) die Schraubenvektoren des Schneidkopfes (8, 22) und des Schneideinsatzes (10) gegeneinander gerichtet sind.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein Laufrad (5), das saugseitig ohne mitrotierende Deckscheibe ausgeführt ist und das gegenüber einer im Gehäuse (3) der Kreiselpumpe (2) fest angeordneten Deckscheibe (14) einen einstellbaren Spalt besitzt.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneideinsatz (10) auswechselbar mit der im Gehäuse (3) feststehenden Deckscheibe (13) verbunden ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidkopf (8, 22) einteilig mit dem Laufrad (5) ausgeführt ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidkopf (8, 22) einteilig mit der druckseitigen Deckscheibe (13) des Laufrades (5) ausgeführt ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidkopf (8, 22) auswechselbar mit der druckseitigen Deckscheibe (13) des Laufrades (5) verbunden ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine drehfeste Verbindung des Schneideinsatzes (10) und/oder des Schneidkopfes (8, 22) jeweils über einen Stift (7) erfolgt.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine über die gesamte axiale Erstreckung des Schneideinsatzes (10) schraubenförmig verlaufende Nut (21) in der Innenwand des Schneideinsatzes (10).
