Description
Claims (12)
- Spender für fließfähige Medien, der einen zur Aufnahme des Mediums dienenden Grundkörper (2, 2b, 2c, 2d), eine das Medium von einem Behälter zu einem Medienauslass (8) fördernde Fördereinrichtung, die mindestens zwei relativ zueinander bewegbare Bauteile aufweist, und eine diese mindestens zwei Bauteile der Fördereinrichtung beaufschlagende Feder (10) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Feder (10) als Torsionsfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) mindestens einen federnden Abschnitt (28, 29, 30) und wenigstens einen gegenüber diesem wesentlich formsteiferen Längsabschnitt, wie ein Zwischenstück (31, 32) oder ein Endstück (33), aufweist, das an ein Anschlussende des federnden Abschnittes (28, 29, 30) anschließt, dass insbesondere die Feder (10) wenigstens zwei federnde Abschnitte (28, 29, 30) aufweist, die über das Zwischenstück (31, 32, 34) aneinander anschließen, und dass vorzugsweise wenigstens ein formsteiferer Längsabschnitt (31, 32, 33, 34) und mindestens ein federnder Abschnitt (28, 29, 30) durchgehend einteilig aus Kunststoff bestehen.
- Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei gesonderte federnde Abschnitte (28, 29, 30) der Feder (10) gemeinsam oder unabhängig voneinander längenänderbar sind, dass insbesondere im Längsschnitt im Abstand hintereinander liegende und gegeneinander bewegbare Teilabschnitte des federnden Abschnittes (28, 29, 30) unmittelbar miteinander verbunden sind, und dass vorzugsweise der federnde Abschnitt (28, 29, 30) verdrehungsgesichert angeordnet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Querschnitte wenigstens eines federnden Abschnittes (28, 29, 30) in der Dicke wesentlich von mindestens einem der Querschnitte wenigstens eines formsteiferen Längsabschnittes (31, 32, 33, 34) abweicht, dass insbesondere der federnde Abschnitt (28, 29, 30) zwischen seinen Enden durchgehend im wesentlichen konstante Wandungsdicke hat, und dass vorzugsweise der federnde Abschnitt (28, 29, 30) am Innen- und/oder Außenumfang wenigstens eine Steigungwendel (39, 40) aufweist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der federnde Abschnitt (28, 29, 30) durch einen am Umfang im wesentlichen geschlossenen Mantelkörper gebildet ist, dass insbesondere ein Außen- und/oder Innenumfang der Feder (10) zu ihrer Gleitführung oder zur Medienführung ausgebildet ist, und dass vorzugsweise ein sich über den größten Teil der Längserstreckung des federnden Abschnittes (28, 29, 30) erstreckender Hohlraum als am Boden geschlossener Feder-Innenraum ausgebildet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steigungswendel eine Federwindung ist, die parallel zu ihrer Längsachse (11) eine mehrfach größere Querschnittserstreckung hat als radial dazu, dass insbesondere die jeweilige Federwindung eine Steilwendel mit einer Steigung von mehr als 10° ist, und dass vorzugsweise mindestens zwei benachbarte Federwindungen die wenigstens zweigängige Steigungswendel bilden.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der federnde Abschnitt (28, 29, 30) mit wenigstens einem anschließenden formsteiferen Längsabschnitt (31, 32, 33, 34) einen im wesentlichen durchgehenden Hohlkörper bildet, dass insbesondere der formsteifere Längsabschnitt eine von der Längsrichtung der Feder (10) abweichende Innenfläche, wie mindestens eine schräge Innenfläche, aufweist, und dass vorzugsweise der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (31, 32, 33, 34) eine über die Länge seiner Innenfläche durchgehende Wendel (39) aufweist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (31, 32, 33, 34) über das Anschlussende wenigstens eines anschließenden federnden Abschnittes (28, 