Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Regelung der Brenngasherstellung aus kohlenstoffhaltigen Feststoffen, insbesondere von Abfall- und Reststoffen, die in geeigneter Weise konditioniert bzw. aufbereitet sind, durch Vergasung mit einem Vergasungsmittel, bestehend aus Luft oder einem sauerstoffhaltigen Gasgemisch, in einem Vergasungsapparat, bei dem die zu vergasenden Feststoffe den Vergasungsapparat von oben nach unten durchlaufen und die Vergasung in der Schüttung der zu vergasenden Feststoffe in einer Vergasungszone oberhalb eines Rostes stattfindet und das Vergasungsmittel im Gemischtstrom von unten durch das Rost und/oder von oben sowie seitlich der Vergasungszone zugeführt wird und der Abzug des Brenngases aus dem Vergasungsapparat an der der seitlichen Zuführung des Vergasungsmittels gegenüberliegenden Seite erfolgt, wobei der Hauptstrom des Vergasungsmittels seitlich der Vergasungszone zugeführt wird, und die Regelung des Vergasungsvorganges in Abhängigkeit des in der Schüttung aufgenommenen Temperaturprofils erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage der Hauptvergasungszone durch die Geschwindigkeit des Ascheaustrags aus dem Vergasungsapparat, die optimale Vergasungstemperatur über den Vergasungsmittelstrom und die Leistung des Vergasungsapparates über die Einstellung der Breite der Vergasungszone durch die seitliche Zufuhr des Vergasungsmittels geregelt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Brenngasherstellung aus kohlenstoffhaltigen Feststoffen, insbesondere von Abfall- und Reststoffen, die in geeigneter Weise konditioniert bzw. aufbereitet sind, bei dem die zu vergasenden Feststoffe einen Vergasungsapparat von oben nach unten durchlaufen und die Vergasung in der Schüttung der zu vergasenden Feststoffe im wesentlichen oberhalb eines Rostes stattfindet, Mittel vorhanden sind, die das Vergasungsmittel im Gemischtstrom von unten durch das Rost und/oder von oben sowie seitlich zuführen und an der der seitlichen Zuführung gegenüberliegenden Seite ableiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vergasungsapparat ein schrägliegendes Rost (1) aufweist, welches mit einem Mechanismus ausgerüstet ist, der das Rost in eine Schubbewegung versetzen kann, derart daß der Ascheaustrag geregelt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schrägliegende Rost (1) ein Stufenrost ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenwand des Vergasungsapparates eine Wärmeisolierung aus einem zweischichtigen Isolier-Kühl-System aufweist, dessen einzelne Schichten durch eine perforierte Zwischenwand (8) voneinander getrennt sind, wobei Mittel vorhanden sind, über die kaltes Verbrennungsmittel in die äußere Schicht, welche die Isolierschicht (7) ist, eingeleitet, danach über die perforierten Zwischenwand (8) in die innere Schicht, welche die Kühlschicht (9) ist, eingeleitet und aus der inneren Schicht als erwärmtes Verbrennungsmittel abgeleitet und mindestens über die seitliche(n) Zuführung(n) (2) dem Vergasungsapparat zugeführt werden kann.
