Definitions
- the invention relates to a folder with a modular structure according to the preamble of the independent claim.
- a file folder with a modular structure is known. He points a back part with side swiveling wings on file spine and Folder covers can be connected to the wings by means of a slide bar. Point to this Folder covers and wings a multitude on a line parallel to the rear edge arranged recesses arranged approximately at regular intervals.
- the recesses have, for the wings, an approximately square insertion opening and an adjoining locking slot and, for the folder cover, a rectangular insertion opening.
- the sliders are made with the same variety Provide T-shaped locking elements at the same intervals.
- the slide bar is attached, by their T-shaped locking elements with the crossbar through the Insertion openings inserted and with the longitudinal leg in the Locking slot is pulled.
- the slide bar is on the outside of the folder cover and Wings arranged and reaches with the locking elements to the inside. This is necessary so that the locking elements are not damaged during normal use be because the crossbar of the T-shaped locking elements over the Protect the lid surface.
- the folder or bracket mechanism is with the back part connected. This means that for each type of folder depending on the width and according to Ironing standard, European or American, a complete back part can be made got to.
- the object of the invention is to create a modular file folder, which enables back width, stitching mechanism and locking device for Different folder thicknesses and bracket standards can be easily adjusted do. If possible, it should not have any protruding parts which are normal Handling can easily be damaged.
- each file folder exactly according to the desired requirements from a minimum number of different elements can be put together.
- Each file folder can also be easily opened later Adapt way to the new needs and desires. It can do any of its elements can be replaced individually. For example, the bracket mechanism or the color of the Folder cover or the width of the back part alone and also combined changed become.
- the file folder basically consists of one Back part 1 with laterally attached wings 2, 3, a folder cover Folder spine 5, a first retaining bar 7, 8 with a bracket mechanism 71, 81 and one second retaining bar 6.
- the back part 1 has a first film-like hinge 12 with the first wing 2 and pivotable with the second wing 3 with a second film-like hinge 13 connected.
- Each wing 2, 3 is at least two opposite each other parallel and spaced L-shaped first guide strips 21-24 and provided second guide strips 31-34.
- the first wing 2 parallel guide strips in pairs Arrangement, namely two lower 21.22 and two upper 23.24 against each other directional, L-shaped guide strips. Between the lower 21,22 and the upper 23,24 guide rails there is a space without guide rails.
- the one another Opposing L-shaped guide strips point with the free leg against each other, so that between the free legs and the surface of each Wing 2,3 a groove-like receiving track for receiving the described below Holding bars 6-8 is present.
- Folder cover 4 and folder back 5 correspond in mirror image. They have at least one recess 43, 44, 53, 54 in the part 1 near the back , which are dimensioned such that the folder cover 4 and the folder back 5 can be placed on the wings 3, 2 such that the L-shaped guide strips 21-24, 31-34 reach through the recesses 43, 44, 53, 54 and rest on their long sides with their outer flanks.
- a folder cover 4 with its recesses 43, 44 is placed over the guide strips 31-34 and rests on the surface of the second wing 3, a second retaining strip 6 can be inserted into the through the second guide strips 31-34 of the leaf 3 and through the third guide strips 41 , 42 of the folder cover formed groove-like receiving track.
- first retaining bar 7, 8 and the second retaining bar 6 are provided with lateral retaining flanks 72, 73, 82, 83, 62, 63 on their long sides.
- the holding strips have a length that is slightly less than the height of the folder.
- the entire width including the retaining flanks corresponds to the inner distance between the opposite guide strips.
- the retaining strips are thus guided when inserted into the receiving tracks formed by the guide strips and are also held in the inserted state.
- File folder 4 and file spine 5 are now clamped and held by the retaining strips resting on the guide strips between them and the corresponding wings.
- the first retaining strip 7, 8 has one on each of the long sides facing outwards Holding edge 72,73,82,83.
- the holding flanks can be used as shoulders or as inclined Surfaces. They are used for positive and / or non-positive Connection with the guide rails.
- the bracket mechanism corresponds to 71 the European standards of hole spacing with two or four brackets, as in the Figure 1 shown with the retaining bar 7.
