Claims (13)
- Maschine (50) zum Entfernen von Rundumetiketten (2) oder Schrumpfhülsen von Flaschen (1) oder dgl., die Schneidmittel (62) zum Erzeugen einer Trenn- oder Schwächungslinie im Etikettenmaterial, Mittel (91) zum Entfernen des Etikettenmaterials von den Flaschen und einen Transporteur (51) zum Befördern der Flaschen in der Maschine aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidmittel (62) in dem durch ein Einlaufsternrad (52) gebildeten Einlaufbereich (E) der Maschine angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidmittel (62) mit der Drehbewegung des Einlaufsternrades (52) zumindest abschnittsweise synchron mitführbar sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einlaufsternrad (52) gleichmäßig über seinen Umfang verteilt Aufnahmetaschen (61) und/oder Halteorgane für die Flaschen aufweist und die Schneidmittel (62) auf der radial inneren Seite der Flaschenumlaufbahn im Einlaufsternrad (52) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Aufnahmetasche (61) und/oder jedem Halteorgan ein eigenes Schneidmittel (62) zugeordnet ist, welches innerhalb eines Kreisabschnitts der Flaschenumlaufbahn im Einlaufsternrad (52) senkrecht zur Flaschenumlaufebene verfahrbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidmittel Messerklingen (62), Laser- oder Hochdruckwasserstrahlen sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den zum Schneidmittel (62) weisenden Bereich des Etiketts (2) ein Fluidstrahl zum Abheben des Etikettenrandes von der Flaschenaußenwand gerichtet ist, und das Schneidmittel zwischen dem Etikett und der Flaschenaußenwand eingeführt wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Schneidmitteln (62) reibschlüssig mit dem Etikettenmaterial (2) in Eingriff bringbare Abhebekörper (80, 81) zugeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Abhebekörper (81) derart betätigbar ist, daß der zum Schneidmittel (62) weisende Bereich des Etikettenrandes zumindest geringfügig von der Flaschenaußenwand abhebbar ist und das Schneidmittel an dieser Stelle zwischen dem Etikett und der Flaschenaußenwand einführbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abhebekörper (80, 81) nockenförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein Paar Abhebenocken (80, 81) an einem Etikett (2) einer Flasche (1) angreifen, wobei wenigstens ein Abhebenocken (81) um eine zur Flaschenhochachse im wesentlichen parallele Achse (82) gesteuert schwenkbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Aufnahmetasche (61) des Einlaufsternrades (52) jeweils ein Paar Abhebenocken (80, 81) mit einem gegenseitigen Zwischenabstand angeordnet ist und wenigstens einer der beiden Nocken (81) beim oder nach dem Einführen einer Flasche (1) in eine Aufnahmetasche in Richtung zum Schneidmittel (62) gesteuert schwenkbar ist, vorzugsweise mittels eines Steuerhebels (83), der mit dem schwenkbaren Nocken (81) verdrehfest verbunden ist, und einer ortsfest an der Umlaufbahn des Einlaufsternrades (52) angeordneten Steuerkurve (84).
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teilkreis des Einlaufsternrades (52) den Teilkreis eines Karussells (51) berührt, welches mit Einrichtungen zum Entfernen der Etiketten (2) ausgestattet ist, vorzugsweise mit schräg, im wesentlichen axial auf den Rand eines Etiketts gerichteten Fluidstrahldüsen (91).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Karussell (51) mit auf seinem Teilkreis angeordneten, umlaufenden Halteelementen, vorzugsweise elastischen Halteklammern (90), zum bodenfreien Halten der Flasche (1) an ihrem Kopfbereich ausgestattet ist.
