Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device for stacking sewing material according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a method and a Device for folding and stacking material of the type mentioned above to further develop that the sewing material passed into the stacking device in the Stacking device is deposited, that it is stored in the correct position and shape, with the aim that it is also in the correct position and shape of the next one Sewing operation can be fed.
- the invention is through the technical teaching of Claim 1 marked.
- the invention is based on a known State of the art, which provides that a sewing machine downstream Stacking device is arranged and that between the sewing machine and the Stacking a space is arranged. It is also known that a this intermediate space bridging transfer unit and transport device, the z. B. is designed as a belt transport is available, which is able remove the material from the outlet side of the sewing machine and arrange it in an orderly manner to bring the stacking device.
- the invention now provides as a technical teaching that in the space between the outlet side of the sewing machine and the inlet side of the stacking device vertical clamping device is arranged, which is able to part of the Sewing material, e.g. B. to grasp the beginning of the material clamped and in the vertical direction to be transported, with the remaining part of the sewing material in a transport gap is transported, one side through a bearing surface of the stacking device and the other side by a raised and lowered trained Belt transport is formed.
- part of the Sewing material e.g. B.
- the vertical clamping device which takes the material to a defined Amount is moved down.
- This embodiment is suitable for the Place the sewing material in the correct position on the right, i.e. with the useful side facing outwards.
- This embodiment is characterized by the technical teaching that a vertical clamping device is present, which is substantially below the The sewing table is arranged and its clamping device extends vertically downwards emotional.
- the invention thus sees a vertical clamping device both above and below the sewing table, with the one arranged below the sewing table vertical clamping device the material is folded to the right, while with the vertical clamping device arranged above the sewing table is folded left.
- Both clamping devices can be present together; it But it can also be provided that only a single clamping device (i.e. either the lower or the upper clamping device) is available.
- a displacement device for the vertical Clamping device is provided, which is arranged above the sewing table to transport them out of the work area. So it just comes a clamping device or the other clamping device in use.
- the present invention is not limited to the fact that the respective vertical clamping device consists of a conveyor belt (toothed belt) on which a carriage is arranged, on the carriage in turn the clamping device is attached.
- a vertically lifting and lowering clamping device which is connected to a conveyor belt working in a vertical direction
- this conveyor belt described whichever lifts the clamping device in the vertical direction, it goes without saying possible to use a different lifting device for the clamping device.
- a such a lifting device can, for example, be a lifting ram be a spindle or a swivel arm that runs around a horizontal axis is pivotable, and at the front free end of the clamping device is arranged.
- the important thing with this clamping device is only that it is in the essentially in the vertical direction either above the sewing table support or is designed to be raised and lowered below the sewing table support.
- this transfer device is as Clamping plate formed.
- This clamping plate has a double function because it serves once as a transfer station for transferring the beginning of the sewing material to the vertical Clamping device (in this process position, the clamping plate acts only as Transfer device, but does not have a clamping effect). In the other function of this She also creates the fold of the sewing material, namely when that Sewing material in the transport gap between the lower run of the belt transport and the Support surface of the truck is introduced and transported on.
- the vertical clamping device In addition to the transfer device, which is suitable for the space between the Outlet side of the sewing machine and the inlet side of the stacking device bridge is a so-called vertical clamping device in this Intermediate space arranged.
- the vertical clamping device consists essentially from a clamping bracket which can be clamped by means of a piston and is suitable pick up the beginning of the material to be clamped, then the so clamped sewing material start with the vertical clamping device on a slide is moved vertically downwards on the stacker in order to close the sewing material downwards transport without being stretched significantly. So it should only be a certain one Length of the sewn material to be removed in the area of the sewing machine, and as much as it is necessary to place one in the middle of the material provided crease fold.
- the vertical clamping device remains in its lowered position and the rest of the sewing material is then using the now as a clamping device used clamping plate (transfer station) in the transport gap between the Belt transport and the stacker brought, whereby the crease is formed.
- the clamping device then moves in a subsequent process step back up, releases the beginning of the material, so that the material is folded and in full width on the storage surface of the truck and then on one Stacking area can be filed in an orderly manner.
- the clamping device in the later Sewing operation rubber to be processed further (for example on the leg cutout of the sewing article), because only through this correct registration of the later rubber to be processed further ensures that this rubber is in the correct position is finally placed on the stacking device and then stacked becomes.
- this further transfer device from one Transfer slide exists, which is movably driven in the sewing transport direction, preferably a pneumatic piston-cylinder drive is used as the drive becomes. Starting from the vicinity of the sewing head, it moves backwards in the sewing direction towards the stacker, takes the sewing material with it and forms the Buckle, the free front end of the vertical clamping device is recorded.
- a sewing machine is shown schematically in FIG For reasons of simplicity, only the sewing head 1 is shown, which schematizes one has shown presser foot 6.
- the sewing material 4 rests on a sewing table 2, the sewing machine overall has a frame 3 which holds the parts mentioned. At a distance from the outlet (left) of the sewing table 2 there is an intermediate space 53 (FIG. 3) provided that the outlet area of the sewing machine from a stacker 19th separates.
- the sewing material 4 is in this direction 53 in this space 53 transported into it.
