Description

The invention relates to a volume of the preamble of claim 1 corresponding Art.

Such tapes are used for the pivotable attachment of an opening optionally closing wing on the components delimiting the opening - usually a frame. They include at least one with the fixed one Component connectable frame hinge part, a connectable to the wing Wing hinge part and one of the two hinge parts at least partially penetrating hinge pin, the longitudinal axis of the pivot axis of the Band.

Modern hinges for doors, windows and the like have a hinge function also the ability to adjust the sash in the frame opening, i.e. compensate for inevitable tolerances that arise after hanging of the wing can result in the frame opening.

To adjust the wing in the opening, it is necessary to determine the position of the attachment points on the surfaces of the fixed component or its Wing in the longitudinal direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the hinge pin to be able to relocate and determine.

The sash can sit too low: this requires height adjustment. The wing cannot sit or "hang" in the horizontal position: This requires horizontal adjustment.

In the simplest case, this is done by fastening the band parts a fixed component or a wing in a manner that a relative shift after loosening the fastening screws allowed. are the fastening screws accessible when the sash is closed, so the Adjustment can be done easily by tightening the mounting screws only takes place when the sash is closed, but it is disadvantageous that with this type of arrangement of the mounting screws no protection against disassembly of the closed wing by unauthorized persons consists.

The use of adjusting spindles for adjusting is therefore also known of the band parts (see e.g. documents EP-A-0 940 541 and EP-A-0 285 229). In these, one is usually concerned about the extension to Example of the wing hinge part extending adjusting spindle is provided at the ends of the fastener, i.e. on the one hand on the hinge part of the Wing hinge, on the other hand at one end of the fastening part support the provided forward protruding bend. The threaded spindle passes through a threaded piece seated on the holding plate and moves so with the adjustment with the fastener.

The disadvantage here is that the threaded spindle can be quite long and Installation screwed through the threaded piece over a considerable length must become. It also means the need to bend a design limitation at the free end of the fastening part.

Furthermore, it is unfavorable that the rotation of the threaded spindle by a Wrench is caused at the head of the wrench acts on the threaded spindle along the longitudinal axis. In the Horizontal adjustment of the wing must therefore be parallel to the wrench be led to the wing. Due to the shallow depth of the corresponding Due to the hinge, access to the head of the spindle is severely restricted. This effect occurs even more with the vertical adjustment, because now the contact surface of the wrench on the threaded spindle vertically points downwards and possibly lies below the door leaf. An easy one Adjustment is therefore hardly possible or difficult with the sash attached.

The invention is therefore based on the object of a tape with the required To create adjustment options, which can be adjusted in a simple manner can.

This object is achieved by the invention reproduced in claim 1.

The invention is based on the idea of an adjustment spindle by a vertical to adjust adjusting means acting on its axis of rotation.

For this purpose, the head of the adjusting spindle, which is round in cross section, is also in the longitudinal direction protruding, evenly spaced teeth into which the the corresponding adjustment means, also provided with suitable teeth engages vertically. The rotation of the adjusting means results from the interaction of the teeth an adjustment of the adjusting spindle deflected by 90 °. Thus, a kind of 90 ° deflection gear is generated, in which the teeth of the Adjustment means around a longitudinal axis that is perpendicular through the axis of rotation the adjusting spindle goes, turn and in a plane above the axis of rotation engage the adjusting spindle in their teeth.

The head of the adjusting spindle rests on an extension of an abutment and turns her teeth around the extension. At the same time, the abutment forms a contact surface rotated by 90 ° to the extension for the adjusting means out. The contact surface is on one level with or slightly above the axis of rotation of the adjusting spindle. The adjustment means is therefore initially in the contact surface used and there with respect to the crown of the tooth Adjustment spindle properly aligned. The teeth of the adjusting device then engage in the tooth crown head of the adjusting spindle and form thus the reversing gear. The abutment thus serves as a common one Link point of the head of the adjusting spindle and the adjusting tool.

The adjusting spindle has a thread on its elongated body of which it is attached horizontally or vertically to the wing Holding part corresponding horizontally or vertically relative to the hinge adjusted. By rotating through 90 ° to the adjustment direction of the adjustment spindle Direction of attack of the adjusting means, for example, in a simple manner in the horizontal case, start from the front. With vertical adjustment the adjustment means no longer attack vertically, i.e. in unfavorable Way from below or from above, but now horizontally and thus in an easily accessible manner, for example also from the front or from the Page.

