Claims (16)
- Schutzplankenanordnung für Fahrbahnen, insbesondere Stahlschutzplankenanordnung, zur bereichsweisen Verstärkung von Standard-Leitplankenkonstruktionen beispielsweise an Brücken bzw. Böschungen oder einsturzgefährdeten Tragwerke, mit einer von Ständern getragenen Leitplanke, die über ein Deformationselement und einen unteren Längsholm mit zumindest einem Ständer verbunden ist, wobei im Vertikal-, vorzugsweise im Parallelabstand, zum unteren Längsholm ein weiterer, oberer Längsholm vorgesehen ist, über den benachbarte Ständer gegenseitig zusätzlich abgstützt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) der obere Längsholm (5) direkt an dem zumindest einem Ständer (3) befestigt ist und sich endseitig an einem schräg nach unten zu einer Bodenverankerung laufenden Stützprofil (23) abstützt, an dem der untere Längsholm (7) bündig abschließt, wobei das Stützprofil (23) mit den von ihm überbrückten Ständern (3) verbunden ist,b) das Deformationselement (11) von einem geraden Kreisrohr (19) mit im wesentlichen vertikaler Achse (AD) gebildet ist, undc) der Seitenabstand (PA) der Ständer (3) im Bereich zwischen 1.3 und 2m, vorzugsweise bis zu 1.4 m liegt.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitplanke (9) rückseitig über einen Stützbügel (21) befestigt ist, der die äußeren Schenkel (17) der Leitplanke (9) abstützt.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützbügel (21) im wesentlichen die Form eines C mit nach außen sich öffnenden Schenkeln (17) hat, deren Enden sich an einer endseitigen Abwinklung des Leitplankenprofils abstützen.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ständer (3) C-Querschnittsprofil haben, wobei die unteren und oberen Längsholme (5) ebenso wie die Stützprofile (7) mit einem Schenkel (17) des Ständerprofils verschraubt sind.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (17) des C-Profils parallel zueinander verlaufen und auf dem sich anschließenden Steg senkrecht stehen.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (17) des C-Profils endseitig nach innen umgebogen sind.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere und/oder der obere Längsholm (7, 5) von einem Rechteckprofil gebildet ist.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rechteckprofil von einem geschlossenen Hohlprofil gebildet ist.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rechteckprofil von einem im Bereich einer Seitenwand offenen Profil gebildet ist, wobei in der schlitzartigen Öffnung (31) des Profils im wesentlichen mit Passsung ein Führungs- und Distanzelement (15) aufgenommen ist.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rechteckprofil mittels einer Druckplatte (13) vorzugsweise kraftschlüssig mit dem Ständer (3) verbunden ist.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckplatte (13) einstückig mit dem Führungs- und Distanzelement ausgebildet ist.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Längsholm (7) endseitig mit dem Stützprofil (23) verschweißt ist.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bodenseitigen Enden des Stützprofils über ein Abspannelement (27) an einer im Boden eingelassenen Konsole (25) abgespannt sind.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bodenseitigen Enden des Stützprofils (23) eine als Abspannelement ausgebildete Ankerplatte tragen, an der ein Zugbolzen sitzt, welcher sich an der Konsole (25) federnd abstützt.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abspannelement (27) von einem Schweißteil gebildet ist.
- Schutzplankenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß standardmäßig der Ständer (3) ein C 125-Profil mit einer Länge von mindestens 2400 mm und der untere und/oder obere Längsholm (7 5) ein Kastenprofil 150 x 180 mm vorzugsweise mit einer Länge von 3998 mm ist, wobei das Deformationselement (11) in Form eines Kreisrohres die Dimension ⊘ 139,7 mm x 4 mm aufweist.
