Claims (10)
- Doppelschliesszylinder für ein Sicherheitsschloss, mit einem türaussenseitigen Zylindergehäuse (2,3) und wenigstens einem in einer durchgehenden Gehäuseöffnung (11) dieses Zylindergehäuses (2, 3) drehbar gelagerten Zylinderkern (4), der in die Gehäuseöffnung von der Rückseite her eingesetzt ist und an seinem hinteren Ende eine angeformte Verdickung (13) aufweist, mit Zuhaltungen, die durch einen in einen Schlüsselkanal (5) einführbaren Steckschlüssel eingeordnet werden und mit an der Rückseite des Zylinderkerns (4) angeordneten Führungsmitteln (25) zum Kuppeln des Zylinderkerns (4) mit einem Mitnehmer (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Rückseite der Verdickung (13) ein Ansatz (14) angeordnet ist, daß in den Ansatz (14) ein Führungsschlitz als die an der Rückseite des Zylinderkerns (4) angeordneten Führungsmittel eingearbeitet ist, daß der Ansatz (14) einen wesentlich kleineren Aussendurchmesser als der Aussendurchmesser der Verdickung aufweist und dass die Verdickung in eine korrespondierende Erweiterung (12) eines Gehäuseteils (2) eingreift.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdickung (13) im wesentlichen oder bereichsweise in einen Durchgang (38) eines Gehäuseverlängerungsstücks (34) eingreift.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz (14) in eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung (26) des Mitnehmers (15) eingreift.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderkern (4) an seinem vorderen Ende einen radialen Schlitz (8) aufweist, in dem ein Verriegelungskörper (9) eingesetzt ist, der mit einem Gehäuseteil (2) in Eingriff ist.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsskörper (9) eine halbmondförmige Scheibe ist, die durch gehärtete Stifte (6), die stirnseitig in den Zylinderkern (4) eingesetzt sind, in der verriegelten Position gehalten sind.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Gehäusehälften (2,3) aufweist, die mit einem Verbindungssteg (20) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungssteg (20) im Bereich einer Stulpschraubenbohrung (29) verdickt ist und beidseitig einer radialen Ausnehmung (30) für einen Mitnehmernocken (16) jeweils eine an einem Gehäuseteil (2,3) anliegende umlaufende Schulter (36) aufweist.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schulter (36) durch eine umlaufende Verdickung (33) gebildet ist.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlaufende Verdickung (33) durch ein aufgesetztes Rohrstück gebildet ist.
- Doppelschliesszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Rückseite eines Gehäuseteils (2) wenigstens ein Verlängerungsstück (34) angeordnet ist, das eine Oeffnung (38) aufweist, in welche die Verdickung (13) des Zylinderkerns (4) eingreift.
