Claims (17)
- Modularer Zylinder für Sicherheitsschloss, der eine zentrale Basis (1) und zwei unabhängige Statoren (7) aufweist, wobei die Basis (1) einen äußeren Seitenarm (2) und einen inneren Seitenarm (3) aufweist, die jeweils mit mehreren Löchern (4) versehen sind, wobei jeder Stator (7) im unteren Teil seines Fußes (8) einen länglichen Hohlraum (9) zum Empfang eines Seitenarms (2, 3) der Basis aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Stator (7) in seinem Fuß (8) oberhalb des länglichen Hohlraums (9) eine zylindrische Aufnahme (23) aufweist, die einen Stift (5) aufnimmt, der von einer Feder (17) zum Arm der Basis (1) beansprucht wird, um sich in eins der Löcher (4) des Seitenarms (2, 3) einzufügen, das im länglichen Hohlraum (9) vorhanden ist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stator (7) einen Rotor (25) mit Sicherheitsstiften aufweist, die in Kanälen (24) im Fuß (8) des Stators (7) aufgenommen sind, wobei die zylindrische Aufnahme (23), die den Stift (5) aufnimmt, zwischen den Kanälen (24) der Sicherheitsstifte des Rotors (25) und der Fläche des Stators (7) platziert ist, die sich der zentralen Basis (1) zugewandt befindet.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß (8) des Stators (7) ein Fenster (16) aufweist, das in die zylindrische Aufnahme (23) für den Durchgang eines Werkzeugs zum Anheben des Stifts (5) mit Kompression der Feder (17) und für die Freigabe des Stifts (5) für sein Einsetzen, unter Einwirkung der Feder (17), in eins der Löcher (4) des Seitenarms (2, 3) der Basis (1) ausmündet.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Hohlraum (9) in seinem oberen Teil eine Aufnahme (29) aufweist, die ein Halteplättchen (28) der Sicherheitsstifte des Rotors (25) aufnimmt und vom länglichen Hohlraum (9) durch eine schwalbenschwanzförmige Gleitschiene (30) getrennt ist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plättchen (28) in der Nähe seines Endes, das der Basis (1) zugewandt ist, eine Durchgangsöffnung (31) des Stifts (5) zum Seitenarm (2, 3) aufweist, der in dem länglichen Hohlraum (9) vorhanden ist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische Aufnahme (23) des Stifts (5) in ihrem oberen Teil in den Hohlraum des Stators (7) ausmündet, der den Rotor (25) empfängt und der Rotor (25) eine Empfangskammer (26) des vom Hebewerkzeug angehobenen Stifts (5) aufweist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (26) in Verschlussposition des Schlosses von der zylindrischen Aufnahme (23) des Stifts (5) winklig versetzt ist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (26) mit der zylindrischen Aufnahme (23) des Stifts (5) nach einer begrenzten Rotation des Rotors (25) mittels eines Schlüssels fluchtet.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (26) eine Tiefe (A) hat, die mindestens gleich der Länge (B) des in ein Loch (4) eines der Seitenarme (2, 3) der Basis (1) eingesetzten Stifts (5) ist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenarme (2, 3) der Basis zylindrisch sind und in ihrem oberen Teil eine Abflachung (6) aufweisen, die die Löcher (4) empfängt.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Hohlraum (9) jedes Stators (7) eine geformte Hülle (10) aufnimmt, die einen axialen zylindrischen Hohlraum (11) aufweist, dessen Querschnitt dem Querschnitt des Arms (2, 3) der Basis (1) entspricht.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geformte Hülle (10) in ihrem unteren Teil eine Orientierungsleiste (12) trägt, die von einer länglichen Rille (13) des Fußes (8) des Stators (7) geführt wird.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geformte Hülle (10) in ihrem oberen Teil einen länglichen Schlitz (14) aufweist, um den Halt der Sicherheitsstifte des Rotors des Zylinders sicherzustellen.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geformte Hülle (10) an ihrem Ende in der Nähe der Basis (1) eine Durchgangsöffnung (15) des Stifts (5) aufweist, um die geformte Hülle (10) und den Stator (7) fest zu verbinden.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Seitenarme (2, 3) der Basis an die Dicke der Tür angepasst ist, die das Sicherheitsschloss empfängt.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem zentralen Teil der Basis (1) und einem Stator (7) jeder Seitenarm (2, 3) der Basis (1) imstande ist, mindestens ein Übergangsmodul zu empfangen, das von einer Statorerweiterung (19) gebildet ist, die eine Rotorerweiterung (20) und eine Schlüsselerweiterung trägt.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stator (7) in einer transversalen Ebene mit einem Umfangsschlitz (32) versehen ist, der eine Schwächungslinie bildet.
