Claims (9)
- Kohlebürste (1) für eine elektrische Maschine mit einer Stirnfläche (3), die zur Anlage an einen Kollektor (4) gebracht wird und in Bezug auf die Axialrichtung des Kollektors (4) geneigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche (3) derart geneigt ist, daß eine Kante (6) am Kollektor (4) zur Anlage Kommt und der zum Kollektor (4) vorstehende Bereich dieser Kante (6) mit einer oder mehreren Rillen (10, 11, 12) versehen ist, wobei die Rillen (10, 11, 12) im unteren, zum Kollektor (4) hin vorstehenden Bereich der Stirnfläche (3) vorgesehen sind, daß die Rillen (10, 11, 12) in Umfangsrichtung des Kollektors (4) verlaufen und daß die Stirnfläche (3) im wesentlichen entsprechend einer zylindrischen Kontaktfläche des Kollektors gekrümmt ist, wobei der jeweilige Grund der Rillen (10, 11, 12) in einer Ebene liegt, die korrespondierend zur Neigung der Stirnfläche (3) gegenüber der Anlagefläche des Kollektors (4) geneigt ist.
- Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder drei Rillen (10,11,12) vorgesehen sind.
- Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen (10,11,12) im Schnitt im wesentlichen dreieckförmig sind.
- Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterste Rille (10) nach unten hin offen ist.
- Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigung der Kontaktfläche (3) gegenüber dem Kollektor (4) etwa 6 bis 10 Grad beträgt.
- Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigung vorzugsweise 8 Grad beträgt.
- Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Kante (6) der Kontaktfläche (3) nahe einer Bürstentrageplatte angeordnet ist, auf der Köcher angeordnet sind, in der die Bürste (1) geführt ist.
- Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur der untere Bereich mit Rillen (10,11,12) versehen ist.
- Kohlebürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächenhaut, die beim Pressen der Bürst entsteht, entfernt ist.
