Claims (17)
- Anordnung zur Bildung eines Webfaches, mit einer Mehrzahl von Litzen zum Aufnehmen und Bewegen von Kettfäden und eine Mehrzahl von Linearantrieben mit einem Ankerteil, um die Litzen auf und ab zu bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Litzentragschienen (1, 2, 111) und die zwischen diesen angeordneten Litzen (3, 112) als Webschaft ausgebildet sind, dass die Linearantriebe (5, 102) an beiden Litzentragschienen auf der den Litzen (3) abgewandten Seite der Schienen, in deren Längserstreckung und in Abständen ortsfest angeordnet sind und dass die Ankerteile (6, 115) der Linearantriebe (5, 102) mit der Schiene verbunden sind, derart, dass der Webschaft in der Bewegungsrichtung im wesentlichen spielfrei geführt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (210) zur Blockierung des Ankerteiles (6, 115) des Linearantriebes (5, 102), um die Fachbildung in Abhängigkeit von Musterdaten zu steuern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rahmen (11) oder einen Gitterrost (3) zum Befestigen der Linearantriebe.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Strebe (8, 131), welche mit den Litzentragschienen (4) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kupplungseinrichtung (21), die einerseits mit der Litzentragschiene (1, 2) und andererseits mit dem Ankerteil (6) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Webschäfte (101), die Kupplungsmittel (103) sowie jeweils die Linearantriebe (102) in Gruppen (104; 107; 108) zusammengefasst sind, und dass die Linearantriebe (102) der Gruppe quer zur Längserstreckung der Webschäfte (101) gestaffelt angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gruppen (104; 107; 108) in einem Abstand im Bereich von 0,20 m bis 1,00 m, insbesondere 0,40 m bis 0,60 m angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Webschäfte (101), die Kupplungsmittel (117, 118) und die Antriebseinheiten (105, 106) jeweils identisch ausgebildet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linearantriebe (102) gleich oder entgegengesetzt gerichtet gestaffelt angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gruppe (104; 107; 108) mindestens zwei Webschäfte (101), zwei Kupplungsmittel (117, 118) sowie zwei Linearantriebe (102) umfasst, wobei die Linearantriebe (101) jeweils eine Antriebseinheit (105, 106) bilden.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungsmittel (103) eine Triebstange (116) mit einem Aufnahmeabschnitt (117) umfassen, der mit dem Webschaft verbindbar ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Triebstange (116) mit Führungsleisten (120) versehen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenflächen des U-förmigen Abschnittes (119) als Führungsflächen ausgebildet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Halter (118, 134) vier Anlenkstellen (126) für die Linearantriebe (102) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Gruppen (104) der Webschäfte parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei der Abstand zwischen den Webschäften (101) jeder Gruppe (104) im wesentlichen identisch ist mit dem Abstand der Webschäfte innerhalb einer Gruppe.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 15, gekennzeichnet durch eine Trageinrichtung (122) für die Aufnahme der Antriebseinheiten (105, 106).
- Webmaschine mit einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (29, 141) zur Aufnahme von einer Mehrzahl von Webschäften.
