Definitions
- the present invention relates to a plant for production of mixed goods, in particular dry mortar, and a process for the production of mixed goods, in particular of dry mortar.
- Known plants for the production of dry mortar at the beginning mentioned type are tower-like. At the upper end of the tower are the storage containers for those to be mixed Starting materials, in particular sand and aggregates, which each have an outlet opening at their lower end have for the respective substance.
- the outlet openings open arranged in weighing containers one below the storage container Weighing device.
- Weighing device Here are the different ones We weighed the raw materials and then one again below the mixing device provided to the weighing device, where the substances are mixed together.
- the mixing device is usually additional with devices for crushing agglomerates to ensure good homogeneity to reach the mix.
- the mixing device is in turn on its underside provided with an outlet opening into one or more storage containers for the mix flows. From these mix containers the mix can in turn on the bottom the intended outlet openings removed and bagged or in another transport container filled for the mix will.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a system and to specify a method of the type mentioned at the outset which does not have these disadvantages.
- the Construction of the plant simplified and cheaper as well as the procedure with regard to downtimes and cleaning times be shortened.

This is particularly inexpensive and advantageous for cleaning, since there are none in the container itself Mixing tools must be provided. In addition, at a material change, only the retractable mixing device and not the entire system can be cleaned. This shortens the system's cleaning and downtimes drastically.
- the mixing device is preferably one that is open at the top and bottom vertical conveyor pipe provided, in which one is facing up conveyor screw is arranged. Preferably points the outer circumference of the screw conveyor to the inside of the Conveyor pipe a distance. Such a mixing device can be easily moved into and out of the container and at the same time allows a good mix in a short time. Due to the distance between the screw conveyor and the conveyor pipe becomes a backflow of the mix inside of the conveyor pipe, which causes the flow through the screw conveyor is opposite. By facing each other Material flows are sheared on the mix exercised that lead to a dissolution of existing or lead formed agglomerates.
- the distance between the screw and the conveyor pipe is in Dependence on the material properties of the mix, especially chosen from its grain size so that a resolution of agglomerates and a desired homogeneity of the mix is reached.
- a plant for Production of dry mortar is the distance between Screw conveyor and conveyor pipe, for example, between approx. 1 cm and approx. 2 cm, in particular approx. 1.5 cm. It has shown, that this results in particularly good mixing results to let.
