Abstract

Aluminiumlegierungen mit guter Spanbarkeit, insbesondere Automatenwerkstoffe auf der Basis AlCu oder AlMgSi, enthalten 0,2 bis 1,2 Gew.-% Zinn und 0,2 bis 1,0 Gew.-% Wismut als spanbrechende Zusätze.
Eine Legierung auf der Basis AlCu enthält in Gew.-% Kupfer 4,8 bis 6,0 Wismut 0,2 bis 1,0 Zinn 0,2 bis 0,7 Zink max. 0,45 Eisen max. 0,7 Silizium max. 0,4
   sowie weitere Legierungselemente einzeln max. 0,05, insgesamt max. 0,15 und Aluminuium als Rest.
Eine Legierung auf der Basis AlMgSi enthält in Gew.-% Magnesium  0,6 bis 1,2 Silizium  0,6 bis 1,4 Zinn  0,6 bis 1,2 Wismut  0,2 bis 0,7 Mangan  0,2 bis 0,6 Eisen max. 0,5 Kupfer max. 0,5, vorzugsweise 0,15 bis 0,40 Titan max. 0,2, vorzugsweise 0,04 bis 0,10
   sowie weitere Legierungselemente einzeln max. 0,05, insgesamt max. 0,15 und Aluminium als Rest.
Durch die kombinierte Anwendung von Zinn und Wismut kann auf einen gesundheitsschädlichen Zusatz von Blei verzichtet werden.
