Claims (6)
- Saugkopf für einen Staubsauger, welcher Saugkopf einen zum zu reinigenden Boden hin offenen, quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Saugkopfes verlaufenden kanalförmigen Saugmund (2) mit Saugöffnung sowie in Bewegungsrichtung vor und hinter dem Saugmund (2) eine aus einer durchgehenden Reihe aus dicht an dicht angeordneten Borsten (5) bestehende Borstenleiste (3) aufweist, die mit einer Trägerplatte (4) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,1.1 dass die Borsten (5) der Borstenleisten (3) in einen formstabilen Strang aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff eingebettet sind, wobei der Strang einen Borstenleistenrücken (6) bildet, dessen Höhe (h) in Richtung der Borsten (5) groß ist im Verhältnis zur Dicke (d) der Trägerplatte (4), und1.2 dass die Borstenleistenrücken (6) als Versteifungsrandelemente für die aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff geformte Trägerplatte (4) ausgebildet sowie mit dieser verbunden sind, derart daß die Borstenleistenrücken (6) die Trägerplatte (4) gegen beanspruchungsbedingte Verformungen aus der Plattenebene heraus und die Trägerplatte (4) die Borstenleistenrücken (6) gegen beanspruchungsbedingte Verformungen in Bewegungsrichtung des Saugkopfes (1) aussteifen.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (5) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff bestehen und dass die Borstenleistenrücken (6) aus aufgeschmolzenem Borstenmaterial oder Recyclat, welches bei einer Extrusion beigefüttert wird, bestehen.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borstenleistenrücken (6) in angeformter Randnuten (7) der Trägerplatte (4) eingesetzt und mit dem Werkstoff der Randnuten (7) stoffschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borstenleistenrücken (6) an die Trägerplatte (4) angeformt sind.
- Saugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borstenleistenrücken (6) und die Trägerplatte (4) winkelsteif vereinigt sind.
- Saugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borstenleistenrücken (6) und die Trägerplatte (4) aus dem gleichen thermoplastischem Kunststoff bestehen.
