- Figur 4 a einen Teilschnitt durch eine Kastenform für die Herstellung von Dekorationselementen, die auf zwei Seiten mit Dekorationsstrukturen versehen sind,
- Figuren 5 bis 11 Grundelemente (Flächenelemente) und Zusatzelemente (Eckenelemente), allein und zusammengefügt,
- Figur 12 eine Draufsicht auf eine mit Grund- und Zusatzelementen verkleidete Fläche mit einer Fensteröffnung,
- Figur 13 einen Schnitt durch die verkleidete Fläche nach Figur 12, etwas abgewandelt,
- Figuren 14 und 15 ein Fenstersturzzusatzelement ,
- Figuren 16 bis 18 ein Sims-Zusatzelement sowie
- Figuren 19 und 20 Ausführungsbeispiele mit Elementen, die mehrseitig mit Dekorationsstrukturen ausgerüstet sind.
Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dekorationselementes (14, 16, 21, 22, 24, 28, 33, 34, 35, 38, 39), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Urform (1) hergestellt wird, daß von der Urform (1) eine aus weichem Material bestehende Negativ-Form (Urmatrize 5) abgenommen wird, daß von der Urmatrize (5) eine aus hartem Material bestehende Positiv-Form (9) abgenommen wird, daß die harte Positiv-Form (9) der Herstellung von Negativ-Formen (Serienmatrizen 12) aus weichem Material dienen und daß zur Herstellung des Dekorationselementes eine Serienmatrize (12) dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung der Urmatrize (5) und der Serienmatrizen (12) ein Silikon-Werkstoff verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Werkstoff für die harte Positiv-Form (9) ein Kunstharz-Werkstoff oder Gips verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Werkstoff für das Dekorationselement Polyurethanschaum, Polyesterschaum, Polystyrol, Betonschaum oder ähnliche harte Werkstoffe verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstoff für das Dekorationselement zur Erzielung eines bestimmten Gewichtes oder einer bestimmten Oberflächenbeschaffenheit mit Füllstoffen durchsetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstoff für das Dekorationselement durchgefärbt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächen des Dekorationselementes gefärbt werden, und zwar vorzugsweise im Tampondruckverfahren.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung der harten Positiv-Form (9), der weichen Serienmatrizen (12) und der Dekorationselemente nur eine Kastenform (6) verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kastenform (6) zur Herstellung von mehreren Dekorationselementen mit unterschiedlichen Oberflächenmotiven verwendet wird.
- Der Verwendung bei einem Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen dienende Kastenform (6) mit einem Oberteil (7) und einem Unterteil (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Oberteil (7) und Unterteil (8) mit Befüllungsöffnungen (11 bzw. 13) ausgerüstet sind.
- Kastenform nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen Oberteil (7) und Unterteil (8) ein Zwischenrahmen (6') befindet, der ebenfalls mit Befüllungsöffnungen ausgerüstet ist.
- Kastenform nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befüllungsöffnungen (11, 13) im Oberteil (7), Unterteil (8) und/oder der Zwischenrahmen (6') mit Keilen (11', 12', 6'') verschließbar sind, die gegenüber der Ebene der Mündung entweder (zur Bildung von Positionierungsnoppen) zurückgesetzt sind oder (zur Bildung von Fixpunkten) in die Form hineinragen.
- Nach einem Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche hergestellte Dekorationselemente (14, 16, 21, 22, 24, 28, 33, 34, 35, 38, 39), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Baukastensystem bilden, dessen Elemente mit zueinander kompatiblen Konturen ausgebildet sind.
- Baukastensystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Grundelemente (14, 21, 24) und Zusatzelemente (16, 22, 28, 33, 34, 35, 38, 39) umfaßt.
- Baukastensystem nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundelemente (14, 21, 24) Flächenelemente sind und daß die Zusatzelemente Verbindungselemente (28), Eckenelemente (16, 22) oder andere Gestaltungslemente (33, 34, 35, 38, 39) sind.
- Baukastensystem nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente gemauerte Wandungen simulieren und daß ihre Konturen dem Verband des Mauerwerks entsprechen.
- Baukastensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Elemente auf ihrer Rückseite mit Sollbruchlinien (25 bis 27 oder 41) ausgerüstet sind.
- Baukastensystem nach Anspruch 16 und Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sollbruchlinien ebenfalls dem Verband eines Mauerwerks entsprechen.
- Baukastensystem nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Grundelemente (16, 21) gemauerte Wandungen simulieren und daß die Zusatzelemente (33, 34, 35, 38, 39) Fensterbauteile sind.
- Nach einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 hergestelltes Dekorationselement (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mehrseitig mit Dekorationsmotiven ausgerüstet ist.
