Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for grinding or polishing of floors or surfaces that have a motorized grinding or Has polishing wheel, which in operation of the device for Surface treatment rests on the floor or the floor surface, and wherein on the housing for guiding the device over the surface Handle element is arranged.
Such devices for grinding or polishing floors or Areas are essentially used to, for example Treat wood and / or cork floors but also other surface substrates. Here, the surface of the floor with the device treated such that by means of a rotating disc by grinding the surface is smoothed, or that by polishing the Surface is given a glossy structure. You can do this while editing chemicals also ground in the floor or be polished in. The devices used for grinding or Polishing consists of a motorized drive, for example can be designed as an electric motor. This motor drive sets a grinding or polishing wheel in rotation, which in the Operation of the device is rotating on the surface of the floor, and wherein the rotating polishing or grinding wheel is moved from a standing person over the person to be treated by means of an arranged handle Area is guided. The necessary grinding or polishing pressure on the floor surface when treating the surface caused by the weight of the device itself.
A major disadvantage of such a prior art known device for grinding or polishing in particular in that a strong sideways urge when operating the machine exists, and thus a controlled grinding or polishing only under Force action by the operator is possible. Because the machine has always striving to sidestep. It also results from this disadvantageously that due to the dynamic force the circumferential areas of the grinding or polishing wheel always endeavor have to penetrate into the ground or into the surface, what before especially in the treatment of soft floors, such as wood or Cork flooring is a major handicap. The well-known Has grinding or polishing device after it has started up has always been the endeavor from the starting position without here the operator has an influence to emigrate. To accordingly Counteracting this movement requires the operator to: has a lot of strength and skill, so that a concentrated and controlled polishing or grinding on the surface. Another disadvantage of this known device is that that due to the sideways urge of the machine also a high one Abrasive consumption is present.
It is therefore the object of the invention before the shown state of the Technique a device for grinding or polishing floors or Develop areas in such a way that, on the one hand, a controlled one in operation Has leadership stability, on the other hand, the Grinding and polishing agent consumption when operating such a device should be restricted.
This object is achieved in that the grinding or Polishing disc is made up of several discs over one Gearboxes are operatively connected and driven in opposite directions. Because of this training it is advantageously achieved that the device remains stable in position and management, so that controlled operation for the operator without countermeasures must, is given. Because due to the arrangement of several discs, the are opposed, the so-called dynamic forces in the System canceled against each other, so that one with respect to the rotating Partial force system results. On the one hand, this leads to prevent the machine from migrating during operation is, on the other hand also achieved that due to the controlled and stable guidance of the device on the floor grinding and polishing agent consumption can be significantly reduced can. Because the device with its own weight on the floor rests due to the self-contained dynamic force system an extremely even surface support so that it on the surfaces of the individual panes do not become so-called circumferential Loads can come, and thus a uniform consumption is guaranteed by grinding and polishing agents, with the result that that the consumption of funds is reduced.
According to an advantageous development of the invention is in particular the grinding or polishing disc as a removable plate from the housing the device. Because of this training it is achieved that for the treatment of different soils, such as hard or Soft floors, a different grinding wheel arrangement a conventional device for grinding or polishing can be. It is therefore conceivable, for example, for hard floors Single-disc grinding machine to be used for the treatment of Soft floors of the plates can be removed, so that then accordingly the plate according to the invention can be flanged from several grinding or polishing discs is formed. Are preferred four individual grinding wheels arranged on the removable plate. For this purpose there are holes in the plate on a circular arc provided to accommodate the individual disc axes. The disc axes are stored in the plate.
In order for that in the individual grinding wheels arranged on the plate Appropriate torque to initiate the rotation are to the free ends of the disc axes behind the plate gear or friction wheels arranged. If the device is put into operation, do so the toothed or friction wheels when commissioning the device a spherical guideway arranged on the inner wall of the housing in contact. In particular, an idle idle state of the To reach the machine, the disc axes are against the effect a spring mounted radially. When changing the speed becomes a so-called automatic engagement by the centrifugal force the disc axes on the spherical guideway over the Friction or gear wheels reached. For example, if the operator wants the Keep the device stationary, so it can due to the regulation of Speed disengage the plate and thus the grinding wheels. If he wants to continue the appropriate treatment, so in the end, he only needs to speed up again, so that due to this measure, the grinding wheels are engaged accordingly be continued and thus the further treatment of the floor area can be.
According to a particularly advantageous development of the invention a bayonet-type closure between the motor shaft and the plate to create a detachable connection between the plate and the Device provided. It is thus achieved that by means of a simple Locking system the different disc arrangements the device can be attached safely and easily. For this is a hollow body for positive connection at the back of the plate with an opening through which one is attached to the motor shaft arranged molded body is insertable. For locking the molded body in the hollow body, the molded body engages behind in the locked position Condition molded on the hollow body areas, for example as Lips can be formed. Thus, the molded body which is present on the device, through a backdrop-like opening of the hollow body on the plate passed through, by commissioning the device snapping or reaching behind the Hollow areas of the hollow body is performed on the plate, so that the Form-locking connection is established.

Antriebs 2 in Rotation versetzt.
Figure 1 shows the principle in the schematic representation
an
In a further development, as shown in particular in FIG. 3, the grinding or
Führungsbahn 14 in Kontakt treten.
As can be seen in the explosion-like representation in FIG. 3,

As can be seen from FIG. 1 in connection with FIGS. 2 and 5
