  • Assembling a key according to the present invention is extremely simple. At first, the two halves making up the head of the key are superimposed then joined by gluing or hot welding.   • Clip 14 can then be pushed fully onto the head of the key as illustrated in figure 6. This assembly process has the advantage of being able to be fully automated without the need for a complex assembly line. Another advantage arises from the fact that clip 14 is simply forced into the trapezoidal groove, the shape of the latter preventing the clip from escaping. The clip 14 being removable, it is possible if necessary to change the springs 13 to replace them with springs having other characteristics if you want to change the torque required to apply to disengage the pins 12 of the bores 7.

Claims (9)

  1. Schlüssel mit einem Kopf (2), der mit zumindest einem Fenster (3) versehen ist, das einen Teil (5) des Schlüsselkörpers hervortreten lässt, wobei der Kopf (2) bezüglich des Schlüsselkörpers schwenkbar angebracht ist und dieser Schlüssel mit einer Vorrichtung (6, 7, 12) versehen ist, die die Drehung des Kopfes bezüglich des Körpers in beiden Richtungen auf eine halbe Umdrehung begrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (4) des Schlüssels zwei Rillen (6) umfasst, die sich über je eine der entgegengesetzten Hälften des Umfangs des Körpers (4) des Schlüssels erstrecken.
  2. Schlüssel gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rillen (6) in einer Bohrung (7) enden, deren Tiefe wesentlich grösser als die der Rille ist.
  3. Schlüssel gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (2) des Schlüssels zwei Höhlungen (11) umfasst, die zur Längsachse des Schlüssels senkrecht sind und in die Rillen (6) des Körpers (4) münden, und dadurch, dass eine Friktionsvorrichtung in diesen Höhlungen untergebracht ist.
  4. Schlüssel gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Friktionsvorrichtung aus Stiften (12) besteht, die durch elastische Organe in die Bohrungen (7) der Rillen (6) gedrückt werden.
  5. Schlüssel gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhlungen (11) an ihrem distalen Ende eine Justiervorrichtung (15) umfassen, die es gestattet, den Anpressdruck der Stifte (12) an die Rillen (6) abzuwandeln.
  6. Schlüssel gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Datenträger mit zwei unterschiedlichen Zuständen auf dem mittleren Abschnitt (5) des Körpers (4) des Schlüssels aufgebracht ist.
  7. Schlüssel gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenträger aus einem in zwei unterschiedlichen Farben gefärbten Selbstklebeband besteht, wobei jede Farbe die Hälfte der Länge des Klebebandes und somit die Hälfte des Umfangs des mittleren Abschnitts (5) des Körpers (4) des Schlüssels einnimmt.
  8. Schlüssel gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenträger aus einem in zwei unterschiedlichen Farben gefärbten Ring besteht, wobei jede Farbe die Hälfte des Umfangs dieses Ringes einnimmt.
  9. Schlüssel gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraft, die angewendet werden muss, um eine Drehung des Kopfes des Schlüssels bezüglich seines Schafts zu bewirken, kleiner als die Kraft ist, die angewendet werden muss, um den Riegel des entsprechenden Schlosses zu betätigen.