The grooves 6 are at the ends not open, but closed and completely inside the plate-shaped Fastening part 1 located, as best seen in Fig. 3.

In front of the fastening part 1 is a holding plate designated as a whole by 2 of approximately rectangular plan, the edges of the grooves 6 overlaps and has two horizontal approaches on the back, each other parallel to the fastening part 1 perpendicular boundary surfaces Form guide surfaces that cooperate with the guide surfaces of the grooves 6. The fastening part 1 is therefore horizontal with respect to the holding plate 2 slidably and precisely guided on this, so that significant moments can be intercepted in the wing plane.

The holding plate 2 has six countersunk bores 7 which are in the region of the Grooves 6 are located. Through the holes 7 are mounting screws, not shown from the front through the holding plate 2 and the fastening part 1 screwed into the wing, so that the holding plate 2 against the front the fastening part 1 and this pressed against the front surface of the wing become. In this way, the fastening part 1 is fixed to the wing.

In order to additionally fix the holding plate 2 on the wing, this has on the Back two fixing pins 19 on (see Fig. 2b), in corresponding holes of the wing engage and the position of the holding plate 2 on the wing clearly define and the ability to intercept moments in the wing plane increase.

The horizontal hinge part 100 is adjusted horizontally Adjusting spindle 3 designed as a threaded spindle, from FIG. 4 shows an individual representation, the head 4 between an abutment 5th and a bearing block 9 is fixed.

As can be seen from FIGS. 3a and 3b, both the abutment 5 and the bearing block 9 is formed on the fastening part 1, the abutment 5, as can be seen in FIG. 3b, can be designed to be removable. To the fastening part 1 has a rectangular recess 46 into which the Abutment 5 is introduced.

The abutment 5 has an extension 13 which is round in cross section, the one Forms contact surface 14 on which the adjusting spindle 3 with a corresponding Contact surface 17 of her head 4 rests and on which the spindle rotates. The bearing block 9 has a central one, which is adapted to the cross section of the adjusting spindle 3 Recess 12 on. The adjusting spindle rests in this recess 12 3 with their elongated threaded body while at the same time the head 4 with a larger cross section with its underside 18 (FIG. 4) on the abuts the lateral surface of the bearing block 9 facing the abutment 5. Thus, the adjusting spindle 3 can be rotated by means of its head 4, but cannot be displaced axially between the contact surface 14 of the abutment 5 and the bearing block 9 held. The contact surface 14 of the abutment 5 and this facing lateral surface of the bearing block 9 thus serve to accommodate the forces occurring during the adjustment.

Approximately in the middle of the holding plate 2 is a threaded block 10, in the the adjusting spindle 3 with its elongated threaded body 21 engages and by means of appropriate rotation a horizontal adjustment of the Holding plate 2 causes. Since the head 4 of the adjusting spindle 3 by means of the abutment 5 and the bearing block 9 is axially fixed relative to the fastening part 1, causes the rotation of the adjusting spindle 3 a horizontal displacement of the Holding plate 2 and thus an adjustment of the wing.

The adjusting spindle 3 has a type of tooth crown with teeth 16 on its head 4 on, which protrude axially from the head and surround the contact surface 17. Now the head 4 of the adjusting spindle 3 rests with its contact surface 17 on the corresponding contact surface 14 of the abutment 5, the teeth 16 partly via a bore serving as a contact surface 11, which is vertical is mounted centrally in the abutment 5 to the longitudinal axis of the adjusting spindle 3. The bore is designed so that the adjusting means V does not laterally the contact surface 11 slips and this is approximately at a level with the Axis of rotation of the adjusting spindle 3 is located. In this contact surface 11 is a Corresponding adjustment means V with teeth inserted vertically, which in the drawings, for example, as a Phillips screwdriver is shown. The teeth 16 of the head 4 of the adjusting spindle 3 are for cooperation formed with the teeth of the adjusting means V, so that a Rotation of the adjusting means V introduced perpendicular to the adjusting spindle 3 by means of its teeth an adjustment of the adjusting spindle deflected by 90 ° causes. Since this by means of its head 4, as described above, between the Abutment 5 and the bearing block 9 is fixed, only the holding plate moves horizontal.

