Claims (4)
- Mit einem Kristall aus Halbleitermaterial verbundene Sägeleiste, die zum Abtrennen von Scheiben von dem Kristall mit einer Drahtsäge eingesetzt wird, mit einem an den Kristall angrenzenden Abschnitt, der eine Härte aufweist, die im wesentlichen der Härte des Kristalls entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sägeleiste als Verbundkörper ausgebildet ist und einen weiteren Abschnitt aufweist, der vom Kristall weiter entfernt und wesentlich weicher ist als der an den Kristall angrenzende Abschnitt.
- Mit einem Kristall aus Halbleitermaterial verbundene Sägeleiste, die zum Abtrennen von Scheiben von dem Kristall mit einer Drahtsäge eingesetzt wird, mit einem an den Kristall angrenzenden Abschnitt, der eine Härte aufweist, die im wesentlichen der Härte des Kristalls entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sägeleiste im Querschnitt ein Hohlprofil aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Abtrennen von Scheiben von einem Kristall aus Halbleitermaterial mit einer Drahtsäge, wobei der Kristall mit einer Sägeleiste verbunden ist, und beim Abtrennen der Scheiben erst in den Kristall und anschließend in die Sägeleiste gesägt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in eine Sägeleiste gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2 gesägt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sägedraht mit schwachem elektrischen Strom beaufschlagt wird.