- the alternative retaining strip 8 with bow mechanism 81 corresponds to the US standard with three brackets / holes.
- the second retaining strip 6 likewise has a retaining flank 62, 63 directed towards the outside on both longitudinal sides with the same meaning and the same function as described above.
- bracket holders 617.618 are provided with bracket recordings, which are provided with a groove open at the top. They are arranged at a distance corresponding to the stirrups of the stirrup mechanism 71, 81.
- the brackets In the closed state of a file folder, at least one of the brackets is received in the groove of one of the bracket receptacles and held slightly clamped. This gives the folder the desired stability when closed, so that it can also be set up on its own.
- the bracket receptacles are arranged such that the first bracket receptacles 617 are arranged in the inner region and the arrangement of the brackets in the two-bracket or the inner two brackets corresponds to the four-bracket European standard a .
- the two outer clamp receivers 618 correspond b the two outer ironing dreibügeligen US standard. This one embodiment is sufficient for all three common bracket arrangements of file folders.
- a further possibility for universal use of the file folder is that the first holding bar 7, 8 is provided with means for hanging the folder in existing hanging files.
- One advantage of the file folder according to the invention is that the contents of a folder can be hung into a hanging file together with the holding bar, but without the back part 1, folder lid 4 and folder back 5, without having to open the ironing mechanism and taking the documents in hand Need to become.
- insertable hooks are arranged on the first retaining strip 7, 8 on the narrow sides 9, 9 '.
- the hook-in hook 94, 94 ' is formed on one end of a sliding part 93, 93' . It is slidably attached to a holding rail 91 and has slide guides 95, 96.
- the holding rail 91 is at the same time a cover of the sliding part 93 and, for example, is fastened to the holding rail 7, 8 with rivets 92.
- the rivets 92 can simultaneously serve as stops to limit the displaceability.
- To attach the file folder only the holding strips 6 and 7,8 are pulled out of the guide strips, whereupon the file folder is broken down into its basic elements.
- the documents on the brackets of the bracket mechanism 71, 81 on the retaining bar 7, 8 remain unchanged. Now the hooks 94,94 'are pulled out laterally until they stop on the holding rails 91.
- the first retaining bar 7, 8 hangs in a hanging file with a narrow side upwards and the stirrups of the stirrup mechanism 71, 81 protrude sideways and thus approximately take up the space which corresponds to the width of the file folder.
- text bars can be provided, which are used as a protective tape over and under the documents are classified or as a label on the back of the File folders are also used here without further ado.
- the as Protective tapes designed writing strips simply on the temples of the ring mechanism pushed sideways.
- a preferred embodiment of these script bars and their Attachment to the file folder is shown in Figures 4a-c.
- the figure shows 4a the file folder back part from the inside, the figure 4b from the outside and the figure 4c in the Cross section A-A 'of Figure 4a.
- the back part 1 of the file folder with the attached pivotable by means of the film-like hinges 12 and 13 arranged wings 2 and 3, has a section which forms a viewing window 11.
- the file folder is broken down into its elements and the first holding bar 7,8 with the contents of the folder is hung in a hanging file, see above the title bar 14 can be pulled out of the back part 1 of the file folder and are attached to the brackets of the bracket mechanism 71, 81 with the clips 16 ', so it's held lightly clamped. In this state the is in the suspension file Writing bar 14 visible from above and thus the contents of the file folder also here identifiable without having to be additionally written to.
- the file folder according to the invention can therefore always be the amount of content can be adjusted by only increasing the content of the first holding bar 7,8 and the back part 1 must be replaced.
- Folder cover 4 and folder back 5 as desired, purpose, etc., for example with the The company's own color scheme.
- Each file folder can be useful the few standardized elements in the simplest way or must be changed and for the archiving of the content in suspension files the Content not taken out and redistributed in hanging folders.
- On Adapting the external appearance of file folders to the application or A company image can also refer to the special coloring of only the back section 1 or limit the folder cover 4. Since all elements except the ring mechanism can consist of relatively thin plastic sheets is always a good one Quality, durability and perfect stability guaranteed. Of course you can all or individual elements of the file folder also from a suitable other Made of material, such as cardboard, wood or aluminum sheet.
