Description
nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a double lock cylinder for a security lock,
according to the preamble of
A locking cylinder of this type is state of the art known from CH-A-674 542. In this case, the outside of the door Cylinder core on its back a thickening on what an essential pulling out of the cylinder core difficult. With such an attempt to pull out, the a self-tapping cylinder core on the outside Steel screw turned in and with one on this screw attached puller very high tensile forces on the Cylinder core exercised.
The inventor has set himself the task of To create lock cylinder of the type mentioned, its tensile strength is individually definable and therefore different Security requirements are met can. The lock cylinder should in particular also be higher Safety requirements with regard to tensile strength are sufficient.
The task is with a generic locking cylinder
solved according to
According to a development of the invention, the thickening in the cylinder housing and / or in an extension piece of the cylinder housing. The thickening can be caused by this measure not only much more massive but at the same time can also be trained longer, increasing security against pulling off the outside of the cylinder core is increased still further. The area for an individual Adaptation to different security requirements thus further expanded.
Since in the locking cylinder according to the invention the outside of the door Cylinder core extremely tear-proof in the cylinder housing is anchored with a puller correspondingly very high forces for tearing the locking cylinder exercised in the area of the faceplate screw hole become. To prevent such tearing, according to a further development of the invention provides a connecting web, which thickens in the area of the faceplate screw hole is, this thickening is wider than one Recess for the passage of the driver. The thickening of the web can advantageously by an attached Pipe piece can be realized. More beneficial Features are the subject of dependent claims.

The
In
Ansatz 14 eingreift.A
To actuate the
des Zylinderkerns 4.To guide the
Umlaufende
3 an.
The two
Die Figur 5 zeigt eine Variante des erfindungsgemässen
Schliesszylinders 1. Bei dieser ist an der Rückseite des
Gehäuseteils 2 ein Verlängerungsstück 34 angesetzt, welches
einen zylindrischen Durchgang 38 besitzt, in welchen der
Zylinderkern 4 mit seiner Verdickung 13 eingreift. Das Verlängerungsstück
34 verlängert den Gehäuseteil 2 in an sich
bekannter Weise.
den Kupplungsteil 24.Figure 5 shows a variant of the
Despite the considerable advantages of the invention As can be seen, the locking cylinder is proportionate few, simple and robust components can be realized, so that a locking cylinder is created according to the invention which was not only the safety-related Requirements, including simple assembly, takes into account in an excellent way, but because its simple and robust feasibility cost-effective is inexpensive and extremely reliable in operation.
