Claims (7)
- Webmaschine, mit einer Schusseintragsnadel (28) zum Eintragen einer Schussfadenschlaufe (30) in ein Webfach (26) von einer Seite her und mit einer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Webfaches (26) angeordneten, längs der Warenbahn (68) hin und her bewegbaren Wirknadel (32) zum Abbinden der Schussfadenschlaufe (30), wobei die Schusseintragsnadel (28) und die Wirknadel (32) derart angeordnet sind, dass der von der Wirknadel (32) zu erfassende Schussfadenschenkel (56) der Schussfadenschlaufe (30) unterhalb oder höchstens in der Höhe eines Wirknadelkopfes (62) der Wirknadel (32) liegt, und wobei dem Wirknadelkopf (62) in der Aufnahmestellung ein Leitblech (52) mit einer zur Wirknadelbahn geneigt verlaufenden Führungsbahn (54) derart zugeordnet ist, dass der zu erfassende Schussfadenschenkel (56) beim Ausfahren der Schusseintragsnadel (28) über den Wirknadelkopf (62) in die Hakenbahn des Wirknadelhakens (64) einführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leitblech (52) auf der dem Webfach (26) abgewandten Seite der Wirknadel (32) an geordnet ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leitblech (52) einen Kopfteil (58) aufweist, welcher den Wirknadelkopf (62) mindestens teilweise abdeckt.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geneigt verlaufende Führungsbahn (54) mindestens im Bereich wo der zu erfassende Schussfadenschenkel (56) über den Wirknadelkopf (62) in die Hakenbahn des Wirknadelhakens (64) geleitet wird, als Schlitz (72) ausgebildet ist, so dass der einzulegende Schussfadenschenkel (56) zwangsweise in die Hakenbahn des Wirknadelhakens (64) einführbar ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf der Schusseintragsnadel (28) in einer bogenförmigen Eintragsbahn führbar ist.
- Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hub (H) der Wirknadel (32) höchstens 15 Millimeter beträgt.
- Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirknadel (32) als Schiebernadel ausgebildet ist.
- Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirknadel (32) als Zungennadel ausgebildet ist.
