本发明公开了一种干粉砂浆混料装置，解决了现有的干粉砂浆混料工序效率低的技术问题，本发明一种干粉砂浆混料装置，包括箱体、设在箱体上端并贯通箱体内腔的若干个进料口、设在箱体内腔中的搅拌辊以及驱动搅拌辊旋转的第一电机，搅拌辊的辊轴面沿周向设有若干个叶片，箱体的底壁上设有若干个第一通孔，箱体的下端面上滑动连接有滑板，滑板连接驱动缸，滑板上设有若干个第二通孔，驱动缸驱动滑板水平滑动控制滑板的上端面封闭第一通孔或控制滑板上的第二通孔连通第一通孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及加工机械技术领域，尤其涉及一种干粉砂浆混料装置。
背景技术
干粉砂浆是指经干燥筛分处理的骨料、无机胶凝材料和添加剂等按一定比例进行物理混合而成的一种颗粒状或粉状，以袋装或散装的形式运至工地，加水拌和后即可直接使用的物料。
大型干粉砂浆生产线一次性投资很大，一般生产企业难以承受，而目前小型干粉砂浆生产线的混料和输送工序效率低下，产量难以提升。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种干粉砂浆混料装置，解决现有的干粉砂浆混料工序效率低的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种干粉砂浆混料装置，包括箱体、设在箱体上端并贯通箱体内腔的若干个进料口、设在箱体内腔中的搅拌辊以及驱动搅拌辊旋转的第一电机，所述搅拌辊的辊轴面沿周向设有若干个叶片，所述箱体的底壁上设有若干个第一通孔，所述箱体的下端面上滑动连接有滑板，所述滑板连接驱动缸，所述滑板上设有若干个第二通孔，所述驱动缸驱动滑板水平滑动控制滑板的上端面封闭第一通孔或控制滑板上的第二通孔连通第一通孔。
本发明的有益效果为：
1、干粉砂浆混料装置的每个进料口供干粉砂浆的一种原料进入箱体，通过第一电机驱动搅拌辊旋转使搅拌辊上的叶片能够打碎结块的原料并且将各种原料充分混合，实现干粉砂浆小批量高效生产；
2、各种原料混合制成干粉砂浆后，液压缸驱动滑板水平滑动，控制第二通孔连通第一通孔，干粉砂浆从第一通孔和第二通孔流出，第一通孔和第二通孔对干粉砂浆具有筛料的作用，仍然结块的原料继续留在箱体中，直至搅拌辊上的叶片将其打碎。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1所示，一种干粉砂浆混料及定量输送装置，包括干粉砂浆混料装置1和干粉砂浆定量输送装置2，干粉砂浆混料装置1包括箱体11、设在箱体11上端并贯通箱体11内腔的若干个进料口11a、设在箱体11内腔中的搅拌辊12以及驱动搅拌辊12旋转的第一电机13，搅拌辊12的辊轴面沿周向设有若干个叶片12a，箱体11的底壁上设有若干个第一通孔11b，箱体11的下端面上滑动连接有滑板14，滑板14连接驱动缸15，滑板14上设有若干个第二通孔14a，驱动缸15驱动滑板14水平滑动控制滑板14的上端面封闭第一通孔11b或控制滑板14上的第二通孔14aa连通第一通孔11b，干粉砂浆定量输送装置2包括第一料斗21、设在第一料斗21下方的接料装置22以及设在接料装置22下方的第二料斗23，接料装置22包括转轴221、固定在转轴221轴面上的接料盒222以及驱动转轴221旋转的伺服电机223，接料盒222的开口随转轴221转动依次经过第一料斗21的下端开口和第二料斗23的上端开口。
接料盒222底部设有电子秤2221，电子秤2221电连接单片机，单片机接收电子秤2221的重量信号并且根据该重量信号控制伺服电机223的转动角度，接料盒222在初始位置时其开口对准第一料斗21的下端开口，接料盒222接收第一料斗21流入的干粉砂浆达到设定重量时，电子秤2221将该重量信号发送至单片机，单片机通过控制电路控制伺服电机运行，使转轴221旋转360°，在转轴221旋转的过程中，接料盒222的干粉砂浆自动落入第二料斗23中。
第一料斗21的上端开口为广口形且第一料斗21的上端开口直径大于箱体11下端面的最长边的长度，防止干粉砂浆撒出第一料斗21。
第二料斗23的上端开口为广口形且第二料斗23的上端开口直径大于接料盒222的开口的最长边的长度，防止干粉砂浆撒出第二料斗23。
如图2和图3所示，第二料斗23的下端的外壁上可拆卸连接有卡箍24，卡箍24包括两个半圆弧形的箍体241，两个箍体241的一端铰接，两个箍体241的另一端均设有凸块242，一个箍体241上的凸块242转动连接有扣环243，该扣环243扣接另一个箍体241上的凸块242以将卡箍24闭合，第二料斗23的下端的外壁上套接用于包装干粉砂浆的包装袋25，包装袋25通过卡箍24卡在第二料斗23的下端的外壁上，使包装袋25的开口在装填干粉砂浆过程中不用工人提住，在接料盒222将定量的干粉砂浆倒入第二料斗23后装入包装袋25中，通过解开扣环243就可以快速的将卡箍24卸下，移除装填完干粉砂浆的包装袋25，循环进行下一个包装袋25的装填。

1.一种干粉砂浆混料装置，其特征在于，包括箱体、设在箱体上端并贯通箱体内腔的若干个进料口、设在箱体内腔中的搅拌辊以及驱动搅拌辊旋转的第一电机，所述搅拌辊的辊轴面沿周向设有若干个叶片，所述箱体的底壁上设有若干个第一通孔，所述箱体的下端面上滑动连接有滑板，所述滑板连接驱动缸，所述滑板上设有若干个第二通孔，所述驱动缸驱动滑板水平滑动控制滑板的上端面封闭第一通孔或控制滑板上的第二通孔连通第一通孔。
