Claims (16)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einer Kraftstoffhochdruckquelle (1), aus der ein Kraftstoffeinspritzventil (9) mit Kraftstoff versorgt wird, das ein Einspritzventilglied zur Steuerung von Einspritzöffnungen (12) und einen Steuerraum (25) aufweist, der von einer beweglichen Wand (23), die mit dem Einspritzventilglied (14) wenigstens mittelbar verbunden ist, begrenzt wird und der einen mittels einer Drossel dimensionierte von einer Hochdruckquelle, vorzugsweise von der Kraftstoffhochdruckquelle (1) kommenden Zuflußkanal (26), und einem Abflußkanal (29) mit definiertem maximalen Abflußquerschnitt zu einem Entlastungsraum (30) aufweist, an welchem Abflußkanal ein Ventilsitz (39) ausgebildet ist, der durch eine Dichtfläche (47) eines Ventilglieds (44, 46) eines Steuerventils (36), das von einem Piezo (35) betätigt wird, gesteuert wird, wobei der Ventilsitz (39) zum Steuerraum (25) hinweisend am Abflußkanal (129) angeordnet ist und der Piezo (35) das Ventilglied (44, 46) zum Öffnen des Abflußkanals (129) zum Steuerraum (25) hin gegen den im Steuerraum (25) herrschenden Druck vom Ventilsitz (39) abhebt und das Ventilglied (44, 46) vom Druck im Steuerraum (25) in Schließrichtung beaufschlagt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilsitz am Abflußkanal ein erster Ventilsitz (139) ist und steuerraumseitig von diesem ersten Ventilsitz ein den Abflußquerschnitt des Abflußkanals (229) begrenzender zweiter Ventilsitz (49) vorgesehen ist, der durch eine zusätzliche, vom Ventilglied (144, 146) unter Einwirkung der Betätigung durch den Piezo bewegte zweite Dichtfläche (152) verschlossen wird, nachdem das Ventilglied (144, 146) vom ersten Ventilsitz (139) abgehoben hat.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand des ersten Ventilsitzes (139) vom zweiten Ventilsitz (49) so bemessen ist, daß in einer Zwischenstellung des Ventilglieds (144, 146) die Abflußquerschnitte an beiden Ventilsitzen geöffnet sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventilsitze (139, 49) koaxial zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilglied (44, 144, 344, 444, 544, 644) einen wenigstens eine der Dichtflächen (47, 52, 152, 147, 347, 352, 547, 552, 647) tragenden Kopf (46, 146, 346, 446 546, 646) aufweist, der am Ende eines Stößels (45) angeordnet ist, der durch den vom ersten Ventilsitz (39, 139, ) umgrenzte Querschnitt des Abflußkanals ragt und zwischen sich und dem ersten Ventilsitz den größten Abflußquerschnitt definiert.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Dichtfläche (152) und der zweite Ventilsitz (49) zusammen ein Sitzventil bilden und das Ventilglied (144, 146) bei geschlossenem Sitzventil vom Druck im Steuerraum (25) in Öffnungsrichtung beaufschlagt wird.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Ventilsitz (349) zusammen mit einem weiter zum Steuerraum (25) führenden Verbindungsquerschnitt an einem im Bereich des zweiten Ventilsitzes (349) elastisch verformbaren Zwischenteil (55) ausgebildet sind, das an seinen Ränder fest zwischen Teilen des Gehäuses (11) des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils eingespannt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenteil (55) als Membran ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran eine Metallmembran ist, deren Verformbarkeit durch Bereiche verminderter Membandicke, insbesondere durch ringförmige, konzentrisch zum zweiten Ventilsitz liegende Ausnehmungen (57) erhöht wird.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der maximale Abflußquerschnitt durch eine Drossel (42) gebildet wird.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Ventilsitz als Kegelventilsitz (39, 139) ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Ventilsitz als Kugelsitz ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Ventilsitz (552, 649) als Kegelsitz ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Ventilsitz als Flachsitz ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Dichtfläche an einem vom Ventilglied betätigten Teil (60) ausgebildet ist, das unter dem Druck im Steuerraum (25) am Ventilglied (644, 646) zur Anlage kommt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Dichtfläche an einer Kugel (60) ausgebildet ist, die an einer Führungsfläche (59) des Ventilgliedes (644, 646) geführt wird.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (45) in einer koaxial zu den Ventilsitzen verlaufenden Bohrung (43) geführt ist, zwischen dem und dem ersten Ventilsitz ein Raum (40) begrenzt wird, über den der Abflußkanal (129) zum Entlastungsraum (30, 32, 4) führt.
