Definitions
- the invention relates to a curtain, preferably one Aluminum substructure assembled facade construction according to the generic term of claim 1.
- a facade is known whose facade panels consist of a front and rear plate part, which by webs are interconnected.
- the plates are on the rear Side with a head and foot fold, the one on the wall assembled state are arranged one below the other and for the purpose of Attachment encompassed by the H-shaped part of one or more plate holders will.
- the facade panels are on the front Provide the bottom edge with a drip fold, which in the assembled state Top fold of the plate arranged below overlaps so that the front surfaces the upper and lower facade panels lie in one plane.
- the top rebate of the lower facade panels and the panel holders covered by the drip fold of the upper facade panel so that it are only partially visible.
- a disadvantage of this facade construction is that the plate holder only partially covered by the drip fold and therefore visible are what is particularly noticeable and undesirable in light panels.
- Facade constructions are also generally used in construction practice. where there are thin facade panels in double or triple covering Overlap like a shingle, with the lower edge of each of the top plates is gripped by a cranked wire holder.
- the disadvantages this construction is that practical with triple coverage no ventilation gap is arranged between the facade panels and because the flat support of the individual containers on each other also none ensures safe water flow from the back to the front of the facade is. Due to the direct contact between the facade panel and With the triple cover, the water draining from the back can be a truss or condensate even on the support batten and via this into the thermal insulation be derived.
- the consequences of insufficient ventilation and water flow are the moistening of the substructure and the thermal insulation and construction damage caused thereby.
- a major disadvantage is also due to the fact that the lower The plate holder encompassing the edge of the plate is not completely or partially covered can be executed and thus the appearance of the facade significantly affect.
- the object of the invention is therefore to describe a facade construction, in which thick facade panels with shingle-like overlap are concealed, but at the same time the disadvantages described above to avoid the poor water supply and ventilation, the plate holder arrange invisible and the possibility of replacement to facilitate individual damaged facade panels.
- the object is achieved by the indicators of claim 1.
- the advantage of this embodiment is that. that relatively thick facade panels, preferably facade panels with horizontal or vertical holes, with a drip fold and foot fold at the bottom Edge and a top fold at the upper edge covering like a shingle can be assembled that in the finished state the visual impression arises, it is a question of relatively thin facade panels, which are divided into two or triple cover is installed. This impression arises from that seen from the outside of the facade only the strength of the drip fold and the depth of the ventilation slot is visible (Fig. 1).
- Another Advantage of this embodiment is that it is on the back condensate draining from the top facade panel or wind-driven condensate Facade water completely on the front of the top rebate of the bottom Plate and thus is derived to the front of the facade. This will ensures that both the substructure and the thermal insulation and the building wall remains dry and there is no damage to the building.
- the arrangement of a ventilation gap between the back of the drip fold and the front of the head fold possibility of building physics required the entire facade area to ventilate to remove moisture from inside the building. This is also necessary to avoid structural damage.
- the plate holder By forming the plate holder according to claim 2 (Fig. 2) it is possible the degree of vertical coverage of the drip fold of the upper one Facade panel over the upper edge area of the lower facade panel and to vary the depth of the horizontal ventilation gap. To do this only opposite the upwardly open U-shaped part of the plate holder more or less after the open U-shaped part staggered below. The advantage that results from this is an increase or decrease in the gap height of the horizontal part of the ventilation gap. It is also possible to change the depth of the vertical Ventilation gap between the back of the drip fold and the front surface to vary the top fold in that the horizontal offset of the two U-shaped parts of the plate holder is varied.
- facade construction according to the invention is the simple interchangeability of individual damaged facade panels.
- the facade panel to be replaced only has to be from below forth with the top fold into the U-shaped overlapping it from above Part of the plate holder can be inserted without the upper Plates or the plate holder touched or even lifted and loosened should be.
- Fig. 2 In another embodiment of the facade construction according to the invention (Fig. 2) is the horizontal offset of the foot fold of the top Facade panel encompassing U-shaped part of the panel holder in front of the the U-shaped part encircling the top rebate of the lower facade larger than that shown in Fig. 1. This is possible because a spacer is arranged between the two U-shaped parts.
- the facade panels with one much stronger and therefore shatterproof drip fold than in Fig. 1 can be equipped, but still the same depth of the between the drip fold of the upper plate and the front surface of the lower plate arranged ventilation gap can be maintained.
- Another advantage is that the depth of this ventilation gap is also increased can be. Due to the particularly wide vertical ventilation gap before the top rebate of the lower facade panel is also a particularly secure one Water flow from the back of the upper to the front of the lower Plate guaranteed.
- FIG. 3a and 3b are the facade panels executed without top fold. While this has the disadvantage of being worse Water supply connected from the back to the front but the advantage that the production of ceramic facade panels in particular is a bit easier without a top fold.
- the facade panel at the top for the purpose of vertical adjustment at the Assembly can be cut as desired without losing their overall strength changes, so that the lower facade panels overlapping from above U-shaped part of the plate holder always that adapted to the plate thickness has just the right clear depth.
