Claims (7)
- Rahmen für Fenster, Türen, Fassaden oder dergleichen, mit vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehenden Hohlprofilen (1, 2) sowie mit einem in die Hohlprofile (1, 2) greifenden Verbindungselement (3), insbesondere einem Eckverbinder, wobei das Verbindungselement (3) für jedes der Hohlprofile (1, 2) wenigstens einen von der Rahmenaußenseite zur Rahmeninnenseite hin sich erstreckenden Kanal für einen zwischen das Verbindungselement (3) und das Hohlprofil (1, 2) einzubringenden Kleber (6) aufweist, wozu im Hohlprofil (1, 2) an der Rahmenaußenseite eine an den Kanal anschließende Einspritzöffnung (4) für den Kleber (6) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal in jedem der Schenkel des Verbindungselements (3) in Form einer sich innerhalb und quer zur Längsrichtung des Schenkels erstreckenden, an der Rahmeninnenseite mündenden Einspritzbohrung (5) ausgebildet ist, die im Bereich der Einspritzöffnung (4) senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Hohlprofils (1, 2) ausgerichtet ist und zur Einspritzöffnung (4) fluchtet, und daß die Einspritzöffnung (4) gemeinsam mit der Einspritzbohrung (5) als Aufnahme für einen Verbindungsbolzen (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einspritzbohrung (5) in zur Rahmenebene senkrechter Richtung gesehen etwa mittig im Schenkel des Verbindungselements (3) angeordnet ist und in eine im Verbindungselement (3) an der Rahmeninnenseite vorgesehene flache, taschenartige Aussparung (7) mündet.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einspritzbohrung (5) im Anschluß an den senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Schenkels ausgerichteten, zur Aufnahme des Verbindungsbolzens (8) vorgesehenen Bereich schräg in Richtung zum freien Ende des Schenkels hin gerichtet verläuft.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei als Gußteil ausgebildetem Verbindungselement (3) die Einspritzbohrung (5) integraler Bestandteil des Formteils ist.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (3) von zwei in der Rahmenebene geteilten Formteilen gebildet ist, die an ihrer gegenseitigen Anlagefläche zwei korrespondierende Zylinderhalbschalen aufweisen, die gemeinsam die Einspritzbohrung (5) bilden.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einspritzbohrung (5) von einer in Ausnehmungen des Verbindungselements (3) eingesetzten Hülse (9) gebildet ist.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (9) aus Kunststoff besteht.
