Claims (6)
- Gleisstopfmaschine (1) zum Unterstopfen eines aus Schienen (10) und Schwellen (11) gebildeten Gleises (4), mit einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (2) abgestützten Maschinenrahmen (3), einem Gleishebe- und Richtaggregat (7) und einem Bezugsystem (17) für die Gleislagekorrektur sowie mit zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung unmittelbar hintereinander angeordneten Stopfaggregaten (8,9), die jeweils unabhängig voneinander höhenverstellbare, durch Beistellantriebe (32) zueinander beistellbare Stopfwerkzeuge (20,21) mit Stopfpickeln (22,23) zum Eintauchen in Schotter beidseits der von den Schienenfahrwerken (2) befahrenen Schienen (10) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfpickel (23) lediglich eines der beiden Stopfaggregate (9) zur Bildung eines Weichen-Stopfaggregates (29) jeweils um eine annähernd in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Achse (26) querverschwenkbar gelagert und mit einem Verschwenkantrieb (27) verbunden sind, und daß am Maschinenrahmen (3) zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung voneinander distanzierte Arbeitskabinen (6) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils eine Steuereinrichtung (31) zur Steuerung eines der zwischen den Arbeitskabinen (6) angeordneten Stopfaggregate (8 bzw. 9) aufweisen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Weichen-Stopfaggregat (29) mit den querverschwenkbaren Stopfpickeln (23) in Arbeitsrichtung vor dem als Strecken-Stopfaggregat (28) für den Einsatz in weichenfreien Streckenabschnitten ausgebildeten zweiten Stopfaggregat (8) angeordnet ist und lediglich zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Stopfwerkzeuge (21) aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strecken-Stopfaggregat (28) zum gleichzeitigen Unterstopfen zweier unmittelbar benachbarter Schwellen (11) vier in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete, jeweils mit einem eigenen Beistellantrieb (32) verbundene Stopfwerkzeuge (20) aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen beiden Stopfaggregaten (8,9) eine auf den Schienen (10) des Gleises (4) abrollbare, dem Bezugsystem (17) zugeordnete Meßachse (16) zur Abtastung der Gleislage vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Stopfaggregate (8,9) querverstellbar am Maschinenrahmen (3) gelagert und mit einem Querverschiebeantrieb (19) verbunden sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei in Maschinenquerrichtung voneinander distanzierte Weichen-Stopfaggregate (29) vorgesehen sind, die aus insgesamt vier selbständigen, unabhängig voneinander höhen- und querverstellbaren Stopfeinheiten (30) gebildet sind, wobei diese jeweils paarweise in bezug auf die Schiene (10) des Gleises (4) angeordnet sind.
