Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum lage- und maschinentaktgenauen Ausrichten von flachen Gegenständen (6', 6'a), insbesondere von Briefumschlägen (2), Briefumschlagrohlingen (6, 6a) und dergleichen, wobei der auszurichtende Gegenstand (6', 6'a) längs einer Ausrichtstrecke (50, 50a) mit einer Geschwindigkeit bewegt wird, die größer ist als die Geschwindigkeit von mindestens einem sich in derselben Richtung bewegenden Anschlag (19, 19a) und wobei der Gegenstand (6', 6'a) mit der größeren Geschwindigkeit bewegt wird, bis er durch den Anschlag (19, 19a) ausgerichtet und durch ihn auf dessen Geschwindigkeit abgebremst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der auszurichtende Gegenstand (6', 6'a) nur im Bereich seiner vorlaufenden Kante (6'', 6''a) mittig erfaßt, gehalten sowie durch die Ausrichtstrecke (50, 50a) gezogen wird, wobei er mit seiner vorlaufenden Kante (6'', 6''a) auf zwei seitliche Anschläge (19, 19a) trifft, die sich im Querabstand gegenüberliegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der auszurichtende Gegenstand (6', 6'a) mindestens bis zur Anlage an den Anschlägen (19, 19a) längs einer kurvenförmigen Ausrichtstrecke (50) und/oder einer ebenen Ausrichtstrecke (50a) bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstand (6', 6'a) während seiner Bewegung längs der Ausrichtstrecke (50, 50a) mit Hilfe von Unterdruck/Saugluft gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstand (6', 6'a) während seiner Bewegung längs der Ausrichtstrecke (50, 50a) elektrisch mit Hilfe elektrostatischer Aufladung gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Lösen von Gegenstand (6', 6'a) und Anschlag (19, 19a) nochmals eine Relativbewegung/ Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen Gegenstand (6', 6'a) und Anschlag (19, 19a) erzeugt und vorzugsweise die Geschwindigkeit des Gegenstandes (6', 6'a) nochmals verringert wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei zum Ausrichten von flachen Gegenständen (6', 6'a), insbesondere von Briefumschlägen (2) Briefumschlagrohlingen (6, 6a) und dergleichen, ein bewegbarer Mitnehmer (16, 16a) für den auszurichtenden Gegenstand (6', 6'a) und ein parallel sowie langsamer bewegbarer Träger (17, 17a bzw. 18, 18a) mit mindestens einem Anschlag (19, 19a) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Mitnehmer (16, 16a) ein Zugmittel ist, das am auszurichtenden Gegenstand (6', 6'a) nur im Bereich seiner vorlaufenden Kante (6'', 6''a) mittig angreift, und daß jeder Anschlag (19, 19a) von zwei seitlichen Anschlägen (19, 19; 19a, 19a) gebildet ist, die sich im Querabstand gegenüberliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Unterdruck beaufschlagte Saugöffnungen (27, 27a) als Zugmittel vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugöffnungen (27, 27a) nur einer Flachseite der Gegenstände (6', 6'a) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mitnehmer (16) eine Transportscheibe (16') vorgesehen ist, die zwischen zwei die Anschläge (19) tragenden Stützscheiben (17', 18') angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportscheibe (16') auf derselben Welle (20) wie die Stützscheiben (17' und 18') gelagert ist und einen eigenen Antrieb (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportscheibe (16') am Umfang (26) mindestens eine Reihe radial gerichteter Saugöffnungen (27) und jeweils einen, diese verbindenden, achsparallel angeordneten, an einer Stirnseite (29) offenen Saugkanal (28) aufweist, und daß mindestens eine Stützscheibe (17') mindestens ein dem Saugkanal (28)/ den Saugkanälen (28) zugewandtes Saugsegment (41) aufweist, das über eine radial und mindestens eine achsparallel gerichtete Bohrung (39, 40) mit einem stillstehenden Saugkopf (32) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugsegment (41) ein Saugfenster (43) derart aufweist, daß es mindestens einen der achsparallel gerichteten Saugkanäle (28) in der Transportscheibe (16) vollständig oder zwei benachbarte Saugkanäle (28, 28') teilweise erfaßt und daß die Stützscheibe (17') vorzugsweise Bohrungen (39', 40) für drei Saugsegmente (41, 41' und 41'') aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mitnehmer (16a) mindestens ein Zahnriemen (64a) vorgesehen ist, der als Zugmittel mindestens eine mit Unterdruck beaufschlagte Saugöffnung (27a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Träger (17a, 18a) zwei den Mitnehmer-Zahnriemen (64a) flankierende Zahnriemen (73a, 73a) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils mindestens einen Anschlag (19a) tragen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugöffnungen (27a) der Unterseite der Gegenstände (6'a) zugeordnet sind.
