Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen und Transportieren von Zuschnitten (10), die nacheinander von einer Materialbahn (11) abgetrennt werden, insbesondere für die Fertigung von Zigaretten-Packungen, in Verbindung mit einem Verpackungsaggregat, wobei die Zuschnitte (10) während des Abtrennens von der Materialbahn (11) und danach an einem Saugförderer anliegen, insbesondere an einer drehenden Förderwalze (19) mit Saugbohrungen (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Bereich des Saugförderers bzw. der Förderwalze (19) auf die Materialbahn (11) bzw. auf den Zuschnitt (10) wirkende Halte- bzw. Saugkraft nach Maßgabe unterschiedlicher Betriebszustände des Verpackungsaggregats veränderbar ist, insbesondere derart, daß bei niedrigerer Takt- bzw. Drehzahl geringere Halte- bzw. Saugkraft und bei höherer Takt- bzw. Drehzahl höhere Halte- bzw. Saugkraft auf die Materialbahn (11) bzw. den Zuschnitt (10) wirkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Unterdruck am Saugförderer bzw. an der Förderwalze (19) durch ein Unterdruckaggregat erzeugt wird, insbesondere durch eine Vakuumpumpe (29) und daß die Saugleistung der Vakuumpumpe (29) geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vakuumpumpe (29) mittels Druckluft betrieben wird und daß die Saugkraft der Vakuumpumpe (29) durch Veränderung des Drucks der zugeführten Druckluft geregelt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Abtrennen und Transport von Zuschnitten (10) von einer Materialbahn (11) bei kontinuierlicher Förderung derselben, insbesondere für die Fertigung von Zigaretten-Packungen, in Verbindung mit einem Verpackungsaggregat, insbesondere einem Faltrevolver (23), wobei die Zuschnitte (10) während des Abtrennens von der Materialbahn (11) und danach an einem mit Saugluft beaufschlagten Zuschnittförderer anliegen, insbesondere an einer (kontinuierlich) drehenden Förderwalze (19) mit Saugbohrungen (20) zum Halten der Materialbahn (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnittförderer, insbesondere die Förderwalze (19) bzw. deren Saugbohrungen (20) an eine Unterdruckquelle angeschlossen sind, insbesondere an eine Vakuumpumpe (29) und daß die Saugkraft der Unterdruckquelle bzw. der Vakuumpumpe (29) nach Maßgabe der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Zuschnittförderers, insbesondere der Förderwalze (19), veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vakuumpumpe (29) mittels Druckluft betrieben ist und daß zur Veränderung der Saugkraft der Vakuumpumpe (29) die Zufuhr von Druckluft zur Vakuumpumpe (29) regelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vakuumpumpe (29) Druckluft über eine Druckluftleitung (33) zuführbar ist und daß in der Druckluftleitung (33) ein Organ zur regelbaren Änderung des Drucks der Druckluft angeordnet ist, insbesondere ein (elektrisch regelbares) Druckregelventil (35).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 sowie einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vakuumpumpe (29) bzw. deren Druckluftleitung (33) an ein zentrales Druckluftsystem der (Verpackungs-)Maschine angeschlossen ist, insbesondere über die Druckluftleitung (33) und daß das Druckregelventil (33) zwischen einer Zentralleitung (34) und der Druckluftleitung (33) angeordnet ist.
