- einem Umlenkelement, welches in der Spinnbadflüssigkeit zur Bündelung und Umlenkung der extrudierten Filamente vorgesehen ist, und
- einemLuftspalt, der als Abstand der Spinndüse zur Spinnbadflüssigkeit definiert ist,
- einen im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildeten Düsenkörper, der in seinem Zentrum eine Zuführung für Kühlgas besitzt,
- eine Zuführung für die Celluloselösung,
- einen ringförmigen Spinneinsatz mit Spinnlöchern, und
- einen Prallteller zum Lenken des Kühlgasstroms auf die Filamente, die aus den Spinnlöchern extrudiert werden, sodaß der Kühlgasstrom im wesentlichen senkrecht auf die Filamente trifft.

Claims (3)
- Spinnvorrichtung zur Durchführung des Aminoxidverfahrens nach dem Trocken-/Naßspinnverfahren miteiner Spinndüse (3), welche Spinnlöcher zum Extrudieren von Filamenten (4, 5) besitzt,einer Beblasungseinrichtung, mit welcher die extrudierten Filamente (4, 5) gekühlt werden können, unmittelbar nachdem sie die Spinnlöcher verlassen haben,einem Behälter (1) mit Spinnbadflüssigkeit,einem Umlenkelement (2), welches in der Spinnbadflüssigkeit zur Bündelung und Umlenkung der extrudierten Filamente vorgesehen ist, undeinem Luftspalt (l), der als Abstand der Spinndüse (3) zur Spinnbadflüssigkeit definiert ist,
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spinndüse aufweist:einen im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildeten Düsenkörper, der in seinem Zentrum eine Zuführung für Kühlgas besitzt,eine Zuführung für die Celluloselösung,einen ringförmigen Spinneinsatz mit Spinnlöchern, undeinen Prallteller zum Lenken des Kühlgasstroms auf die Filamente, die aus den Spinnlöchern extrudiert werden, sodaß der Kühlgasstrom im wesentlichen senkrecht auf die Filamente trifft.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Spinnbadflüssigkeit enthaltende Behälter mit einer Hebevorrichtung in Verbindung steht, mit welcher der Behälter in vertikaler Richtung auf die Spinndüse zu und wegbewegt werden kann, wodurch der Abstand 1 verändert wird, und daß das Bündelungselement so angeordnet ist, daß der Abstand h trotz dieser Bewegung konstant bleibt.
