Claims (7)
- Antrieb für eine Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, bei welcher mehrere Zylinder bzw. Trommeln über einen durchgehenden Räderzug miteinander gekoppelt und dem Räderzug wenigstens zwei an unterschiedlichen Stellen einspeisende, mit einer Steuerung verbundene, einzeln beaufschlagbare Antriebe zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß in jedem Druckwerk wenigstens einem Zylinder, z.B. Gummituchzylinder (GZ), ein lageregelbarer Antrieb (AGZ) zugeordnet ist, wobei über die Steuerung (S) die Antriebe (AGZ) mit den Räderzug zwischen jeweils zwei lageregelbaren Antrieben (AGZ) um vorgegebene Winkelbeträge verspannenden Lagesollwerten (LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4) beaufschlagbar sind. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß bei einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine die einzeln lageregelbaren Antriebe (AGZ) den Gummituchzylindern (GZ) zugeordnet sind. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die mit den Gummituchzylindern (GZ) zusammenwirkenden Plattenzylinder (PZ) jeweils einen Antrieb (AGP) aufweisen. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die den Zylindern (Gummituchzylinder GZ, Plattenzylinder PZ) zugeordneten Antriebe (AGZ, APZ) jeweils über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (UGZ, UPZ) angekoppelt sind. - Antrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die mit den Plattenzylindern (PZ) zusammenwirkenden Feucht- und/oder Farbwerke (FW) mechanisch mit den Plattenzylindern (PZ) gekoppelt sind. - Antrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß über die Steuerung (S) die Antriebe (AGZ) mit Lagesollwerten (LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4) beaufschlagbar sind, welche durch die Steuerung (S) aus den Lage-Istwerten wenigstens eines an der Maschine angebrachten Lagegebers ermittelbar sind. - Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß über die Steuerung (S) die Antriebe (AGZ) mit Lagesollwerten (LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4) beaufschlagbar sind, welche entsprechend den vorgegebenen Laufkommandos aus einer durch die Steuerung (S) generierbaren Leitgröße ermittelbar sind.