29, 30) nach außen, wie quer nach außen, vorsteht, dass insbesondere der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (31, 32, 33, 34) mit den Anschlussenden der anschließenden federnden Abschnitte (28, 30) gegenüber deren von diesem formsteiferen Längsabschnitt abgekehrten Enden bewegbar ist, und dass vorzugsweise der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (31, 32, 33) ringförmig ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (31, 32) gegen entgegengesetzte Bewegungen parallel zur Längsachse (11) unmittelbar anschlagbegrenzt gegenüber einem der Bauteile lagegesichert ist, dass insbesondere der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (31, 32, 33, 34) gegen Zug im wesentlichen formsteif angeordnet bzw. ausgebildet ist, und dass vorzugsweise der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (31, 32) mit einer Schnappverbindung (43) befestigt ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (31, 32, 33, 34) wenigstens ein unmittelbar in eines der Bauteile (12) eingreifendes Lagesicherungsglied, wie einen Anschlagbund, ein Schnappglied oder dgl., bildet, dass insbesondere der formsteifere Längsabschnitt (34) eine mit einer Gegenfläche (19, 19b) eines der Bauteile (3, 12b) zusammenwirkende Schließfläche (18) bildet, und dass vorzugsweise das Endstück (33) an dem von einem Zwischenstück (31, 32) abgekehrten Ende wenigstens eines federnden Abschnittes (29) ein Steuerglied, einen Ventilteil (16), einen Anschlag, ein Führungsglied oder einen Steuerkolben der Austragvorrichtung bildet
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein federnder Abschnitt (28, 29, 30) als Ventil bzw. als Ventilbetätigungsfeder oder als Rückstellfeder für eine manuelle Betätigung (5) vorgesehen ist, dass insbesondere zwischen zwei formsteiferen Längsabschnitten (31, 32, 34) eine Haupt- Rückstellfeder (28) mit größtem Federweg und auf den von dieser Rückstellfeder (28) abgekehrten Seiten der beiden formsteiferen Längsabschnitte Ventil-Rückstellfedern (29, 30) für ein Auslassventil (15) sowie ein Einlassventil (17) vorgesehen sind und dass eine der Ventil-Rückstellfedern (29) bzw. ein Endstück (33) im wesentlichen synchron mit einem Verdränger-Kolben (12) bewegbar ist, und dass vorzugsweise innerhalb der Feder (10) eine Einlassöffnung (24) mündet, welcher in Strömungsrichtung das an einem Umfang der Feder (10) liegende Einlassventil (17) nachgeordnet ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (2, 2b, 2c, 2d) wenigstens eines der folgenden Merkmale aufweist:12.1 er ist aus nur zwei im wesentlichen unbeweglich ineinandergreifenden, gesonderten Grundkörper-Bauteilen (3, 4 bzw. 3d, 4d) zusammengesetzt und wenigstens einer dieser Bauteile (3, 4) ist im wesentlichen formsteif;12.2 erschließt12.2.1 ein Befestigungsglied (50, 50d) zur Befestigung des Spenders (1, 1d) an einem Medienspeicher,12.2.2 eine Dichtung (51, 51d) zum abgedichteten Verschluss eines Medienspeichers,12.2.3 eine Lagerung für einen Kolben (12, 12d),12.2.4 mindestens einen Ventilsitz (19, 19d),12.2.5 eine Belüftungsverbindung (53) für den Medienspeicher,12.2.6 eine Halterung (26, 26d) für einen Einlasskanal (25, 25d),12.2.7 eine Durchführungsöffnung für einen Betätigungsstößel (13, 13d),12.2.8 eine Lagesicherung (55) für einen Betätigungskopf (6c) ein;12.3. er ist an einem Ende mit einem Deckel (4, 4d) verschlossen, welcher12.3.1 mit einer Schnappverbindung (49, 49d) befestigt ist,12.3.2 eine Abstütz-Anlagefläche (46d) für das Ende der Feder (10d),12.3.3 einen Ventilsitz (19d) eines Einlass-Ventiles (17d),12.3.4 eine Einlassöffnung (24d) für das Medium bildet, und12.3.5 an dem vom Betätigungsende abgekehrten Ende (20d) des Grundkörpers (1d) liegt.