In operation, the fastening part 1 is not covered by a cover covered, which can not be solved at the front, so that an unauthorized Disassembly of the wing is prevented.

A frame band part 200 according to the invention is shown in FIGS Height adjustment of a wing shown. The tape covers that on the fixed frame to be fastened horizontally adjustable frame hinge part 200 and a wing band part, not shown, which also around one Hinge bolts, not shown, are pivotable relative to one another.

The frame band part 200 comprises a fastening part 21 in an L-shaped configuration, wherein on the horizontally extending portion 30 there is a tubular, vertical extending section 29 connects. The fastening part 21 has two countersunk bores 26 through the fastening screws, not shown be screwed into the frame. On the one facing the frame Side of the L-shaped portion of the fastening part 21 are additional two non-through holes 37 for receiving corresponding in Frame existing locating pins. These are used for alignment of the frame hinge part before attachment and also to accommodate Moments from the sash level in the frame.

The vertically extending, tubular section 29 has a bore 38, which serves to accommodate a unit made of holding part 22 and adjusting spindle 23. The bore 38 has an abutment 25 on its bottom 39, which in its design corresponds to the abutment 5 of the first embodiment. The abutment 25 also has an abutment surface 40 provided extension 44 for receiving the head 24 of the corresponding Adjustment spindle 23, and an adjustment means contact surface lying perpendicular thereto 31 to which the adjusting means V has an opening 27 in the wall of the tubular section 29 can be applied across the board. Because in the case of the frame hinge part 200, the adjustment of the sash can be effected horizontally is, in contrast to the abutment 5, the abutment 25 with its contact surface 40 aligned accordingly vertically.

The adjusting spindle 23 for horizontal adjustment of the wing rests in the case of Frame hinge part 200 also with a contact surface 34 on the corresponding Contact surface 4 of the abutment 25. The abutment 25 serves in this Case not only for absorbing the adjustment forces, but also for absorbing the weight of the wing, as this is from the holding part, the end face forms a contact surface 45 for the wing hinge part, not shown, about the pair of threads 33/43 on the adjusting spindle 23 and thus on the abutment 25 is transmitted.

As mentioned above, the adjusting spindle 23 has an elongated tubular hollow body which is adapted to the cross section of the bore 38 and on its inside a thread 33 for receiving one with a corresponding one Male thread 43 provided plug-shaped holding part 22nd having. The plug-shaped holding part 22 has a hinge pin receiving bore 28 on the corresponding bolt on the hinge pin support 32 of the adjusting spindle 23 rests. The holding part 22 has on his upper widened edge a recess 35 so that the holding part 22nd a groove forms for receiving the horizontal section of the L-shaped Fixing part. Thus, the holding part 22 is axially, vertically displaceable, however not rotatably arranged. By rotating the adjusting spindle 23 the holding part 22 is screwed up over the thread pair 33/43.

To rotate the adjusting spindle 23, an adjusting tool V engages, as in the horizontal Case, by means of his teeth as soon as it rests on the contact surface 31 into the corresponding teeth 41 of the head 24 of the adjusting spindle 23. If the adjusting means V is now rotated about a horizontal axis, then this rotation is by means of the toothing designed in the manner of a deflection gear deflected between the adjusting means V and the adjusting spindle 23 by 90 ° and converted into a corresponding rotational movement of the spindle 23.

The corresponding unit from adjusting spindle 23, holding part 22 and head 24 is shown in Fig. 7. The recess 35 on one side is clearly visible here Side of the holding part 22, for fixing it against the rotational movement of the Adjusting spindle 23. It can also be seen that the head of the adjusting spindle forms the contact surface 34 with which he on the corresponding contact surface 40 of the abutment 25 rests. The teeth grip as described above 41 of the head 24 partly over the contact surface 31 of the adjusting means Interaction with the teeth of the adjusting means V. It can also be seen that the head 24 of the adjusting spindle 23 can be formed in several parts. For this purpose, the teeth 41 are designed in the form of a coherent ring 42, which is pushed onto corresponding guide surfaces 36 of the head 24 can be trained. This has the advantage that the teeth 41 of the Wreath 42 are made of a harder material than that of the head can.
