Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat roof tile, such as from the German patent DE-A-43 27 799 is known. It has a rebate, as well an outer and inner head rebate rib separated by a head rebate groove.
- the inner one Head fold rib is divided into two.
- a first branch extends essentially straight the brick center field. It is slightly overlapped by the second branch opposite the first branch is somewhat in the direction of the central brick field and up is led to the curvature of the cover fold part.
- the outlet between the two parts of the inner head rebate rib is used for Drainage of the top groove.
- the spout is relative is close to the top seam part and thus in the covering at the four-tile corner, so that at Wind the leaking water can be driven back into the top groove and if necessary via the four-tile corner into the roof.
- the advantage of the known brick is the relatively large headroom that it has roofing allows you to cover the tiles in the drawn or pushed Condition to be relocated to better center the roof when covering.
- a folding tile is known from EP-A-718 449, the tile surface of which has two longitudinal depressions has, which essentially extend from the head to the foot fold.
- a Top rebate groove is connected to the troughs via two overflows, it has in it Longitudinal center an increased contact area, which serves as a support for the interlocking of the overlapping feet Brick serves. Air can flow through the water overflows from the central tile field enter the top rabbet groove relatively unhindered. This is undesirable.
- the invention has for its object a flat roof tile of the aforementioned Art to create a dense, but despite an increased headroom shows well drained top interlocking.
- the inner head fold rib two shows hook-shaped deflections offset in the direction of the central tile field, which both end freely at the outlet and a sealing rib in the outlet within the top groove is subordinate.
- the inner head fold rib is also divided into two. Usually in the middle, mostly located at the lowest point of the central tile field a spout. This spout is inside the top rabbet groove a sealing rib arranged downstream, so that the outlet towards is blocked towards the top rabbet groove.
- the sealing rib serves as Barrier to prevent the escaping water from blowing back.
- the outer foot rib lies in front of the hook-shaped Deflections angled towards the foot crease, whereas the inner foot rib projects into the top groove and is behind the sealing rib lays.
- the Top rebate groove can drain through the outlet, the tightness is increased by the sealing rib.
- the sealing rib in Align with the two side parts of the inner head rib is arranged. It is at a distance from the hook-shaped Distractions to allow lateral outlets in this way, that open into one outlet of the inner head rib.
- the sealing rib can have an increased contact surface within the top rabbet groove to be subordinate as a support for the inner False rib of the covering tile is used. It can differ from the sealing rib to the outer top rabbet rib in order to to form the support over the entire displacement length.
- the raised contact surface divides the top rebate groove into two sections. Areas left and right of the contact surface can be at an advantageous further training towards the Support surface and thus be inclined to the spouts to the Accelerate drainage.
- the inner head fold rib can be in the area of the inner Angled inward of the cover fold part is directed obliquely Have deflection, which is their analogue counterpart in the inner Folded rib of the interlocking foot of the covering tile.
- the two deflections can run so obliquely that the the top fold part existing inner top fold rib approximately with the distractions in the direction of the brick center field flees.
- the flat roof tile 1 has a top rabbet part 2, a cover fold part 3, a foot fold part 4, a Side fold part 5 and a middle field 6.
- the head side fold corner bears the reference numeral 28, the top deck fold the reference number 29, the solicitdeckfalzeck the reference numeral 49 and the provocastifalzeck reference numeral 48.
- the head fold shows an outer head fold rib 213 that from the top corner 28 to a corner cutout 295 of the top corner fold 29 extends. It is preceded by one Top rebate groove 214, which is kept relatively wide by a large one To allow headroom when laying the flat roof tile.
- the inner head rebate rib 217 is approximately in the Spout 2171 arranged in the middle of the tile in two parts. To the drainage of the top rabbet groove on both sides The outlet extends symmetrically two hook-shaped deflections 2173 of the inner cephalic fold, which is opposite the The rest of the rib advanced toward the central tile field are. The distractions end at outlet 2171 and limit it.
- the free area of the top rebate groove is a sealing rib 2174, which is located approximately in the middle of the outlet 2171. she is arranged at a distance from the hook-shaped deflections 2173, so that there are two outlets 2172 to the side of it together with the outlet 2171 for the drainage of the top groove 214 should serve.
- the sealing rib 2174 is in alignment with the two lateral parts of the inner head rib 217 around the head clearance not to diminish. Your subordinate is within the Top rabbet groove 214 has an increased contact surface 2141 which extends up to extends to the outer top fold rib 213. As Figure 2 shows it forms a support for the an inner foot rib 425, which when covering the invention Flat roof tile engages in the top groove 214.
- the outer foot rib 423 lies in front of the inner one Head fold rib 217, or its deflections 2173 and is supported on the central tile field 6.
- the top rebate groove shows to the side of the raised contact surface 2141 214 two levels 2142 and 2143, which for the purpose of improved Drainage slightly towards the bearing surface 2141, respectively the outlets 2172 there are inclined.
- the level of the top groove 214 should at least in the range of Transition to the outlets 2172 be roughly level with this. The same applies to the level of further exercise 2171, as well as preferred for the level of the brick center field 6 to avoid unwanted subsidence.
- Figure 2 shows that the level of the raised contact surface 2141 by Dimension a is above the level of the central tile field 6.
- the top rebate groove 214 has a barrier to the side rebate 5 a connecting rib 284 that extends over the entire Top rebate groove 214 from the outer top rebate rib 213 to inner top fold rib 217 extends.
- the outer top fold rib 213 has approximately correspond and one in line with the two hook-shaped deflections 2173 lowered notch 2131. The same applies to the inner one Folded rib 217, the left and right of the outlet 2171 in Area of the two hook-shaped deflections 2173 over one has such a lowering 2177.
- the inner head rebate rib is in the area of the inner curvature of the top fold part 3 executed obliquely to the brick base. It creates the connection to the part of the inner head fold, which extends over the curvature of the cover fold part. The latter is finally in line with the hook-shaped Distractions 2173.
- the top rebate groove 214 opens in the area of the top rebate part 3 a slope 2144 into an elevated plateau 292 that connects to the corner cutout 295 adjacent. From the free end there A small longitudinal pin extends from the outer top rabbet rib 213 291 as a partial boundary of the plateau 292 opposite the corner cutout 295.
- Figure 2 shows a vertical section through two together installed flat roof tiles according to the invention in the pushed state. For this reason, the inner foot rib 425 is more direct Contact with the sealing rib 2174. When pulled would be the inner foot rib 425 abutting the outer top rib 213. The difference between these two positions is the headroom.
- FIG. 2 shows the staggered arrangement of the various top and bottom ribs as well as the free spouts 2172 and 2171.
- the covered brick is with his Hanging nose 221 resting on the roof batten 9.
