Definitions
- the invention relates to a weaving machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- FIGS 1 to 4 show four known basic types of insertion of a weft loop 1 by means of a weft insertion needle 2 into a through Warp threads 3 formed shed 4.
- the entry of a weft loop 1 takes place on one side of the shed 4 and on the opposite side of the shed 4 is a knitting needle 5 arranged in which a leg 6 of the weft loop 1 is inserted and tied.
- the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals and modified versions differ for the Figures 1 to 4 by the addition of a to d.
- the knitting needle 5a straight back and forth and the insertion of the weft leg 6a takes place by means of a movable up and down Depressor 7 in the knitting needle hook.
- the depressor 7 represents an additional drivable component, which not only complicates the structure of a weaving machine, the number of wearing parts increases but in particular also affects their performance.
- FR-A-2 166 093 describes an analog weaving machine in which the weft leg by means of a piercer that can be moved up and down from below is inserted into the knitting needle. For this weaving machine the disadvantages mentioned above also apply.
- the knitting needle 5c moved in a circular path to the weft leg 6c of the weft insertion needle 2c. This grasping is only possible if the knitting needle 5c has a large one circular path W and jerked back quickly is moved. This embodiment is very wear and tear prone to vibrations and absolutely for high operating speeds not suitable. In this mode, because of the large Knitting needles also do not use pusher needles.
- Weaving machines of the type mentioned are usually for the Operation with sliding needles or latch needles with short Knitting needle strokes are not suitable and allow operating speeds up to a maximum of 2000 revolutions per minute.
- the object of the invention is a weaving machine of the beginning mentioned type to improve further.
- this task is carried out by the characteristic Features of claim 1 solved. Because the baffle on the side facing away from the shed or the web The knitting needle is arranged, forming and knocking off the Edge stitch not through components between the knitting needle and the web is disturbed, which increases performance the weaving machine increases. The edge stitch can also be firmer to be attracted to the web so that the quality of the Knitted edge is improved by smaller edge stitches.
- the stationary baffle of the present kind lies in the stabilization of the weft leg, the assumes a precisely defined position in this way, whereby a secure catch is guaranteed by the hook of the knitting needle is. Because of the possible with the present invention short knitting needle strokes of, for example, a maximum of only 15 Millimeters, there are also very short knitting needles reduced susceptibility to deflection, vibration and Wear. This also ensures that the Weft thread leg guaranteed by the knitting needle.
- the weaving machine according to the invention is thus characterized by simplest, low-wear construction and enables high Operating speeds that are up to 6000 revolutions per minute lie.
- the weft insertion needle makes a straight line movement, but then the Trajectory under one of ninety degrees different Angle to the knitting needle.
- An embodiment is more advantageous the weaving machine according to claim 4.
- the claim mentioned above is particularly advantageous 5 defined knitting needle strokes of a maximum of 15 millimeters. This enables in particular the use of pusher needles according to claim 6 and latch needles according to claim 7, which for high operating speeds are essential.
- the weaving machine shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 contains a shedding device 20, of which only strands 22 are indicated are the warp threads 24 in a controlled manner Open shed 26.
- a weft insertion needle 28 is used for Introducing a weft loop 30 into the shed 26 of one side ago.
- On the other side of the shed 26 the weft loop 30 by means of a back and forth guided knitting needle 32 and after extending the Weft insertion needle 28 by means of a reed 34 at the goods edge 36 struck.
- the weft insertion needle 28 is arcuate and carries at the front end a thread eyelet 38 through which the Weft 40 formed into a weft loop 30 and in the shed is inserted.
- the rear end 42 of the Weft insertion needle 28 is clamped in a rocker arm 44.
- the knitting needle 32 is arranged on the side of the shed, which is designed as a slide needle in the present case.
- the knitting needle is driven on a back and forth Holder 46 attached and the slider 48 on one correspondingly reciprocally driven holder 50.
- a Baffle 52 arranged in a fixed manner and in such a way that a front guideway inclined to the direction of the knitting needle 54 for gripping the leg 56 to be integrated Weft thread loop 30 is used.
- the guideway 54 follows above into a head part 58 which holds the knitting needle head 62 covers.
- the weft insertion needle 28 is arranged and led that the weft loop 30 at most in the The height of the knitting needle head 62 is, as in the exemplary embodiment shown.
- the knitting needle can also advantageously lie lower.
