Claims (4)

  1. Dalle composite de construction pour faux-planchers, destinée à reposer sur les angles et se composant d'une cuvette (3b) ouverte vers le haut, en matériau résistant à la traction, de préférence en tôle d'acier, et d'un remplissage (2) de matériau résistant à la compression et dont la densité et la résistance peuvent varier dans une plage relativement grande, ainsi que d'organes (4) de chaînage situés dans la cuvette (3b) pour l'obtention de l'effet composite entre le remplissage (2) et la cuvette (3b) et d'un renfort solidarisé avec le fond (5) de la cuvette, la cuvette (3b) étant réalisée en une pièce dans une plaque de tôle par repliage de bandes de bordure entre les angles entaillés (26) et soudage des joints (25) d'angle de la cuvette (3b), caractérisée en ce que le renfort est prévu sur les parois latérales (6b) de la cuvette (3b) et formé par rabattement, repliage vers le haut et soudage des joints (25) des bandes de bordure (21) d'une plaque plane de tôle de manière à au moins doubler l'épaisseur des parois latérales (6b) de la cuvette, de façon que la portance et la fiabilité de la dalle composite (10b) vis-à-vis de la rupture soient sensiblement égalisées et uniformisées sur le bord et au milieu de la dalle.
  2. Dalle composite de construction pour faux-planchers, destinée à reposer sur les angles et se composant d'une cuvette (3g) ouverte vers le haut, en matériau résistant à la traction, de préférence en tôle d'acier, et d'un remplissage (2) de matériau résistant à la compression et dont la densité et la résistance peuvent varier dans une plage relativement grande, ainsi que d'organes de chaînage (4) réalisés dans la cuvette (3g) et destinés à l'obtention de l'effet composite entre le remplissage (2) et la cuvette (3g) et d'un renfort solidarisé avec le fond (7) de la cuvette, caractérisée en ce que la cuvette (3g) est réalisée en deux pièces consistant en une tôle plane (7) de fond comportant des organes de chaînage (4) et en un cadre profilé formant les parois latérales également renforcées de la cuvette (3g) et dont l'épaisseur (S4) est au moins le triple de celle de l'épaisseur (S1) de la tôle de fond (7) et en ce que la tôle de fond (7) est reliée au cadre profilé par exemple par soudage par points (9) de manière que la portance et la fiabilité de la dalle composite (10g) vis-à-vis de la rupture soient sensiblement égalisées et uniformisées sur le bord et au milieu de la dalle.
  3. Dalle composite selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les bords (7a) de la tôle du fond (7) sont accessoirement déformés afin d'accroître le moment résistant dans la région du bord de la dalle (10g).
  4. Dalle composite selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les cornières de renfort des parois latérales (6g) de la cuvette ont une hauteur plus grande et donc un moment résistant plus grand dans la région du milieu entre les angles de la cuvette que dans les régions voisines des angles de la cuvette (10g).
