Description
- un conteneur fermé dont au moins l'une des parois comporte une porte pouvant être ouverte et fermée de manière automatisée,
- des moyens de positionnement et de blocage du conteneur par rapport à l'étagère à plateaux,
- des moyens d'ouverture et de fermeture de la porte,
- un système de transfert pour déplacer les plateaux portant les rames depuis l'étagère dans le conteneur,
- un système automatique pour commander et contrôler les moyens de positionnement et de blocage, les moyens d'ouverture et de fermeture de la porte, le système de transfert et la position de la porte.
De plus, le porte du conteneur peut s'enrouler verticalement sur un côté du conteneur plutôt qu'horizontalement en haut du conteneur.
Le conteneur peut également comporter une deuxième porte similaire à la première et placée sur la paroi lui faisant face. Cette exécution permettrait de diminuer les manipulations du conteneur lors de son déchargement.
Claims (12)
- Procédé de déchargement de rames de feuilles (36) de papiers-valeurs d'une sortie d'une machine (34) de production de papiers-valeurs comprenant au moins une étagère à plateaux (31), ledit procédé étant caractérisé par les étapes partiellement automatisées suivantes:a) mise en place d'un conteneur (1) comportant au moins une porte (6) du côté de l'étagère à plateaux (31),b) positionnement et blocage du conteneur (1) par rapport à l'étagère,c) transfert des plateaux (32) portant les rames (36) de l'étagère (31) dans le conteneur (1),d) fermeture de la porte (6) du conteneur (1),e) déblocage du conteneur (1), celui-ci pouvant être ensuite déplacé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de positionnement et de blocage comprend les pas suivants:positionnement du conteneur (1) par des moyens autocentrants,blocage du conteneur (1) par des moyens de positionnement et de blocage (20), l'étape de blocage du conteneur (1) comprenant les pas suivants:accouplement d'un entraíneur d'ouverture et de fermeture (27) de porte,détection de la position de la porte (6),commande d'un moteur (26) lié à l'entraíneur d'ouverture et de fermeture (27) de porte pour ouvrir la porte (6), si nécessaire, et l'accouplement de l'entraíneur d'ouverture et de fermeture de porte s'effectuant en même temps que le blocage du conteneur par les moyens de positionnement et de blocage (20).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le transfert des plateaux (32) portant les rames (36) de l'étagère (31) dans le conteneur (1) s'effectue de manière simultanée pour tous les plateaux (32) et en ce qu'un pousseur (41) est utilisé pour effectuer l'étape de transfert.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de fermeture de la porte (6) du conteneur (1) comprend les pas suivants:commande du moteur (26) lié à l'entraíneur d'ouverture et de fermeture (27) de porte pour fermer la porte,retrait de l'entraíneur d'ouverture et de fermeture de porte, etverrouillage de la porte.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de déblocage du conteneur comporte le retrait des moyens de positionnement et de blocage (20).
- Dispositif de déchargement de rames de feuilles (36) de papiers-valeurs d'une sortie d'une machine (34) de production de papiers-valeurs comprenant au moins une étagère à plateaux (31), et caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend:un conteneur (1) fermé dont au moins l'une des parois (2,3,4,5) comporte une porte (6) pouvant être ouverte et fermée de manière automatisée,des moyens de positionnement et de blocage (20) du conteneur (1) par rapport à l'étagère à plateaux (31),des moyens d'ouverture et de fermeture (16,19, 26, 27, 30) de la porte (6),un système de transfert (40) pour déplacer les plateaux (32) portant les rames (36) depuis l'étagère (31) dans le conteneur (1),un système automatique pour commander et contrôler les moyens de positionnement et de blocage (20), les moyens d'ouverture et de fermeture (16, 19,26,27,30) de la porte, le système de transfert (40) et la position de la porte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le conteneur (1) comprend quatre parois (2,3,4,5) se faisant face par paires, dont les parois (3,5) d'une paire comportent des supports (11,12) destinés à recevoir les plateaux (32) portant les rames (36), et des pieds (8,9,14,15) et en ce que la porte (6) coulisse verticalement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de positionnement et de blocage (20) comprennent des moyens de positionnement au sol, constitués par deux cônes autocentreurs, fixes par rapport à l'étagère à plateaux (31) pour recevoir au moins deux pieds (8,9,14,15) du conteneur (1), au moins un vérin (21,21'), un support (19) fixé sur la sortie de la machine de production (34) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de guidage, constitués par deux systèmes de glissières verticales (22,23), et au moins un index de positionnement (24,25) fixé au support (19) et coopérant avec une ouverture correspondante dans le conteneur (1), le vérin (21,21') déplaçant le support (19) le long du moyen de guidage (22,23) d'une position rétractée en une position de blocage du conteneur (1) par rapport à l'étagère à plateaux (31).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ouverture et de fermeture de la porte (6) du conteneur (1) comprennentun tube enrouleur (16) coopérant avec une vis sans fin,un moteur (26),un entraíneur d'ouverture et de fermeture (27) destiné à coopérer avec la vis sans fin,un élément de transmission reliant le moteur (26) à l'entraíneur (27),
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le système de transfert (40) comprend au moins un châssis (42,43), un pousseur (41) se déplaçant latéralement sur un rail de guidage (44) et des moyens d'entraínement du pousseur (41) pour le déplacer le long du rail de guidage (44), ledit pousseur (41) étant suffisamment haut pour transférer un ensemble de plateaux simultanément.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement du pousseur comprennent un moteur (46) et une vis à billes (45) reliés entre eux par un arbre de transmission (49) et une transmission crantée (48).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ouverture et de fermeture (16,26,27,30) de la porte du conteneur (1) comportent en outre un limiteur de sécurité (30) pour éviter une surcharge du moteur (26), en ce que les moyens d'entraínement du pousseur (41) comprennent un limiteur de sécurité (47) pour empêcher une surcharge du moteur (46) et en ce que le dispositif comporte un élément de sécurité (28) maintenant les moyens de positionnement et de blocage (20) en position rétractée en cas de panne.