- the head part 58 is now arranged so that it only allows the weft leg 56 to be integrated, to slide into the knitting needle hook 64 via the head part 58, while the second weft leg 66 of them is held.
- Between the knitting needle 32 and the web 68 is also a sheet metal 70 available, which Knocking off the stitches supported.
- the knitting needle 32 is the guide plate 52 in a second embodiment 7 with a slot 72. Through this guide slot 72, the weft thread leg to be inserted in terms of shape, forcibly into the hook path of the Knitting needle hooks. This allows the weaving machine to operate even higher speed and undesirable Vibrations in the thread system are eliminated.
- the present weaving machine is particularly suitable for a Weft loop with a previous weft loop to forfeit with and without auxiliary thread, like this with weaving system I and III from Hans Walter Kipp, Band-webtechnik, Heidelberg, 1988, pages 85 and 86 is known.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Webmaschine gemäss Oberbegriff
des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a weaving machine according to the preamble
of
Figuren 1 bis 4 durch den Zusatz a bis d.Looms for the production of tapes are in large numbers
known. The attached Figures 1 to 4 show four known
basic types of insertion of a
In the embodiment of Figure 1, the knitting
In the embodiment of FIG. 2 there is no depressor
available, but here the knitting
ungeeignet. Bei dieser Betriebsart können wegen des grossen
Wirknadelhubes auch keine Schiebernadeln verwendet werden. In the embodiment variant of FIG. 3, the knitting
hohe Betriebszahlen ungeeignet. In the known embodiment according to FIG
Entry path of the
Finally, a weaving machine of the type mentioned at the beginning known from GB-PS 552 067, but with the baffle arranged between the knitting needle and the fabric edge is to support the knitting needle and its bend against the Prevent web. However, this arrangement makes it difficult knitting off the knitted edge stitch and its full Moving in or laying on the web.
Weaving machines of the type mentioned are usually for the Operation with sliding needles or latch needles with short Knitting needle strokes are not suitable and allow operating speeds up to a maximum of 2000 revolutions per minute.
The object of the invention is a weaving machine of the beginning mentioned type to improve further.
According to the innovation, this task is carried out by the characteristic
Features of
Because the weft loop to be entered below or at most at the height of the knitting needle head of the knitting needle lies and a stationary guide plate on the facing away from the shed Side of the knitting needle is provided to the with the Leg to be engaged in the knitting needle bring not only additional drives and moving components avoided, but it results in particular also a safe intervention and only the one to be processed Weft thread legs on the knitting needle and this in a very small effective range. This allows the strokes of the Knitting needle can be kept very small, for example less than 15 millimeters. This in turn enables the Use of sliding needles or latch needles for high Speeds of weaving machines are required. Another important advantage of the stationary baffle of the present Kind lies in the stabilization of the weft leg, the assumes a precisely defined position in this way, whereby a secure catch is guaranteed by the hook of the knitting needle is. Because of the possible with the present invention short knitting needle strokes of, for example, a maximum of only 15 Millimeters, there are also very short knitting needles reduced susceptibility to deflection, vibration and Wear. This also ensures that the Weft thread leg guaranteed by the knitting needle. The The weaving machine according to the invention is thus characterized by simplest, low-wear construction and enables high Operating speeds that are up to 6000 revolutions per minute lie.
Advantageous embodiments of the loom are in the Claims 2 to 7 described.
Die Ausgestaltung der Webmaschine nach Anspruch 2 und 3
verhindert ein unkontrolliertes In-Eingriff-bringen des
Schussfadenschenkels mit der Wirknadel. Bei der Ausführung
nach Anspruch 3 wird die Schussfadenschlaufe mittels eines
Führungsschlitzes zwangsweise in die Wirknadelhakenbahn geführt,
was die Legesicherheit und damit die Leistungsfähigkeit
der Webmaschine und die Qualität der herzustellenden
Warenbahn weiter erhöht.The design of the weaving machine according to
der Webmaschine nach Anspruch 4.Basically, it is possible that the weft insertion needle
makes a straight line movement, but then the
Trajectory under one of ninety degrees different
Angle to the knitting needle. An embodiment is more advantageous
the weaving machine according to
The claim mentioned above is particularly advantageous
5 defined knitting needle strokes of a maximum of 15 millimeters.
This enables in particular the use of pusher needles
according to claim 6 and latch needles according to

On the entry side of the weft loop 30

To further increase the laying security in the hook head of the
