Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Schleifen oder Polieren von Böden oder Flächen, welche eine motorisch angetriebene Schleif- oder Polierscheibe aufweist, die im Betrieb der Vorrichtung zur Flächenbehandlung auf dem Boden oder der Bodenfläche aufliegt, und wobei an dem Gehäuse zum Führen der Vorrichtung über die Fläche ein Griffelement angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleif- oder Polierscheibe (4) aus mehreren Scheiben (4.1, 4.2, 4.3 4.4) gebildet ist, die über ein Getriebe (5) in Wirkverbindung stehen und gegenläufig angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleif- oder Polierscheibe (4) als abnehmbarer Teller von dem Gehäuse (3) der Vorrichtung (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Teller (6) auf einem Kreisbogen Bohrungen (8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4) vorgesehen sind zur Aufnahme der einzelnen Scheibenachsen (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibenachsen (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) im Teller (6) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den freien Enden der Scheibenachsen (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) hinter dem Teller (6) Zahn- oder Reibräder (11) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahn- oder Reibräder (11) bei Inbetriebnahme der Vorrichtung (1) mit einer an der Innenwandung des Gehäuses (3) angeordneten sphärischen Führungsbahn (14) in Kontakt treten.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibenachsen (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) gegen die Wirkung einer Feder (13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4) radial verschiebar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Motorwelle (15) und dem Teller (6) ein bajonettartiger Verschluß (7) zur Herstellung einer lösbaren Verbindung zwischen dem Teller (6) und der Vorrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Formschlußverbindung an der Rückseite des Tellers (6) ein Hohlkörper (16) mit einer Öffnung (17) befestigt ist, durch die ein an der Motorwelle (15) angeordneter Formkörper (18) einsteckbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (18) im verrasteten Zustand am Hohlkörper (16) angeformte Bereiche (19) hintergreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Scheiben (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) selbstklebendes Schleifpapier oder dieses mittels eines Klettverschlußes befestigbar ist.
- Anbauteller (20) nach den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 zur Verwendung an einer Einscheiben Schleif- oder Poliervorrichtung (1).