- the transfer station between the sewing machine (sewing head 1) and the stacker 19 consists of a clamping plate 7, which in the example consists of a metal plate which is driven to be displaceable in the horizontal direction (arrow directions 13, Figure 3).
- this transfer device consists of a support plate 55 which is arranged in the arrow directions 13 a clamping plate 7 which is approximately tongue-shaped.
- a support plate 55 which is arranged in the arrow directions 13 a clamping plate 7 which is approximately tongue-shaped.

- the belt device 24 consists of two deflection wheels 25, 26, each on horizontal axes are mounted in a frame and over which the band 27th running. The lower run of this band 27 forms in certain lifting positions the belt device 24 a transport gap in connection with the support surface 28 of the truck 19.
- the band 27 is held tight with the help of spring elements and exercises one certain clamping effect on the sewing material transported in the transport gap.
- FIGS. 1, 3 and 5 to 7 The sequence for folding a material to be sewn is now shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5 to 7 described in more detail.
- FIG 1 it is shown that the material beginning 15 with its bent Front edge 14 in the space 53 between the sewing machine and the Stacker 19 is introduced.
- This sewing material start 15 is now in the open Clamping gap of the vertical clamping device 52 inserted, the clamping bracket 43 is open.
- the two-part transfer device was included their clamping plate 7 moved in the direction of arrow 13 to the left so that they about the position shown in Figures 1 and 3.
- the sewing material start is therefore in the open vertical clamping device inserted with the clamp 42 open.
- To the platen 55 includes a holder 10 which is vertical and free at the front end the piston rod 9 is arranged by a cylinder 8 in the arrow directions 13 and is driven in the opposite direction.
- the holder 10 is firmly connected to the displaceably designed clamping plate 7 via a guide part 11.
- the clamping plate 7 is telescopic in the horizontal plane the platen 55 held and guided.
- the clamp 42 and closes vertical clamping device moves downward in the direction of arrow 48, wherein due to gravity, the slide 39 in the guide rail 38 down is moved.
- the material to be sewn is moved further out of the outlet area of the sewing head 1 until it is determined by an adjustable length that half of the to folding material now on the side surface of the stacker 19 by the vertical Clamping device is stored.
- FIG. 7 shows the final state in which the vertical Clamping device is open and the material end 15 'directly above the The beginning of the sewing material 15 lies so that the two parts mentioned are in the correct position lie one above the other and are now ready for stacking on the material stack 22.
- the stacking is carried out by the stacker flap 20, which in said Axis 21 can be pivoted in the direction of arrow 45, as shown in FIG.
- FIG. 2 clearly shows that the beginning and end of the workpiece 15, 15 'are accurate were placed correctly on top of each other.
- needles 29 are present on the stacker reach through the material and the material in its folded position Fix it on the stacker as shown in Figure 7, as long as the stacker flap 20 has not yet has taken over the sewing material and placed it on the sewing material stack 22.
- the present invention not only provides that the sewing material start and the Sewing material end 15, 15 'lie exactly congruently one above the other and of the same length are trained. This is not a solution.
- the clamping device is shown as a further embodiment, which is arranged above the sewing table level and which essentially consists of the vertical clamping device 57, which in turn consists of an upper and lower deflection wheel 60, over which a toothed belt 59 runs.
- a stepper motor 58 ( Figure 9).
- On the timing belt 59 is fixedly attached to a carriage 61 which carries the vertical clamping device.
- This consists essentially - see Figure 10 - of a clamping cylinder 79 which with its piston rod 78 acts on an upper jaw 63. That jaw 63 is a lower jaw 64 firmly opposite, because this on the cylinder housing is attached.
- This conveyor belt 66 transports the sewing material 4 starting from the stitch plane towards the vertical clamp 62.
- FIG. 8 now shows that in this transfer position the clamping device 62 is open because the cylinder 65 is controlled accordingly and the jaws 63, 64 are now ready to take over the beginning of the sewing material 15.
- the transfer valve 67 which is connected to the lever 70 and by one Cylinder 68 driven by piston rod 69 is in its initial position. This can be seen in FIG. 8 by the fact that this transfer slide 67 is located at the outlet of the conveyor belt 66 is located and in front of the opened clamping device 62 is arranged.
- the transfer slide 67 is still in its Starting position.
- the Transfer slide 67 moves in the direction of the arrow, the cylinder 68 being actuated is and the piston rod 69 is retracted into the cylinder.
- the fold 51 becomes around the transfer slide 67 formed, the material being guided around a deflection roller 82.
- the clamping device 62 moves in Opposite direction of arrow 84 downwards, with progressing Sewing speed of the fold 51 in Figure 11 to the left in the Transport gap 56 of the belt device 24 moves.
- the fold 51 moves to the left and once the sewing material is finished, it is essentially folded in the area of this stacking device 19, where the sewing material corresponds to the description given above, folded on the tray 33 stored becomes.
- FIG. 12 shows that either only one vertical clamping device 57 or the other vertical clamping device 52 is in operation. Only the vertical Clamping device 52 used, then the other vertical clamping device remains 57 exist in the sewing area, it is only the transfer slide 67 from the Sewing area moved out.
- a slide drive 80 is provided, which with its piston rod on the drive cylinder 68 for the transfer slide 67 attacks and this can move in the direction of arrow 81, so that it then from the Sewing area is transported out.
