Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat roof tile with a Head section for mounting on battens, with a the foot section opposite the head section, and with a water fold side and a cover fold side, between which a middle field is provided, the cover fold side being convex is arched and without a paragraph in a concave curvature of the middle field merges, with the water rebate side in paragraphless Continuation of the concave curvature of the midfield concave and with the underside of the head section on Height of the middle field is a flat support field for positioning on the roof battens.
- Such a flat roof tile is from JP 1-182444 A. known.
- the flat roof tile has a continuous one concave curvature.
- On its underside is a flat support field provided in the middle of the field as a support for the flat roof tile on a battened roof Roof serves.
- the flat roof tile is from EP 0 732 461 A1 known.
- the flat roof tile has a convex arch Cover fold side on, which in one with a concave, flat shaped vaulted middle field transforms.
- the midfield closes on the water seam side a flat, strip-shaped section for the flat roof tile an aesthetically pleasing optical Impression achieved at the same time increased brick width.
- the flat roof tile also has a secure Footprint in the area of his head section.
- the object of the invention is a flat roof tile of the type mentioned at the beginning, that of the covered Condition allows a good inspection of the roof.
- This object is achieved in that on a bottom in Area of the head section to the side of the level support field at least one support cam projecting downwards is provided is.
- the invention is based on the knowledge that due to the continuous concave curvature, the flat roof tile in the covered state when inspecting the Carry out a rocking or tilting movement, which made a safe inspection of the roof almost impossible, although the level support field already has a corresponding support formed on the roof battens.
- the provision of at least prevents a support cam on the side next to the flat support field a tilting or rocking movement of the flat roof tile when the roof is inspected at least so far, that ensures safe accessibility of the covered roof is.
- the advantages of a continuous the concave curvature of the flat roof tile has been reached, since water is also safely in the middle of the area on the water rebate side runs out, so that for the roof covering an improved Rain entry security can be achieved.
- an upper side of the water rebate side in the immediate distance in front of the - in covered Condition - overlay of the top seam side of an adjacent flat roof tile with a spoiler-like protruding upwards Provide wind deflector. This will make an unintended Covering the roofing with high wind speeds like Avoid storm or the like because of the wind flow of the wind deflector not below the top fold side of each can attack adjacent flat roof tile.
- the wind deflector molded in one piece on the middle field. This is a special one robust and easy to manufacture design.
- the middle field on an underside at the same height as the wind deflector a recess adapted to the dimensions of the wind deflector on.
- This recess which is used when pressing the flat roof tile material is inevitably pressed towards the top, so that a Corresponding material increase arises by means of the simple Way the wind deflector can be molded.
- the water rebate side provided at least one side fold, the at least a water guiding rib directed obliquely towards the middle field assigned. This makes the water drainage a midfield further improved.
- a corner cutout and diagonally opposite the head section a corresponding, double version Corner cutout for fitting a corner cutout on the foot side an adjacent flat roof tile is provided.
- a double corner cutout from two graduated corner cutouts Thereby it is possible to cut corners at the foot and head to be flush, which is also an improvement rainproofness is achieved.
- a further embodiment of the invention is at the level of the support field at least one penetrating the flat roof tile Hole to secure the flat roof tile the battens provided by means of a fastener. This additional securing of every flat roof tile creates increased stability of the entire covering.
- the head section designed as a tilt-proof stand.
- a flat roof tile according to Figures 1 to 5 is in the Compared to known flat roof tile tiles over a large area designed and has pages of almost the same length.
- the flat roof tile has a head section 1, which in the roofing arranged upwards on a roof and on a roof batten in the manner described in more detail below is attached.
- the Flat roof tile On the opposite side, the Flat roof tile a foot section 2, which in covered 5 according to FIG. 5 in more detail below described foot folds 21, 22 in the area of a head fold 8a, 9a of the head section 1 rests.
- the flat roof tile across its width on the right, first one Cover fold side 3, which with a over the entire height of Flat roof tile, i.e.
- the head section 1 has on an upper side of the flat roof tile two arranged parallel to each other Head folds 8a, 9a, with an outer head fold 8a directly defines the head-side edge of the head section 1.
- An inner head fold 9a is at a distance from the outer head fold 8a integrally formed, between the two top folds 8a and 9a a head fold groove, not designated in any more detail, is formed becomes.
- the foot section 2 according to FIGS. 3 to 5 two foot folds 21, 22, with a lower, outer foot fold 21 the lower Edge of the foot section 2 forms.
- An inner foot fold 22 is at a parallel distance from the rebate 21 to the center of the flat roof tile shaped offset.
- cover fold page 3 On one in the 4 right end shows the inner foot fold 22 a folding corner 23 angled downwards at right angles, that in the covered state of several flat roof tile tiles with the connecting corner between the inner water fold 9b and the inner top rebate 9a of the adjacent flat roof tile flees.
- cover fold page 3 On the underside of cover fold page 3 is next to an inner cover fold 18 is provided with an outer cover fold 19, which also has the corresponding side margin of the Flat roof tile defined.
- cover fold side 5 Corresponding to this is on the opposite water fold side 5 on the top another double fold in the form of an outer Water fold 8b and an inner water fold 9b formed, that are aligned parallel to each other.
- the inner water fold 9b connects at right angles to the inner top fold 9a.
- the outer water fold 8b which is rectangular connects to the outer top fold 8a.
- the lower section is inclined Water guiding rib 12 facing the outer water fold 8b on, through which a flow channel from between the two Wasserfalzen 8b, 9b defined Wasserfalznut to the middle field 4 is formed towards the inside.
- Water guiding rib 13 is provided, one to the middle field 4 towards the lower channel section for the lower one Forms part of the top groove.
- the foot section 2 has on its left side in FIG. 1 a corner cutout 6, on the diagonally opposite the corresponding right side - based on Fig. 1 - on Head section 1 is assigned a double corner cutout 7, which is designed as a double corner cutout. Are there the two corners of the double corner cutout 7 to the dimensions the corner cutout 6 on the foot side is adapted in such a way that the foot-side corner sections 6 in the covered state engage each flush in the top corner cutouts 7.
- the flat roof tile in the area of its head section 1 to be able to hang on a roof batten for covering serve on the one hand the retaining lugs 14 as hooking lugs.
- the height corresponds approximately to the width of a roof batten.
- the flat support field 16 is designed such that it is in the covered state rests on the respective batten and thus the Functional position of the flat roof tile defined.
- the concave obliquely towards the side edge of the water fold side 5 is designed increasing.
- the wind deflector 11 extends throughout almost the entire length of the inner water fold 9b and is in parallel distance from the inner one Wasserfalz 9b positioned that it is in the covered state directly to the outer cover fold 19 of the cover fold side 3 of the adjacent flat roof tile shown in FIG. 2 is.
