Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Unterputzspülkasten, mit einem Kastenkörper, der eine Bodenwandung, Seitenwandungen mit einer Frontseite und eine Deckenwandung sowie eine Revisionsöffnung aufweist. Unterputzspülkästen sind seit langem bekannt und beispielsweise in der EP-A-0 544 616 und der DE-A-31 39 834 des Anmelders beschrieben. Sowohl die Herstellung als auch die Montage solcher Unterputzspülkästen ist vergleichsweise aufwändig.
Die EP-A-2 739 116 offenbart einen Spülkasten, der eine Öffnung aufweist, die sich über die Oberseite und die Frontseite des Spülkastens erstreckt. Ein Winkelstück (cornière 6) wird so auf die Revisionsöffnung aufgesetzt, dass eine Betätigungsplatte wahlweise frontseitig oder oberseitig montierbar ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Unterputzspülkasten der genannten Art zu schaffen, der einfacher und kostengünstiger herstellbar und montierbar und dennoch funktionssicher ist.
Die Aufgabe ist bei einem gattungsgemässen Unterputzspülkasten gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Der erfindungsgemässe Unterputzspülkasten hat den wesentlichen Vorteil, dass für die beiden üblichen Betätigungen lediglich noch ein einziger Kastenkörper hergestellt werden muss. Für die Betätigung von oben und die Betätigung von vorn müssen nun nicht mehr zwei unterschiedliche Spülkästen hergestellt werden. Damit genügt eine einzige Fertigungsstrasse für die Herstellung der beiden Typen von Unterputzspülkästen. Da lediglich noch ein Kastenkörper verwendet wird, ist auch die Montage einheitlicher und damit einfacher. Infolge der universelleren Verwendung des Unterputzspülkastens ist auch die Lagerhaltung vereinfacht. Der erfindungsgemässe Unterputzspülkasten kann bereits im Werk für eine Betätigung von oben oder von vorne vorgerüstet werden. Im einen Fall wird die obere Revisionsöffnung und im anderen Fall die vordere Revisionsöffnung verschlossen. Die Montage wird dann besonders vereinfacht, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung bereits im Werk ein Bauschutzrahmen am Kastenkörper befestigt wird. Der erfindungsgemässe Unterputzspülkasten kann aber auch so eingesetzt werden, dass erst am Montageort entsprechend der vorgesehenen Betätigung die eine oder andere Revisionsöffnung angebaut wird. Eine Lieferung des falschen Spülkastentyps kann damit nicht mehr vorkommen.
Die Montage wird noch weiter vereinfacht, wenn beide Revisionsöffnungen deckungsgleich ausgebildet sind. Die Mittel für den Einbau und die Montage der Betätigungsvorrichtung ist dann für beide Betätigungsarten gleich. Beispielsweise kann der gleiche Bauschutzrahmen für eine Betätigung von vorn als auch für eine Betätigung von oben verwendet werden.
Die Anzahl notwendiger Teile kann noch weiter reduziert werden, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung der Bauschutzrahmen wenigstens einen abnehmbaren Deckel aufweist, der gleichzeitig zum Verschliessen der nicht benötigten Revisionsöffnung verwendbar ist. Der Deckel kann somit als Verschlussplatte verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise weist der Bauschutzrahmen zwei solche abnehmbare Deckel auf. Der eine dieser beiden Deckel wird bei der Montage als Verschlussplatte zum Verschliessen der einen Revisionöffnung verwendet. Der andere Deckel bleibt bis nach dem Ausmauern auf dem Bauschutzrahmen und verhindert damit ein Eindringen von Fremdkörpern in den Spülkasten während dem Ausmauern. Der erfindungsgemässe Unterputzspülkasten erleichtert somit nicht nur wesentlich die Herstellung und die Montage, sondern ermöglicht eine wesentliche Reduzierung der Anzahl unterschiedlicher Einzelteile und damit auch eine Vereinfachung der Lagerhaltung.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Betätigungsvorrichtung so ausgebildet ist, dass sie sowohl für eine Betätigung von vorne als auch für eine Betätigung von oben verwendbar ist. Für beide Betätigungsarten kann damit die gleiche Betätigungsvorrichtung verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise ist dazu ein Hebel auf einem Lagerbock gelagert, wobei eine Drehachse des Hebels auf der Winkelhalbierenden zur vorderen und oberen Kante liegt. Nach einer bevorzugten Ausbildung des Hebels weist dieser in winkelförmiger Anordnung zwei Befestigungsstellen auf. Die eine Befestigungsstelle dient für eine horizontal ausgerichtete Drückerstange für die Betätigung von vorne und die andere Befestigungsstelle für die vertikal ausgerichtete Drückerstange für die Bestätigung von oben. Die Betätigung kann mit einer an sich bekannten Abdeckplatte erfolgen. Bilden gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ein Bauschutzrahmen und eine Verschlussplatte eine Einheit, so kann die Montage weiter vereinfacht und gleichzeitig die Anzahl der Einzelteile noch weiter vermindert werden. Der Bauschutzrahmen und die Verschlussplatte sind so angeordnet, dass gleichzeitig auf die eine Revisionsöffnung der Bauschutzrahmen aufgesetzt und die andere Revisionsöffnung mit der Verschlussplatte verschlossen wird. Auch hier ist vorzugsweise vorgesehen, dass für beide Betätigungsarten die gleiche Einheit verwendbar ist.
Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Der in Figur 1 gezeigte Spülkasten weist einen Kastekörper 10 auf, der beispielsweise im Blasformverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist. Um den Kastenkörper 10 mit Spülwasser zu füllen, ist in diesem eine Einlaufarmatur 18 untergebracht. Diese weist in üblicher Weise einen Schwimmer 19 auf, mit dem beim Nachfüllen des Spülkastens 1 der Füllvorgang unterbrochen wird. Über eine Wasserleitung 20 ist die Einlaufarmatur 18 mit einer hier nicht gezeigten Versorgungsleitung verbunden. Im Kastenkörper 10 befindet sich zudem eine Ablaufgarnitur 14 mit einem Gehäuse 15 sowie einem Ventilrohr 16. Die Ablaufgarnitur 14 ist in der Bodenwandung 2 des Kastenkörpers 10 befestigt und dient zur Auslösung einer Spülung. Dazu wird das Ventilrohr 16 mit der in Figur 2 gezeigten Betätigungsvorrichtung 30 angehoben. Bei geöffneter Auslaufarmatur 14 fliesst das Spülwasser durch ein Auslaufrohr in eine hier nicht gezeigte WC-Schüssel oder ein Urinal. Die Armaturen 14 und 18 sind an sich bekannt und werden hier deshalb nicht weiter erläutert.
Der Kastenkörper 10 besitzt ausser der genannten Bodenwandung 2 eine Deckenwandung 7 sowie Seitenwandungen 3, 4, 5 und 6. Die Wandung 6 bildet die Frontwandung und weist eine rechteckige Revisionsöffnung 8 auf. Die Deckenwandung 7 besitzt ebenfalls eine Revisionsöffnung 9, die mit der Revisionsöffnung 8 vorzugsweise deckungsgleich ist. Die Revisionsöffnungen 8 und 9 sind somit vorzugsweise gleich ausgebildet. Wie ersichtlich sind die Öffnungen 8 und 9 durch einen vergleichsweise schmalen Steg 27 von einander getrennt. Dieser Steg 27 bildet bereichsweise die vordere und obere Kante 29 des Kastenkörpers 10. Hinter diesen Revisionsöffnungen 8 und 9 befindet sich gemäss Figur 2 die Betätigungsvorrichtung 30, die eine rahmenförmige Lagerplatte 38 mit einem sich nach oben erstreckenden Lagerbock 39 aufweist. Am Lagerbock 39 ist ein zweiarmiger Hebel 28 gelagert. Ein Arm 28b ist mit einem Bügel 16a des Ventilrohrs 16 verbunden. Der andere Hebelarm 28a ist über ein Gelenk 32 und eine Gewindehülse 22 mit einer Drückerstange 23 verbunden. Der Drehpunkt 21 des Hebels 28 befindet sich gemäss Figur 2 vorzugsweise auf einer Winkelhalbierenden 24 durch den Innenwinkel der im Querschnitt rechtwinkligen Kante. Die Betätigung der Ablaufgarnitur 14 kann durch die Revisionsöffnung 8 oder durch die Revisionsöffnung 9 erfolgen. Ist eine Betätigung durch die Revisionsöffnung 8 und damit von vorne vorgesehen, so wird eine Drückerstange 23 in horizontaler Anordnung montiert, wie dies in Figur 2 mit ausgezogenen Linien gezeigt ist. Wird die Drückerstange 23 in Figur 2 nach rechts bewegt, so wird der zweiarmige Hebel 28 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn um die Drehachse 21 verschwenkt und damit der Ventilkörper 16 in der einen Richtung des Doppelpfeils 37 angehoben. Für eine Betätigung von oben wird die Drückerstange 23 vertikal angeordnet, wie dies in Figur 2 mit gestrichelten Linien dargestellt ist. Die Gewindehülse 22 wird dann um das Gelenk 32 nach oben verschwenkt. Die beiden Drückerstangen 23 und 23' sind aber ansonsten gleich. Für eine Spülauslösung von oben wird die Drückerstange 23 nach unten