Description
Die Induktionsspulen (3a) können entweder direkt in das Laminat vergossen werden, oder werden nachträglich mechanisch in der Position veränderbar unter der Carbonfaserfläche angebracht(3).
Soll die so entstandene, möglichst dünne, Herdauflage aus Stein gleichzeitig eine durchgehende Küchenarbeitsplatte (6) sein (Abb. 1/2), so wird ein Teil oder besser die gesamte Auflage (6) in der oben beschriebenen Weise verstärkt und zusätzlich durch einen untergebauten Leichtmetallrahmen (7) stabilisiert. Die vorderen und gegebenenfalls seitlichen und hinteren Kanten (8) der Platte (6) werden mit dem gleichen Steinmaterial wie die Auflage (6) , jedoch entsprechend dicker, oder aus einem anderen Material, z. B. Metall oder Holz, ausgeführt. (siehe Abb. 1/2)
Soll die aus (1) und (2) bestehende Herdauflage in eine Küchenarbeitsplatte (6) z.B. aus Holz eingelassen werden (Abb.3/4), wird sie durch einen äußeren Rahmen (4), aus z.B. Aluminium, bezüglich der Torsionssteifigkeit stabilisiert oder einfach in eine Nut (5) des die Herdauflage umgebenden Materials der Küchenarbeitsplatte eingesetzt.
Auch hier kann es vorteilhaft sein, die Herdauflage durch einen stabilisierenden Unterbau (7) zu stützen. (siehe Abb.3/4)
Claims (11)
- Anordnung mit einer mittels einer faserhaltigen Armierung mechanisch stabilisierten Induktionsherdauflage aus Stein mit gleichzeitiger Eignung als Küchenarbeitsplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß unter einer durchgehend gleichmäßig dünnen und an Ober- und Unterseite ebenen Steinplatte die faserhaltige Armierung angeordnet ist, die ebenfalls durchgehend mit der Unterseite der Steinplatte ganzflächig verbunden, gleichmäßig dünn und extrem hitzebeständig ist, wodurch unter dieser Hitzeeinwirkung eine zugstabile Armierung mit einer durchgehenden horizontalen Ausrichtung der somit optimierten Zugspannungsaufnahme gewährleistet ist, und daß unter oder in der durchgehenden faserhaltigen Armierung die Induktionsspulen angebracht sind, wobei gewährleistet ist, daß die Induktionsspule an derjeweiligen Befestigungsstelle praktisch einen konstanten Abstand zur Oberfläche der Steinplatte aufweist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche Stabilisierung in Leichtbauweise unter der Armierung zur Gesamtstabilisierung der Anordnung angebracht wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Induktionsherdauflage aus Stein an einer oder beiden Seiten über das eigentliche Kochfeld hinausragt und somit auch eine durchgehende Küchenarbeitsplatte ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Induktionsherdauflage in eine andere Küchenarbeitsplatte aus Stein, Holz, Glas, Metall, Keramik oder Kunststoff eingelassen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die faserhaltige Armierung aus einem Verbundwerkstoff (Laminat) gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die faserhaltige Armierung aus glashaltigem Material gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die faserhaltigr Armierung aus Kunststein oder Keramikmaterial gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die faserhaltigr Armierung aus einem künstlich erzeugten Perlmutt oder Korallenmaterial gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern der faserhaltigen Armierung Carbonfasern sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern der faserhaltigen Armierung Seidenspinnenfäden sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um die Induktionsspulen herum unter der Steinplatte Abschirmgitter aus metallischem Werkstoff flächenmäßig angebracht sind, die eine Abschirmung der elektromagnetischen Strahlung am Rande der Kochstellen bewirken.
