Claims (23)
- Band für Türen, Fenster oder dergleichen, mit einem am feststehenden Rahmen der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen zu befestigenden Rahmenbandteil (200), mit einem an dem Flügel der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen zu befestigenden Flügelbandteil (100), wobei sowohl das Rahmenbandteil (200) als auch das Flügelbandteil (100) jeweils ein Befestigungsteil (1, 21) und ein Halteteil (2, 22) umfassen und mit einer mit Gewinde versehenen Verstellspindel (3, 23), mittels derer der Flügel der Tür zum Zweck der Justierung relativ zum Rahmen verstellbar ist, versehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellspindel (3, 23) durch geeignete, senkrecht zu ihrer Drehachse wirkende Mittel (V) verstellt werden kann. - Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellspindel (3, 23) einen Kopf (4, 24) aufweist, wobei der Kopf (4, 24) der Verstellspindel (3, 23) auf einem Fortsatz (13, 44) eines Widerlagers (5, 25) ruht.
- Band nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (4, 24) der Verstellspindel (3, 23) mit in Längsrichtung hervorstehenden, gleichmäßig beabstandeten Zähnen versehen ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager (5, 25) gleichzeitig eine Anlagefläche (4, 31) für die Verstellmittel (V) ausbildet.
- Band nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellmittel (V) ebenfalls Zähne aufweist, die zum Zusammenwirken zwischen die Zähne (16, 41 ) des Kopfes (4, 24) der Verstellspindel (3, 23) greifen, wenn das Verstellmittel (V) an der Anlagefläche (4, 31) des Widerlagers (5, 25) anliegt.
- Band nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch das Zusammenwirken der Zähne des Verstellmittels mit den Zähnen (16, 41) des Kopfes (4, 24) der Verstellspindel (13, 23) die Drehbewegung des Verstellmittels (V) in die dazu um etwa 90° gedrehte Drehrichtung der Verstellspindel (13, 23) umgesetzt wird.
- Band nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Drehung der Verstellspindel (3) des Flügelbandteils (100) eine horizontale Verstellung des Türflügels bewirkt.
- Band nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (1) des Bandes zur Auflage auf der oberen Vorderseite des Flügels plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und seitlich von einem Scharnierteil (20) entspringt.
- Band nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auf dem Befestigungsteil (1) aufliegende und mit parallelen horizontalen Führungsflächen in eine mit komplementären horizontalen Führungsflächen versehene Durchbruchsanordnung (6) des Befestigungsteils (4) eingreifende Halteteil (2) Bohrungen (7) für den Druchgriff von vom durch die Halteplatte (2) und die Durchbruchsanordnung (6) geführten und in die Vorderseite des Rahmens oder Flügels einzuschraubenden Befestigungsschrauben aufweist.
- Band nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellspindel (3) an dem Halteteil und dem Befestigungsteil (1) angreift und das Befestigungsteil (1) horizontal gegenüber dem Halteteil (2) zum Zwecke der Justierung des Flügels im Rahmen verstellt.
- Band nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im mittleren Bereich des Befestigungsteils (1) im Bereich des Halteteils (2) ein nach vorn vorstehender Gewindeblock (10) mit einer vor dem Befestigungsteil horizontal verlaufenden Gewindebohrung angeordnet ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellspindel (3) den Gewindeblock (10) an der Gewindebohrung durchgreift und an dem Befestigungsteil (1) drehbar, jedoch axial unverlagerbar abgestützt ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (4) der Verstellspindel (3) zwischen dem Widerlager (5) und einem Lagerblock (9) ruht und zur Aufnahme der Verstellkräfte entweder mit der Unterseite (18) des Kopfes (4) seitlich gegen den Lagerlock (9) oder mit einer Anlagefläche (17) des Kopfes (4) gegen eine entsprechende Anlagefläche (14) des Fortsatzes (13) des Widerlagers (5) anliegt.
- Band nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager (15) abnehmbar ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Drehung der Verstellspindel (23) des Rahmenbandteils (200) eine vertikale Verstellung des Türflügels bewirkt.
- Band nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (21) zur Auflage auf der ebenen Innenseite des Rahmens L-förmig ausgebildet ist und seitlich in ein Scharnierteil (29) übergeht.
- Band nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnierteil (29) als ein vertikaler, mit Boden versehener rohrförmiger Abschnitt ausgebildet ist, in dem das hohle, stopfenförmige Halteteil (22) eingreift.
- Band nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hohle Halteteil (22) an seinem länglichen mit einem Gewinde (43) versehenen Abschnitt mittels des Gewindes (33) in die hohle, in dem rohrförmigen Scharnierteil (29) liegenden Verstellspindel (23) eingeschraubt ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hohle Verstellspindel (23) des Rahmenbandteils (200) mit ihrem Kopf (24) mittig auf dem innen am Boden des Scharnierteils (29) liegenden Widerlager (25) ruht.
- Band nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnierteil (29) in seiner Wand einen auf die Verstellmittelanlagefläche (31) ausgerichteten Durchbruch (27) aufweist, mittels dessen das Verstellmittel (V) in die Anlagefläche (31) des Widerlagers (25) eingebracht werden kann.
- Band nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (24) der Verstellspindel (23) mehrteilig ausgeführt ist und die zusammenhängenden Zähne (41) als Kranz (42) abnehmbar ausgestaltet sind.
- Band nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Drehung der Verstellspindel (23) eine vertikale Verschiebung des Halteteils (22) gegenüber dem Befestigungsteil (21) bewirkt.
- Band nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (22) an seinem kreisförmigen Umfang eine Ausnehmung (35) aufweist, deren Größe dem horizontalen Abschnitt (30) des L-förmigen Befestigungsteils (21) entspricht und auf diesem ruht, wodurch eine axiale Drehung des Halteteils (22) gegenüber dem Befestigungsteil (21) bei der vertikalen Verstellung verhindert wird.