bewegt. Der zweiarmige Hebel 28 wird dann, wie bereits erläutert, verschwenkt und damit die Auslaufarmatur 14 zur Auslösung einer Spülung geöffnet. Die Anordnung des Drehpunktes 21 auf der Winkelhalbierenden 24 hat den Vorteil einer einfachen und für beide Betätigungen im Wesentlichen gleiche Hebelbewegung. Die Bewegung der Drückerstange 23 erfolgt mit einer Abdeckplatte 12, die eine oder zwei Tasten 13 aufweist und die in an sich bekannter Weise maueraussenseitig montiert wird. Möglich ist auch eine Spülunterbrechung, bei welcher die Drückerstange 23 bzw. 23' nach vorne bzw. nach oben bewegt wird. Möglich ist aber auch eine andere Betätigungsart, beispielsweise eine pneumatische Betätigung.
Ist eine Betätigung von vorne, also durch die Revisionsöffnung 8 vorgesehen, so wird die andere Revisionsöffnung 9 mit einer hier nicht gezeigten Verschlussplatte verschlossen. Für die Montage des Spülkastens 1 wird auf die nicht verschlossene Revisionsöffnung 8 bzw. 9 ein Bauschutzrahmen 11 aufgesetzt und befestigt.
Der Bauschutzrahmen 11 besteht aus mehreren umlaufenden Streifen 11a, die in bekannter Weise eine Anpassung der Tiefe des Bauschutzrahmens an die Wandstärke emöglichen.

Claims (8)

  1. Unterputzspülkasten, mit einem Kastenkörper (10), der eine Bodenwandung (2), Seitenwandungen (3, 4, 5, 6) mit einer Frontwandung (6) und eine Deckenwandung (7) aufweist, wobei die Frontwandung (6) und die Deckenwandung (7) jeweils eine Revisionsöffnung (8, 9) aufweisen, die bei der Montage wahlweise für eine Betätigung von oben oder für eine Betätigung von vorn anbaubar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Revisionsöffnungen (8, 9) durch einen vergleichsweise schmalen, kantenbildenden Steg (27) voneinander getrennt sind.
  2. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Verschlussplatte (33, 43) vorgesehen ist, mit der wahlweise die eine oder die andere Revisionsöffnung (8, 9) verschliessbar bzw. verschlossen ist.
  3. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Revisionsöffnungen (8, 9) über die obere und vordere Kastenkante (29) miteinander verbunden sind.
  4. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bauschutzrahmen (11, 40) vorgesehen ist, der wahlweise auf die eine oder die andere Revisionsöffnung (8, 9) aufsetzbar ist.
  5. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Revisionsöffnungen (8, 9) Ausformungen der Frontwandung (6) bzw. der Deckenwandung (7) sind.
  6. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Kastenkörper (10) ein Lagerbock (39) einer Betätigungsvorrichtung (30) angeordnet ist, die eine Drückerstange (23) wahlweise von der einen oder der anderen Revisionsöffnung (8, 9) aufnehmen kann.

Spülkasten nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Lagerbock (39) ein Betätigungselement (28, 28') gelagert ist, das zwei Befestigungsstellen (22, 31a, 31b) für eine Drückerstange (23, 23') aufweist, wobei die eine Befestigungsstelle (22, 31a) für eine horizontal ausgerichtete Drückerstange (23) und die andere Befestigungsstelle (22', 31b) für eine vertikal ausgerichtete Drückerstange (23') vorgesehen ist.
  8. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Revisionsöffnungen (8, 9) im Wesentlichen deckungsgleich ausgebildet sind.