- This variant is without top fold especially suitable for low-rain and windless climates. At the top Facade panels cut on the edge can be the condensate draining from the rear or water is drained into the vertical joint to the side of the board will.
- FIG. 4a Facade construction is the top rebate or the top of the lower facade panel not by a U-shaped part open at the bottom of the plate holder, but only by a single one Underneath the flange. With this flange, the facade panel becomes supported at the rear so that the gap required for ventilation the back of the top rebate or the facade panels and the front edge the horizontal profile is kept open. The horizontal Movement of the upper edge of the panels towards the front of the facade can prevented by suitable spacers between the facade panels will.
- the advantage of this variant is that the plate holder have a slightly simpler shape.
- Fig. 5a, 5b or 5c is supported the top rebate or the rear edge of the lower facade panel directly and without clearance on a horizontal or vertical profile of the substructure from.
- the top fold or the top edge of the plate becomes the bottom Panel against tipping to the front of the facade through a flange of plate record secured from above in front of the upper edge of the lower Facade panel or its top rebate engages.
- the characteristic of claim 7 engages an upward flange the plate holder into the groove between the drip rebate and the foot rebate of the facade panel a (Fig. 6), which for the purpose of horizontal fixation of the plate foot is designed accordingly narrow.
- this embodiment can the rear flange of the U-shaped part of the open top Plate holder according to claims 2 to 6 omitted. All other details the facade construction according to claims 3 to 6 can also with the embodiment just described can be combined according to claim 7.
- the advantage of this embodiment is that the narrow groove sawn in a particularly simple manner between drip fold and foot fold or can be milled.
- Fig. 1 shows a vertical substructure 1 with a horizontal Profile 2 and a facade panel 3 with a top rebate 4 at the top of the panel 5 and with a drip fold 6 and a foot fold 7 at the lower edge of the plate 8, which by means of a plate holder 9 on the horizontal profile 2nd is attached.
- the overlap 6 overlaps the upper facade panel 10 the front surface 11 of the upper panel edge 5 of the lower facade panel 12 so that the front surface 13 of the upper facade panel 10 in the area of the drip fold 6 by the measure of the drip fold thickness plus the depth of the front one Ventilation gap 14 in front of the front surface 11 of the upper plate edge 5 the lower facade panel 12 is arranged.
- the open U-shaped Part 15 of the plate holder 9 engages around the foot rebate 4 of the upper facade plate 10 from below and the U-shaped part 17, which is open at the bottom grips the top rebate 4 of the lower facade panel 12 from above.
- the Connecting web 21 of the upwardly open U-shaped part 15 is opposite the connecting web 22 of the downwardly open U-shaped part 17th of the plate holder 9 both in the height and in the depth of the facade staggered.
- 1 is the front leg 26 of the U-shaped one Parts 17 identical to the rear leg 26 of the U-shaped Part 15.
- FIG. 2 shows another embodiment in which the foot fold 27 the upper facade panel 28 encompassing U-shaped part 29 further to Facade front is offset. Between the U-shaped part 29 and the the top rebate 30 of the lower facade panel 31 embracing U-shaped part 32, a spacer web 33 is arranged. This makes the arrangement one particularly thick and therefore unbreakable drip fold 34 on the upper Facade panel 28 possible. As a result, the ventilation gap 35 is also shown in FIG. 2 deeper than in FIG. 1.
- Fig. 3a shows an embodiment with facade panels 41 without top fold.
- Fig. 3b shows a variant in which the two U-shaped parts in The direction of the depth of the facade construction is only slightly offset.
- 3b shows a lower facade panel 42, which for the purpose of Height adjustment is cut at the top.
- Fig. 4a shows an embodiment in which the top fold 43 of the lower Plate 44 is supported on the back by a flange 45 of the plate holder 46 is, so that the ventilation gap 47 between the facade panel 44 and the horizontal profile 48 is secured.
- FIG. 4b shows a variant in which a facade panel 49 without a top fold is supported on the back by the flange 50.
- Fig. 5a shows a facade panel 51, with its top fold 52 on the Profile 53 of the substructure is supported and by the flange 54 of the Plate holder 55 is secured against tipping forward.
- FIG. 5b shows a flange 56 in front of the top fold 57.
- Fig. 5c shows the upwardly open U-shaped part 58, the vertical one Flange 59 secures the top rebate 60 of the facade panel 61.
- Fig. 6 shows the facade construction, in which a vertical upwards directed flange 62 at the front end of the plate holder 63 in the narrow Groove 64 between the drip fold 65 and the foot fold 66 of the upper facade gap 67 engages.
- the invention further relates to a facade panel holder for holding a facade panel, especially a facade panel with or without a top fold on the top Plate edge and with drip fold and foot fold at the lower plate edge, in particular a facade panel, which consists of a front and rear panel part, the are connected to one another by webs.
