Claims (20)

  1. Sicherheits-Schließzylinder, der ein Zylindergehäuse (1) mit einer Aussparung (8) für den Durchgang des Schlüsselbarts (2), einen äußeren Zylinderkern (4), einen inneren Zylinderkern (6) und einen Mitnehmer (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass: der äußere Zylinderkern (4) sich jenseits der Aussparung (8) erstreckt, der innere Zylinderkern (6) sich diesseits der Aussparung (8) erstreckt, und zwischen dem Mitnehmer (5) und dem Schlüsselbart (2) eine Antriebsmanschette (3) des Schlüsselbarts (2) angeordnet ist, die die von den Zylinderkernen (4, 6) an den Mitnehmer (5) übertragenen Drehbewegungen an den Schlüsselbart (2) übertragen kann.
  2. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Zylinderkern (4) in Längsstellung bezüglich des Zylindergehäuses (1) mittels eines Bügels (9) gehalten wird, der auf der Innenseite des Zylindergehäuses (1) angeordnet ist.
  3. Zylinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmanschette (3) des Schlüsselbarts (2) eine Umfangsrille (4d) aufweist, um den Bügel (9) aufzunehmen.
  4. Zylinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Manschette (3) eine ringförmige Rippe aufweist, und der äußere Zylinderkern (4) Federstecker (16) aufweist, deren Zusammenwirkung mit der ringförmigen Rippe den Halt des äußeren Zylinderkerns (4) und der Manschette (3) in Längsstellung gewährleistet.
  5. Zylinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder eine Verlängerung (17) aufweist, die die mechanische Verbindung durch Auflage zwischen dem Mitnehmer (5) und einem in den äußeren Zylinderkern (4) eingeführten Schlüssel gewährleistet.
  6. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergehäuse (1) an der Außenseite zwei schräge Seitenflächen (18) aufweist.
  7. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergehäuse (1) innen mindestens ein Hilfszylindergehäuse (19) aufweist, dessen Zusammenbau mit dem Zylindergehäuse (1) durch einen Stift (20) gewährleistet wird.
  8. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder aus zwei durch einen festen Steckverbinder vereinten Teilen besteht, wobei jeder Teil aus einem Zylinderkern und einem Halbzylindergehäuse besteht.
  9. Zylinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Halbzylindergehäuse ein Rohr (22, 23) enthält, das einen Finger (24) aufnehmen kann, wobei die Gesamtheit der Rohre (22, 23) und des Fingers (24) den festen Steckverbinder bildet.
  10. Zylinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der zwei Teile in einer Abdeckung (25, 26) aus rostfreiem Stahl untergebracht ist.
  11. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmanschette (3) des Schlüsselbarts (2) in Form einer Glocke mit zylindrischer Schürze vorliegt, wobei der freie Rand der zylindrischen Schürze Zähne (3c) aufweist, die mit Zähnen (2c) des Schlüsselbarts (2) für den Drehantrieb des Schlüsselbarts (2) durch die Manschette (3) zusammenwirken können.
  12. Zylinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (3f) der Antriebsmanschette (3) des Schlüsselbart (2) ein Langloch (3b) mit einer derjenigen des Mitnehmers (5) entsprechenden Form für den Drehantrieb der Manschette (3) durch den Mitnehmer (5) aufweist.
  13. Zylinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Zylinderkern (4) sich innerhalb des Schlüsselbarts (2) und innerhalb der Manschette (3) bis zum Boden (3f) der Antriebsmanschette (3) des Schlüsselbarts (2) erstreckt.
  14. Zylinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Zylinderkern (6) sich außerhalb der Manschette (3) bis zum Boden (3f) der Antriebsmanschette (3) des Schlüsselbarts (2) erstreckt.
  15. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (13) der Antriebsstellung des Schlüsselbarts (2), die sich in der Mittelebene des Bodens (3f) der Manschette (3) befindet, bezüglich der Aussparung (8) in den inneren Teil des Zylindergehäuses (1) versetzt ist.
  16. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (5) zwei Einbuchtungen (5a, 5b)
    unterschiedlicher Tiefe aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, das Ende eines federbeaufschlagten Sicherheitsstifts (7) aufzunehmen.
  17. Zylinder nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (7) eine Scheibe (7b) gleicher Dicke wie die zylindrische Schürze der Antriebsmanschette (3) des Schlüsselbarts (2) und einen Kopf (7a) aufweist, der sich in die Einbuchtungen (5a, 5b) des Mitnehmers einlegen kann.
  18. Zylinder nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (7a) des Stifts (7) sich in die am wenigsten tiefe Einbuchtung (5b) einlegt und die feste Verbindung des äußeren Zylinderkerns (4) und der Antriebsmanschette (3) des Schlüsselbarts (2) gewährleistet.
  19. Zylinder nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (7a) des Stifts (7) sich in die tiefste Einbuchtung (5a) einlegt, und die Scheibe (7b) sich in einer Öffnung (3d) der Schürze der Manschette (3) befindet und der Bewegung der Manschette (3) folgt.
  20. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlüsselbart (2) und die Manschette (3) aus einem Stück hergestellt sind.
