Claims (7)
- Reinigungsvorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Fotoleitertrommel (10) eines Druck- oder Kopiergerätes mit einer Bürstenreinigungsstation (16) als Hauptreinigungseinrichtung und einer der Bürstenreinigungsstation (16) in Laufrichtung der Fotoleitertrommel (10) nachgeordneten Zusatzreinigungseinrichtung mit einem elastisch an der Fotoleitertrommel (10) entgegen deren Laufrichtung anliegende Abstreifelement (18) aus einer eine Abstreifkante (19) aufweisenden abriebfesten Kunststoffolie, wobei das Abstreifelement (18) eine Dicke von 0,05 bis 0,2 mm aufweist und mit einer Auflagekraft von 0,1 bis 1 N pro 100 mm Kantenlänge auf dem Fotoleiter (10) aufliegt und zwar in einem Winkel (α) zwischen Fotoleitertrommeloberfläche und Folie (18), der kleiner ist als 25 Winkelgrad, und wobei die Folie (18) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial besteht mit einer Kanteneinreißkraft nach DIN 40634, die größer ist als 100 N und das frei von Substanzen ist, die mit dem verwendeten Toner auf Styroacrylat- oder Polyester-Basis reagieren können und/oder die die Fotoleitereigenschaften der aus anorganischem Fotoleitermaterial bestehenden Fotoleitertrommel (10) beeinträchtigen.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit Polyethylenterephthalat als Folienmaterial.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 mit einem Material aus den Stoffgruppen Polyamide oder Polyimide oder Polyurethan als Folienmaterial.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit einem das Abstreifelement (18) bedarfsweise an die Fotoleitertrommel (10) an- und abschwenkenden Mechanismus.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 mit einem das Abstreifelement (18) quer zur Laufrichtung der Fotoleitertrommel (10) bewegenden Mechanismus.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 mit einer das Abstreifelement (18) austauschbar aufnehmenden Halterung (20) .
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 mit einer Klemmeinrichtung (21, 22) als Halterung.
