Claims (7)
- Druckrolleneinheit für Rundlaufpressen, insbes. zur Herstellung von Tabletten, mit einem an der Rundlaufpresse arretierbaren Rahmen und mit zwei an diesem einstellbaren, die Druckrollen aufnehmenden Lagerböcken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rahmen aus einer Führungssäule (1) gebildet ist und die Lagerböcke (20) an von der Führungssäule (1) geführten, gegeneinander verstellbaren oberen und unteren Druckrollenaufnahmen (2 bzw. 3) angeordnet sind. - Druckrolleneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungssäule (1) und die Druckrollenaufnahmen (2,3) zylindrisch ausgebildet und die Druckrollenaufnahmen (2,3) in der Führungssäule (1) gelagert sind.
- Druckrolleneinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Druckrollenaufnahme (2) mit einem an der Führungssäule (1) angreifenden oberen Verstellantrieb (4) und die untere Druckrollenaufnahme (3) mit einem in der oberen Druckrollenaufnahme (2) gelagerten und an dieser angreifenden unteren Verstellantrieb (5) versehen ist.
- Druckrolleneinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Verstellantrieb (4) einen Getriebemotor (6) mit Getriebegehäuse (36) und Abtriebswelle (37) und eine mit dieser kraftschlüssig verbundene, topfförmige Spindel (7) aufweist, deren Außenverzahnung (66) mit der Innenverzahnung (67) einer in der zylindrischen oberen Druckrollenaufnahme (2) festgelegten Spindelmutter (12) kämmt.
- Druckrolleneinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Verstellantrieb (5) einen Getriebemotor mit Gehäuse (14) und Antriebswelle (45) und eine von diesem angetriebene Spindel (18) umfaßt, deren Außenverzahnung (76) mit der Innenverzahnung einer in der unteren Druckrollenaufnahme (3) festgelagerten Spindelmutter (17) kämmt.
- Druckrolleneinheit nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungssäule (1) auf einer Grundplatte (29) der Rundlaufpresse vertikal stehend und mittels eines Verstellantriebes (79) einstellbar und arretierbar gelagert ist.
- Druckrolleneinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellantrieb (79) für die Führungssäule (1) einen innerhalb des unteren Endes der Führungssäule (1) festgelegten Befestigungsflansch (22) mit eingeschraubtem Zuganker (21) umfaßt, der unterhalb der Grundplatte (29) von einem Keil (24) durchdrungen ist, der mittels einer Spindel 25 lösbar und ziehbar ausgebildet ist.
