Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Stapeln von Holzscheitern (45) auf Paletten (43) für die Lagertrocknung, den Transport, die Vermarktung und den Verbrauch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheiter (45) auf einer schwenkbaren Aufnahme- und Wendeplatte (1) in einem Käfig (6) liegend gestapelt, nach dem Füllen des Käfigs (6) umreift und gebunden und als Bündel (49) mit der Wendeplatte (1) um 90° in eine vertikale Transport- und Lagerstellung geschwenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheiter (45) des ersten Bündels (49) stirnseitig an das auf der Aufnahme- und Wendeplatte (1) aufrecht stehend gehaltene Palett (43) herangeschoben gestapelt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von Holzscheitern (45) auf Paletten (43) für die Lagertrocknung, den Transport, die Vermarktung und den Verbrauch, umfassend eine Aufnahme- und Wendeplatte (1) und zwei einen Käfig (6) bildende Bügel (5), welche in Führungen (7) an den Seiten der Wendeplatte (1) längsverschiebbar befestigt sind, ein Mittel zum Schwenken der Wendeplatte (1) sowie vertikal zur Wendeplatte (1) an letzterer befestigte Stützen (37) zum Festhalten des Paletts (43) in rechtwinkliger Lage zur Wendeplatte (1).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügel (5) bezüglich der Wendeplatte (1) nach aussen schwenkbar und an ihrem oben liegenden Enden miteinander zu einem Käfig (6) verbindbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Schwenken der Wendeplatte (1) ein Trägerelement (27) umfasst, welches an einer parallel zur Unterseite der Wendeplatte (1) liegenden Achse (29) an der Wendeplatte (1) angelenkt ist und stirnseitig am Trägerelement (27) Mittel zum Einführen der Gabeln (33) eines Hubstaplers ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Schwenken der Wendeplatte (1) ein Gabelelement (61) mit zwei Gabeln (65) und vier in einer senkrecht zu den Gabeln (65) angeordneten Führungsrollen (69,71) sowie einen an einem Fahrzeug anhängbaren Wendewagen (69) mit zwei Kurvenbahnen (77,79) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wendewagen (63) einen u-förmigen Grundrahmen (85) umfasst, an dessen beiden Schenkel (87) je ein Rad (89) und in einer vertikalen Ebene je zwei Kurvenbahnen (77,79) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Schwenken der Wendeplatte (1) ein Schienenelement (103) mit zwei parallel liegenden Schienen (105) mit je an jedem Schienenende ausgebildeten Rollenleitblechen (105) zum Führen eines an der Wendeplatte (1) befestigten Rollenpaares (101) sowie Verbindungsmittel (111) zum Verbinden des Schienenelementes (103) mit der hydraulischen Hebevorrichtung (113) an einem Traktor umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rollenpaar (101) am stirnseitigen Ende der Wendeplatte (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9 zum Entnehmen der Scheiter (45) mit einem Entnahmebügel (201), umfassend einen Ring (203) mit zwei schwenkbaren Abschnitten (205), zum Aufsetzen auf das Scheiterbündel (47).
