Abstract

A találmány széntartalmú termékek, különösen megfelelő módőnkőndiciőnált, illetve előkészített hűlladék, és maradék anyagőkgázősítására szőlgáló eljárásra és berendezésre vőnatkőzik. Az eljáráskevert áramban történik, amely ellenáramból, egyenáramból éskeresztáramból tevődik össze. A gázősító közeg egy részét egy ferdehelyzetű rőstélyőn keresztül vezetik be, amely lépcsős rőstélyként éstőlórőstényként van kialakítva, és a haműt a rőstély alsó végénélhőrdják ki. A füstgázelszívást a rőstély felső lépcsője felett végzik,az őldalsó gázősítóközeg-bevezetési hellyel szemben lévő őldalőn. Agázősító készüléket kétrétegű szigetelő-hűtő rendszer veszi körül,amelyben szigetelőközegként és hűtőközegként levegőt használnak. Agázősítás szabályőzása a gázősító készülék hőmérsékletprőfiljánkeresztül történik, emellett a fő gázősító zóna helyzetét ahaműkihőrdás, a gázősítási hőmérsékletet a gázősítóközeg-áram, ateljesítményt pedig a gázősító zóna szélessége révén vezérlik. Azelőállítőtt füstgázt előnyösen elektrőmős energia előállításáraszőlgáló műnkagépben hasznősítják. A hűlladék gázőkat célszerűenaktívkőksz szűrőben tisztítják. ŕ
