Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil (10) pour le découpage et le façonnage du bord (12) situé à la base d'une ébauche de tuile en béton profilée (14), fabriquée par extrusion, cet outil comprenant une fixation (16), une plaquette de coupe (20) présentant une arête de coupe (18), ainsi qu'un corps moulé (22). En vue d'obtenir un outil de découpage et de façonnage à durée de service améliorée, la fixation (16) et le corps moulé (22) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce, sous la forme d'un corps de support (24) comportant un évidement (26) pour la fixation par liaison de matière et par liaison de forme de la plaquette de coupe (20), ladite plaquette étant fabriquée en métal dur et étant collée dans l'évidement (26), et étant appliquée, par son bord supérieur, sur au moins une partie saillante (28) du corps de support (24).
